Abstract
Description
損傷した偏光フィルムをウィンドウと一緒に容易に交換し、ウィンドウを容易に分離し、ディスプレイ装置の製造工程を簡略化し、製造コストを削減し、多様にデザインできるディスプレイ装置を提案する。この際、前記ウィンドウ及び偏光フィルムがタッチスクリーン上に着脱されるか、ウィンドウが偏光フィルムに着脱される。本発明の着脱層は、偏光フィルムまたはタッチスクリーンへの着脱に限定されるものであり、既存のウィンドウへの着脱が可能なウィンドウ保護フィルムとは明確に区別される。

Claims (12)
- タッチスクリーン、偏光フィルム及びウィンドウを含むディスプレイ装置において、
前記偏光フィルム、前記タッチスクリーン、及び前記タッチスクリーンに付着されたタッチスクリーンカバー層のうちのいずれか一つに存在し、前記偏光フィルムの少なくとも一側に存在する粘着調整層を含み、
前記粘着調整層は、接着力が0.1gf/25mm〜500gf/25mmである着脱層の接着力を調整することを特徴とする、偏光フィルムを含む着脱ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記粘着調整層は、粘着調整パターン、微細凹凸パターン、及びこれが組み合わされたパターンのうちのいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の偏光フィルムを含む着脱ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記粘着調整パターンは、接着角が小さい第1領域と接着角が大きい第2領域とに区分され、前記第1領域は、小さい接着角を有するようにコーティングするか、または、前記偏光フィルム、前記タッチスクリーン、及び前記タッチスクリーンに付着された前記タッチスクリーンカバー層のうちのいずれか一つをそのまま露出させることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の偏光フィルムを含む着脱ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記粘着調整パターンは、接着角が小さい第1領域と接着角が大きい第2領域とに区分され、前記第2領域は、フッ素系樹脂またはシリコーン系樹脂を含むか、または、チタニア(TiO2)あるいはシリカ(SiO2)からなる蒸着層上のフッ素系樹脂またはシリコーン系樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の偏光フィルムを含む着脱ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記粘着調整パターンは、ライン状、格子状、島状、またはこれらが組み合わされた形状に配列されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の偏光フィルムを含む着脱ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記微細凹凸パターンは、断面が角張っているか、または、曲率を有するか、あるいは、これらが組み合わされた微細凹凸を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の偏光フィルムを含む着脱ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記微細凹凸パターンは、ライン状、格子状、島状、またはこれらが組み合わされた形状に配列されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の偏光フィルムを含む着脱ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記微細凹凸パターンは、前記微細凹凸のない平坦部と、前記微細凹凸のある凹凸部とに区分されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の偏光フィルムを含む着脱ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記微細凹凸パターンは、曲面縁部または屈曲部に凹凸部が対応することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の偏光フィルムを含む着脱ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記着脱層は、表面改質シート及び着脱シートのうちのいずれか一方であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の偏光フィルムを含む着脱ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記表面改質シートは、透明な高分子フィルムの表面にコロナ処理、プラズマ処理、またはそれらの連続処理により製造されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の偏光フィルムを含む着脱ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記着脱シートは、シート状であり、粘着性を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の偏光フィルムを含む着脱ディスプレイ装置。
