Claims (14)
- 同時レーザ溶接システムの溶接経路に沿って複数のワークピースを一緒に溶接するための方法であって、同時レーザ溶接システムは、複数のレーザ送出バンドルを有し、各レーザ送出バンドルは、少なくとも1つの光ファイババンドル脚部と、光ファイババンドル脚部と複数のワークピースとの間に配置される導波路とを含み、方法は、
少なくとも1つのレーザ光源からのレーザ光を、各光ファイババンドル脚部を通して、その光ファイババンドル脚部に関連付けられる導波路の部分に方向付けることと、
導波路の各部分に、導波路のその部分が関連付けられる光ファイババンドル脚部の幅よりも狭い幅を提供することと、
光ファイババンドル脚部の出口で各光ファイババンドル脚部に反射バウンス平面を提供し、各光ファイババンドル脚部の反射バウンス平面で、その光ファイババンドル脚部からのレーザ光の第1の部分を反射し、その光ファイババンドル脚部からのレーザ光の第2の部分を、その光ファイババンドル脚部に関連付けられる導波路の部分を通って溶接経路に進ませて、レーザ光の第2の部分が溶接経路に当たる溶接部に、その光ファイババンドル脚部の幅より狭い幅を提供することと
を含む方法。 - 各光ファイババンドル脚部からのレーザ光の第2の部分を、導波路の関連付けられる部分を通って進ませることは、導波路を通って進むレーザ光を導波路の関連付けられる部分により均質化することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
