Claims (22)
- それぞれがエアロゾル生成構成要素を含む複数の個別のエアロゾル生成領域から使用者によって吸引されるエアロゾルを生成するためのエアロゾル供給デバイスであって、
使用時に、使用者が生成されたエアロゾルを吸引する吸い口と、
第1のエアロゾル生成領域を通るように配置され、前記吸い口に流体的に接続された第1の流路と、
第2のエアロゾル生成領域を通るように配置され、前記吸い口に流体的に接続された第2の流路と
を備え、
前記第1の流路と前記第2の流路が、前記デバイス内の前記それぞれのエアロゾル生成領域のエアロゾル生成構成要素の存在、及び/又は、前記デバイス内の前記それぞれのエアロゾル生成構成要素と関連するパラメータに基づいて、前記それぞれの流路を通る空気の流れを変えるように構成された流れ制限部材をそれぞれ備える、デバイス。 - 前記デバイス内に前記第1のエアロゾル生成構成要素又は前記第2のエアロゾル生成構成要素がないとき、前記第1の流路又は前記第2の流路の前記流れ制限部材が、前記第1の流路又は前記第2の流路に沿う空気の流れを制限するように構成された、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記システム内に前記第1のエアロゾル生成構成要素又は前記第2のエアロゾル生成構成要素がないとき、前記第1の流路又は前記第2の流路の前記流れ制限部材が、前記第1の流路又は前記第2の流路に沿う空気の流れを妨げるように構成された、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記エアロゾル生成構成要素と関連する前記パラメータが、前記エアロゾル生成構成要素のエアロゾル前駆材料のタイプ、及び前記エアロゾル生成構成要素のエアロゾル前駆材料の量のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記生成されたエアロゾルが、第1のエアロゾル生成構成要素から生成されたエアロゾルと第2のエアロゾル生成構成要素から生成されたエアロゾルとの混合物を含み、前記それぞれの流路を通る空気の流れを変えることによって、前記生成されたエアロゾル混合物に寄与する前記第1のエアロゾルと前記第2のエアロゾルの比率を変えるように構成された、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記流れ制限部材が、前記第1のエアロゾル生成構成要素及び前記第2のエアロゾル生成構成要素と関連するパラメータの組合せに基づいて、前記第1の流路及び前記第2の流路を通る空気の流れを変えるように構成された、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記流れ制限部材が機械的に作動する流れ制限部材であり、前記流れ制限部材に加えられた力に応じて空気の流れを許容するように構成された、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記流れ制限部材が閉位置に付勢されて前記空気の流れを妨げ又は制限し、前記流れ制限部材は、前記デバイスの前記それぞれのエアロゾル生成領域内にエアロゾル生成構成要素がないときに、前記閉位置にあるように構成された、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記流れ制限部材が、前記流れ制限部材に加えられた前記力に応じて、全開位置、閉位置、又は前記全開位置と前記閉位置との間の位置の間に作動させられるように構成された、請求項7又は8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記流れ制限部材が電動流れ制限部材であり、前記デバイスは、前記エアロゾル生成構成要素が前記デバイスに取り付けられたときに、前記デバイス内のエアロゾル生成構成要素の存在、及び/又は、前記エアロゾル生成構成要素のパラメータを示す、前記エアロゾル生成構成要素から得られた電気信号を受け取り、前記電気信号に応じて前記流れ制限部材を作動させるように構成された制御回路をさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記流れ制限部材が、前記電気信号に応じて、全開位置、閉位置、又は前記全開位置と前記閉位置との間の位置の間に作動させられるように構成された、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記制御回路が、前記デバイスの電気特性の変化に基づいて、前記デバイス内におけるエアロゾル生成構成要素の存在を識別するように構成された、請求項10又は11に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の流路及び前記第2の流路のうちの少なくとも1つが複数の流れ制限部材を備える、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の流路及び前記第2の流路のうちの前記少なくとも1つが複数の空気入口を含み、各空気入口が流れ制限部材を含み、各流れ制限部材が前記複数の空気入口のうちの1つ又は複数を選択的に塞ぐように構成された、請求項13に記載のデバイス。
