- 複数の補強繊維束を含み、各繊維束が軸を有し、前記軸の0〜5度以内で前記束の前記軸に沿って整列される複数の繊維と、前記繊維束を結合するポリマーとを含む、医療用インプラントであって、前記ポリマーおよび前記繊維束が、生分解性であり、かつ前記繊維が、各束内で100ミクロン以下分離される、インプラント。
- 前記繊維束が、前記ポリマーに埋め込まれる、請求項1に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記繊維束が、前記ポリマーと混合される、請求項1に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記繊維束軸に対する前記繊維の前記整列が、0〜1度である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記束内の繊維間の前記距離が、0〜50ミクロンの範囲である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の医療用インプラント。
