Claims (5)
- 自己調心ツールガイド(1)であって、
天井(3)で作業するためのポータブルパワーツール(6)を固定するためのホルダ(5)と、
前記ホルダ(5)が取り付けられ、前記ホルダ(5)をリフト軸(25)に平行に上昇させるための推進システム(24)を有する、リフト機構(7)と、
ホイール軸(28)上に2つのホイール(27)を有する自己平衡シャーシ(8)と、
前記ホイール(27)に結合された駆動装置(21)と、ステアリングシステム(20)と、
前記ホルダ(5)の前記天井(3)との間接的な接触を検出するための接触センサ(54)と、
前記シャーシ(8)用のブレーキ(53)と、を備える、ツールガイド(1)。 - 前記ツールガイド(1)の前記ホイール軸(28)に対する前記リフト機構(7)の重心(G)の横方向の偏位(x)を検出するステップと、
前記駆動装置(21)の作動により前記移動距離の平衡を取るステップであって、前記駆動装置(21)が前記偏位(x)に反作用するトルクを出力する、ステップと、
前記リフト機構(7)を用いて、前記ホルダ(5)を天井(3)まで上昇させるステップと、を含み、
前記ホルダ(5)の天井(3)との間接的な接触を検出すると、前記平衡を取ることが一時停止されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のツールガイド(1)の制御方法。 - 前記ブレーキ(53)が、前記間接的な接触を検出すると作動されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の制御方法。
- 前記間接的な接触の終了が検出された場合に、前記平衡を取ることが再作動されることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の制御方法。
- 前記間接的な接触が検出されると、垂直の調心に対する前記リフト機構(7)の前記調心が検出され、前記調心が前記垂直の調心から逸脱した場合に、前記リフト機構(7)を下降させることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の制御方法。