- 前記エアロゾル生成構成要素が、エアロゾル前駆材料を含むカートリッジ、エアロゾル前駆材料と前記エアロゾル前駆材料をエアロゾル化するための微粒化ユニットとを含むカトマイザー、及びエアロゾル前駆材料のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- エアロゾル供給デバイスとともに使用するためのエアロゾル生成構成要素であって、エアロゾル前駆材料を含むカートリッジを備え、前記カートリッジは、前記エアロゾル供給デバイス内に配置された流れ制限部材と係合して作動させるための係合機構を備え、前記流れ制限部材が前記エアロゾル生成構成要素を通る空気の流れを変えるように構成された、エアロゾル生成構成要素。
- 前記係合機構が、前記カートリッジの表面から延在し、前記エアロゾル供給デバイスの前記流れ制限部材と係合するように構成された突起である、請求項16に記載のエアロゾル生成構成要素。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイスと、
エアロゾル前駆材料を含むカートリッジを備える少なくとも1つのエアロゾル生成構成要素と
を備えるエアロゾル供給システム。 - 前記カートリッジが、前記カートリッジ内の前記エアロゾル前駆材料を微粒化するように構成された微粒化ユニットを含む、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- それぞれがエアロゾル前駆材料を含む複数のエアロゾル生成構成要素から使用者によって吸引されるエアロゾルを生成するためのエアロゾル供給手段であって、
使用時に、使用者が生成されたエアロゾルを吸引する吸い口と、
第1のエアロゾル生成領域を通るように配置され、前記吸い口に流体的に接続された第1の流路と、
第2のエアロゾル生成領域を通るように配置され、前記吸い口に流体的に接続された第2の流路と
を備え、
前記第1の流路と前記第2の流路が、前記デバイス内の前記それぞれのエアロゾル生成領域のエアロゾル生成構成要素の存在、及び/又は、前記デバイス内の前記それぞれのエアロゾル生成構成要素と関連するパラメータに基づいて、前記それぞれの流路を通る空気の流れを変えるように構成された流れ制限手段をそれぞれ備える、エアロゾル供給デバイス。 - 吸引されるエアロゾルを生成するためのエアロゾル供給デバイスであって、
気化されるエアロゾル生成構成要素を含む第1のエアロゾル生成領域を通るように配置された第1の空気通路と、
気化されるエアロゾル生成構成要素を含む第2のエアロゾル生成領域を通るように配置された第2の空気通路であり、前記第1のカートリッジ及び前記第2のカートリッジの下流において前記第1の空気通路から隔離されている第2の空気通路と
を備え、
前記第1の空気通路及び前記第2の空気通路それぞれが弁を含み、前記弁が、前記デバイス内のエアロゾル生成構成要素の存在、及び/又は、前記デバイス内の前記エアロゾル生成構成要素と関連するパラメータに基づいて、前記それぞれの空気通路を通る空気の流れを変えるように構成された、エアロゾル供給デバイス。 - それぞれがエアロゾル生成構成要素を含む複数の個別のエアロゾル生成領域から吸い口を通じて使用者によって吸引されるエアロゾルを生成するためのエアロゾル供給システム内の空気流を制御する方法であって、
第1のエアロゾル生成領域を通るように配置され、前記吸い口に流体的に接続された第1の流路に沿う空気の流れを変えるように構成された第1の流れ制限部材を調節するステップと、
第2のエアロゾル生成領域を通るように配置され、前記吸い口に流体的に接続された第2の流路に沿う空気の流れを変えるように構成された第2の流れ制限部材を調節するステップと
を含み、
前記第1の流れ制限部材及び前記第2の流れ制限部材が、前記システム内の前記それぞれのエアロゾル生成領域のエアロゾル生成構成要素の存在、及び/又は、前記システム内の前記それぞれのエアロゾル生成構成要素と関連するパラメータに基づいて、前記それぞれの流路を通る空気の流れを変える、方法。
