Abstract
Description
適用される電圧を変化させることによって、活性層の光学特性、特に可視光の透過率及び/又は散乱に、影響を及ぼすことができる。
(a)統合された電気供給ラインを有するスペーサを提供すること、
(b)スペーサを、第1ペインと第2ペインとの間に、それぞれスペーサのペイン接触表面を介して、封止剤によって取り付け、かつ電気的に切り替え可能な機能性要素を、グレージング内部に導入すること、
(c)ペインアセンブリを押圧すること、
(d)外部封止剤を、外部ペイン間空間に導入すること。
I ポリマースペーサIを、統合された電気供給ライン14とともに、共押出すること、
II 周縁的なスペーサフレームを事前製造すること、
III 本体5の壁に少なくとも1つの出口開口部16を形成し、電気供給ライン14を、本体5から出して延在させること、
IV 電気的に切り替え可能な機能性要素1を有するペインを、スペーサIに取り付け、電気供給ライン14と機能性要素1との電気的な接触を形成すること、
V 少なくとも1つのさらなるペインを、スペーサに取り付けること、
VI ペインアセンブリを、押圧すること、並びに、
VII 外部封止剤6を、外部ペイン間空間13に挿入すること。

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも下記を含む、絶縁グレージングのための統合された電気供給ライン(14)を有するスペーサ(I):
− 2つのペイン接触表面(7.1、7.2)、グレージング内側表面(8)、外側表面(9)、中空チャンバー(10)、を有する本体(5)、及び、
− 前記中空チャンバー(10)の中の電気供給ライン(14)、
ここで、前記電気供給ライン(14)が、前記中空チャンバー(10)に進入し、前記ペイン接触表面(7.1、7.2)に対して実質的に平行に、前記中空チャンバー(10)に沿って少なくとも1つの部分で延在しており、かつ、前記本体(5)の壁における少なくとも1つの出口開口部(16)を介して、外に出ている。 - 前記電気供給ライン(14)が、前記中空チャンバー(10)に、前記スペーサ(I)の前記外側表面(9)における進入開口部(15)を通って、進入している、請求項1に記載のスペーサ(I).
- 前記電気供給ライン(14)が、前記中空チャンバー(10)に、前記本体(5)の開かれた断面を通って、進入している、請求項1に記載のスペーサ(I)。
- 前記本体(5)が、ポリマー本体であり、前記電気供給ライン(14)が、前記ポリマー本体(5)の内側壁に物質的に結合している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ(I).
- 前記本体(5)が、金属本体であり、前記電気供給ライン(14)が、絶縁体(18)によって囲まれている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ(I)。
- 前記電気供給ライン(14)が、少なくとも10cm、好ましくは少なくとも20cm、特に好ましくは少なくとも30cmの長さを有する部分で、前記中空チャンバー(10)を通って延在している、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ(I)。
- 前記電気供給ライン(14)が、前記グレージング内側表面(8)における出口開口部(16)を通って外に出ており、かつ/又は、前記ペイン接触表面(7.1、7.2)のうちの少なくとも1つにおける出口開口部(16)を通って外に出ている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ(I)。
- 前記スペーサ(I)が、ペインを受け入れるための溝(17)を有しており、この溝が、前記第1ペイン接触表面(7.1)及び前記第2ペイン接触表面(7.2)に対して平行に延在しており、かつ、第1中空チャンバー(10.1)が、前記溝(17)及び前記第1ペイン接触表面(2.1)に隣接しており、かつ、第2中空チャンバー(10.2)が、前記溝(17)及び前記第2ペイン接触表面(2.2)に隣接しており、
前記電気供給ライン(14)が、出口開口部(16)を通って前記溝(17)に進入している、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ(I)。 - 少なくとも、第1ペイン(19)及び第2ペイン(20)、並びに、前記ペインを囲う請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の周縁スペーサ(I)を有する絶縁グレージング(II)であって、
− 前記第1ペイン(19)が、前記第1ペイン接触表面(7.1)に押し付けられており、
− 前記第2ペイン(20)が、前記第2ペイン接触表面(7.2)に押し付けられており、
− 前記電気供給ライン(14)が、前記第1ペイン(19)と、前記第2ペイン(20)と、前記スペーサ(I)との間のグレージング内部(3)に、前記出口開口部(16)を通って進入しており、かつ、
− 前記電気供給ライン(14)が、前記グレージング内部(3)において、電気的に切り替え可能な機能性要素(1)と電気伝導的な接触を形成している、
絶縁グレージング(II) - 少なくとも、第1ペイン(19)、第2ペイン(20)、及び第3ペイン(21)、並びに、前記ペインを囲う請求項8に記載の周縁スペーサ(I)を有する絶縁グレージング(II)であって、
− 前記第1ペイン(19)が、前記第1ペイン接触表面(7.1)に押し付けられており、
− 前記第2ペイン(20)が、前記第2ペイン接触表面(7.2)に押し付けられており、
− 前記第3ペイン(21)が、前記スペーサ(I)の前記溝(17)に挿入されており、
− 前記第3ペイン(21)が、電気的に切り替え可能な機能性要素(1)を含んでおり、かつ、
− 前記電気供給ライン(14)が、前記溝(17)の中で、前記電気的に切り替え可能な機能性要素(1)と電気伝導的な接触を形成している、
絶縁グレージング(II)。 - 前記電気供給ライン(14)が、接触要素(2)を介して、好ましくはバネ接触体を介して、前記電気的に切り替え可能な機能性要素(1)と電気伝導的な接触を形成している、請求項9又は10に記載の絶縁グレージング(II)。
- 前記スペーサ(I)が、前記絶縁グレージング(II)のコーナーにおいて曲げられており、かつ、前記スペーサ(I)の前記少なくとも1つの中空チャンバー(10)が、前記スペーサ(I)に周縁的に沿って連続的である、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁グレージング(II)。
- 少なくとも下記である、請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁グレージング(II)を製造する方法:
(a)統合された電気供給ライン(14)を有するスペーサ(I)を提供し、
(b)前記スペーサ(I)を、封止剤(4)によって、ペイン接触表面(7.1、7.2)を介して、それぞれ第1ペイン(1)と第2ペイン(2)との間に付着させ、かつ、電気的に切り替え可能な機能性要素(1)を、前記グレージング内部(3)に挿入し、
(c)このアセンブリを押圧し、かつ、
(d)外部封止剤(6)を、前記外部ペイン間空間(13)に導入する、
ここで、工程(b)において、前記電気供給ライン(14)を、前記電気的に切り替え可能な機能性要素(1)に、電気伝導的に接触させる。 - 工程(b)の前に、第3ペイン(21)を、前記スペーサ(I)の溝(17)に挿入する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ(I)の、電気的に切り替え可能な機能性要素(22)を有する絶縁グレージング(II)における、好ましくはSPD機能性要素,PDLC機能性要素、エレクトロクロミック機能性要素、又はエレクトロルミネッセント機能性要素を有する絶縁グレージング(II)における、使用。
