Claims (17)
- 薬物送達デバイスの起動を検出するための装置であって、
薬物送達デバイスに薬剤の用量をプログラムすることによって引き起こされる薬物送達デバイスの振動を検出するように構成された受動センサを含み、
ここで、該装置は、振動に応答して受動センサによって生成される出力信号を使用して、薬物送達デバイスを監視するための電子用量監視ユニットにウェイクアップ入力信号を提供するように構成される、前記装置。 - 受動センサの出力信号をウェイクアップ入力信号へ変換するように構成された受動回路をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 受動回路は、増幅器およびフィルタを含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 受動センサは、圧電センサを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 薬物送達デバイスに解放可能に固定されるように構成された補助デバイス内に保持される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 薬物送達デバイスと一体である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 薬物送達デバイスのハウジング内に保持される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- システムであって:
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置と;
電子用量監視ユニットとを含み、該電子用量監視ユニットは、プロセッサと、薬物送達デバイスの用量投薬動作を監視するように、および薬物送達デバイスから吐出される薬剤の量を決定するように構成された少なくとも1つの用量センサとを含む、前記システム。 - 薬物送達デバイスから吐出される薬剤の量に関連するデータを伝送するように構成されたワイヤレス伝送ユニットをさらに含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 電子用量監視ユニットは、薬物送達デバイスに解放可能に固定されるように構成された補助デバイス内に保持される、請求項8または9に記載のシステム。
- 電子用量監視ユニットに電力を供給するように構成されたバッテリをさらに含む、請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 電子用量監視ユニットに電力を供給するように構成されたエネルギーハーベスタをさらに含む、請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- エネルギーハーベスタは、薬物送達デバイスに薬剤の用量をプログラムすることからエネルギーを取り入れるように配置される、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- エネルギーハーベスタは、薬物送達デバイスに薬剤の用量をプログラムすることによって圧縮または引張されるように、および薬剤の用量が薬物送達デバイスから吐出されるときに圧縮解除または引張解除するように構成されたばねである、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- エネルギーハーベスタは、薬物送達デバイスに薬剤の用量をプログラムしたことに応答して、または薬剤の用量が薬物送達デバイスから吐出されるとき、電流を生じるように構成された発電機を含む、請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 発電機によって生じた電気エネルギーを貯蔵するように構成されたコンデンサをさらに含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置および電子用量監視ユニットを保持するハウジングを含む薬物送達デバイス。
