Claims (2)
- ポリエチレン容器に装着される、カドミウムフィルターを有するヘリウム3計数管とパルス中性子源とによって、密閉容器内における低濃度の核分裂性物質の非破壊検査装置であって、
ガンマ線防護および中性子増殖の機能を有する鉛で形成される内筒と、中性子熱化の機能を有するポリエチレンで形成される外筒の2つの筒体を、同軸上に備え、
前記内筒の底部には、軸に沿った垂直移動が可能な台座が装着され、
前記台座は、ガンマ走査があらかじめ行われた容器に収容される構造材料の質量中心が、前記ヘリウム3計数管に対向するように、前記容器を前記内筒の内部に配置する
ことを特徴とする非破壊検査装置。 - 前記カドミウムフィルターを有する前記ヘリウム3計数管の数は、15個であり、
前記ヘリウム3計数管は、前記外筒の母線に平行に配され、平面視で円形を形成するように、前記外筒の壁に等間隔で組み込まれる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非破壊検査装置。
