Abstract

Claims (15)
- 蒸気生成装置用の電磁誘導加熱アセンブリ(10)であって、
電磁誘導加熱装置(16)と、第1のサセプタとして機能することができる材料を有する電子部品(11)とを含み、前記電磁誘導加熱装置は、使用中に、第1の期間の間第2のサセプタを加熱するようになっており、前記電子部品は、第2の期間の間稼働するようになっており、前記第1の期間と前記第2の期間は同時には発生しない、加熱アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記第1及び前記第2の期間は連続的であるようになっている、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第1の期間は少なくとも1回繰り返されるようになっており、且つ/又は前記第2の期間は少なくとも1回繰り返されるようになっている、請求項1又は2に記載のアセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第1の期間及び前記第2の期間のそれぞれが少なくとも1回繰り返されるようになっており、前記第1の期間と前記第2の期間が交互になっている、請求項3に記載のアセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第1又は前記第2の期間のうちの一方の開始から他方の期間の終了までの時間は、約0.05秒(s)〜0.15秒になるようになっている、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10)。
- 前記電子部品は温度センサであり、前記温度センサは使用中、前記第2の期間の間前記第2のサセプタから生成された熱に関連した温度を監視するようになっている、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10)。
- 前記電磁誘導加熱装置(16)は、前記温度センサ(11)によって監視された温度に基づいて、前記第2のサセプタに供給される熱量を調節するようになっている、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ(10)。
- 使用中、前記電磁誘導加熱装置(16)及び前記温度センサ(11)を制御するようになっているコントローラ(13)を更に含む、請求項6又は7に記載のアセンブリ(10)。
- 前記コントローラ(13)は、使用中、前記温度センサ(11)によって監視される温度に基づいて、前記電磁誘導加熱装置(16)を制御するようになっている、請求項7又は8に記載のアセンブリ(10)。
- 前記コントローラ(13)は、使用中、前記電磁誘導加熱装置に供給される電力量を調節するように構成されることにより、前記電磁誘導加熱装置(16)を制御するようになっている、請求項9に記載のアセンブリ(10)。
- 前記コントローラ(13)は、前記温度センサによって監視される温度におけるノイズの検出を可能にするように、第3の期間に渡って前記温度センサ(11)によって監視された温度を平均するように構成されている、請求項8〜10の何れか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10)。
- 前記コントローラ(13)は更に、前記第3の期間中に監視された前記平均化された温度に基づいて、前記温度センサ(11)によって監視された温度中のノイズを検出し、且つ、監視温度中のノイズを低減するように、前記検出されたノイズに基づいて、前記温度センサによって監視された温度にフィルタを適用するように構成されている、請求項11に記載のアセンブリ(10)。
- 使用中、前記電磁誘導加熱装置(16)及び前記電子部品(11)に電力を供給するようになっている電源(18)を更に含む、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10)。
- 蒸気生成装置(1)であって、
請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の電磁誘導加熱アセンブリ(10)と、
気化可能物質(22)及び電磁誘導加熱可能サセプタ(24)を備える物体(20)を収容するようになっている加熱コンパートメント(12)と、
前記加熱コンパートメントに空気を供給するようになっている吸気口(14)と、
前記加熱コンパートメントと連通している排気口(32)と、を含む、蒸気生成装置(1)。 - 蒸気生成装置(1)において温度を監視する方法であって、
電磁誘導加熱装置を使用して、気化可能物質(22)及び電磁誘導加熱可能サセプタ(24)を備える物体(20)を電磁誘導加熱するステップと、
前記物体の温度を監視するステップと、を含み、
加熱するステップと監視するステップは同時には行われない、方法。
