Claims (15)
- セルロース再生成形体を製造する方法であって、
リヨセル法によって製造され、かつセルロースを含有する出発材料を供給する段階であって、前記出発材料は、
紡糸塊を製造するための溶媒中でセルロース源を溶解する段階と、
前記紡糸塊を押し出す段階と、
次に紡糸浴中で析出する段階と
によって製造される段階と;
紡糸塊を製造するための溶媒中で、セルロースを含有する前記出発材料を溶解する段階であって、前記出発材料を溶解する段階が直接溶解法によって実行される段階と;
前記紡糸塊を押し出し、次に紡糸浴中で前記紡糸塊を析出する段階であって、それによって前記セルロース再生成形体が得られる段階とを含む、
方法。 - セルロースを含有する前記溶解された出発材料のための前記紡糸浴は、水および溶媒を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶解されたセルロース源のための前記紡糸浴は、水および溶媒を含有する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記セルロース再生成形体は、フィラメント、繊維、特にエンドレスファイバ、ホイル、スポンジ、または球体である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が更なるリヨセル法を実行する段階を含み、前記更なるリヨセル法は:
紡糸塊を製造するための溶媒中で前記セルロース再生成形体を溶解する段階と;
前記紡糸塊を押し出し、次に紡糸浴中で前記紡糸塊を析出する段階であって、それによって別の成形体が得られる段階とを含む、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、
前記溶媒中の前記出発材料を溶解する段階の前に前記出発材料を粉砕する段階、特に機械的に粉砕する段階、更に特に裁断する段階を含む、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、
前記出発材料の化学的な前処理なしに、特に化学的に洗浄することなしにおよび/または粘性を調整することなしに、前記溶媒中で、特に固体として存在する前記出発材料を溶解する段階を含む、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、
前記溶媒中で前記出発材料を溶解する段階の前に、特に固体として存在する前記出発材料を、少なくとも部分的に洗浄する段階、特に化学的に洗浄する段階を含む、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記洗浄する段階は、
前記溶媒中で前記出発材料を溶解する段階の前に、前記出発材料から、特に漂白することによって、着色剤を少なくとも部分的に除去する段階を含む、
請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記出発材料は、前記出発材料を析出する段階の前に、特に前記出発材料を溶解する段階の前に、特にアルカリ性のおよび/または酸性の前処理によって、前記出発材料の繊維を架橋結合している架橋剤が少なくとも部分的に取り除かれる、請求項1から6または8または9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 以下の特徴:
前記出発材料は、衣類製造からの残滓および/または古着から完全にまたは部分的に構成される;
前記出発材料は、前記出発材料を析出する段階の前に、特に前記出発材料を溶媒中で溶解する段階の前に、セルロースを含有する別の出発材料と混合され、特に、前記別の出発材料は、木材パルプ、ラグパルプ、織物、衣服、綿、およびビスコース法によって製造されるセルロースからなる群の少なくとも1つの材料を含有する;
前記方法は、前記析出された成形体を後処理する段階を含む;
前記出発材料を前記溶解する段階および/または前記セルロース源を前記溶解する段階は、直接溶解法によって、および/または第3級アミンオキシド、特にN−メチルモルホリン−N−オキシドによって、および/または溶媒としてのイオン液によって実行される;
前記出発材料を前記溶解する段階および次の前記成形体を前記析出する段階は、リヨセル法によって実行される;
の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、
前記紡糸塊を製造するための前記溶媒中で前記セルロース源を溶解する段階と、
前記紡糸塊を押し出し、次に前記紡糸浴中で前記紡糸塊を析出する段階と
によってセルロースを含有する前記出発材料を製造する段階を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記出発材料または前記セルロース再生成形体の繊維は滑らかな丸い外面を含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 出発材料の使用であって、第2のリヨセル法によって前記出発材料を処理することによる、セルロースを含有する成形体を製造するための、第1のリヨセル法によって製造され、かつセルロースを含有する、使用。
- 前記出発材料の少なくとも一部として、織物、特に衣類製造からの残滓および/または古着が用いられる、請求項14に記載の使用。
