Abstract
Description
発明の目的
・全体の熱回収を犠牲にすることなく、熱伝達表面上の高沸点化合物の凝固を防止するように、生成物冷却器(5)における熱伝達エリアの表面温度を十分高い温度に維持および制御できる。本発明の多くの実施形態において、高沸点化合物の凝固は、熱伝達表面のファウリング、および/または、熱伝達チューブの閉塞、および/または、ストリーム係数の減少を引き起こし得る。
・生成物冷却器(5)において必要とされる熱伝達エリアが、さらなる冷却および高圧水冷却器によって回収される熱に起因する、より高い温度駆動力に起因して、著しく減少する。
・高圧水冷却器は、生成物冷却器(5)の操作を微調整または調節するためのオプションを提供する。
プロセスの第1段階は、炭素質材料の揚水可能スラリーの形態で供給混合物を調製することである。これは一般に、サイズ低減、および、供給混合物において有機物を水、触媒、および有機物など他の添加剤など他の成分で分散させるなどのスラリー化するための手段を含む。

およびそれらの組み合わせ
高圧プロセスの有利な実施形態の第2段階は、上記変換処理のための所望の圧力に加圧される。所望の反応圧力への上記加圧は実質的に、供給混合物調製段階からのエントリー温度から、冷却システムを加熱する高圧水における反応温度への加熱が開始される前に実行される。
加圧供給混合物はその後、少なくとも340℃〜約450℃の反応温度、例えば、350℃〜430℃の範囲、好ましくは、370℃〜430℃の範囲、例えば、380℃〜420℃の範囲、より好ましくは、390℃〜420℃の範囲、例えば400℃〜415℃の範囲に加熱される。
反応温度への加熱後、上記加圧および加熱された供給混合物は、予め定義された時間にわたって、反応域において、所望の圧力および温度に維持される。供給特性ならびに/または圧力および温度の組み合わせは一般に、所望の生成物の収率および/または品質を犠牲にすることなく、従来技術と比較して、より短い反応時間および/またはより多い反応液体炭化水素生成物を可能にする。上記反応域における予め定義された時間は、1〜60分、例えば2〜45分の範囲であり得、好ましくは、上記反応域における上記予め定義された時間は3〜30分の範囲、例えば、3〜25分の範囲にあり、より好ましくは4〜20分、例えば5〜15分の範囲である。
図2から図4に示され、説明されるように、液体炭化水素生成物、水溶性有機物および溶解塩を含む水、二酸化炭素、水素およびメタンを含む気体、ならびに、変換された炭素質材料からの最終的な懸濁粒子を備える反応器からの出口ストリームは、冷却器(6)に入り、ここで、高圧水冷却器からの高圧水との接触によって冷却される。
冷却された生成物は減圧装置に入り、ここで、圧力が低減される。
液体炭化水素生成物を含む上記減圧からの減圧混合物はその後、分離に誘導される。分離は上記混合物からの気体を分離するための手段を含み得る。 上記分離手段は、フラッシュ分離器または脱ガス器を含み得、ここで気体はトップから引き抜かれる。上記気体は、図に示されるように、および、上でさらに説明されるように、プロセスにおいて加熱するための熱を発生させるために使用され得る。プロセスにおける加熱のための熱を発生させるために、気体は任意選択で、上記使用の前に、凝縮化合物、例えば水に冷却され得る。
・変換供給混合物/生成混合物を気相および残留相に分離する
・分離された気体を約31℃〜50℃の範囲の温度に冷却し、相分離器において、冷却された気相を、水素を実質的に含まない凝縮相と、水素および二酸化炭素が豊富な残留気相とに分離する
・分離された気相を、約10℃〜約31℃の範囲の温度にさらに冷却し、分離器において、冷却された残留気相を、CO2を含む液相と、水素が豊富な残留気相とに分離する
・加圧段階の後、水素が豊富な気体を改質プロセスに導入する
気体分離手段およびさらなる分離手段からの水相は、回収装置に供給され、ここで、水溶性有機物および/または均一系触媒の形態の液体有機化合物が濃縮形態で回収され、上記のように供給混合物調製装置に再循環される。上記水相に存在する水溶性有機物の調製は、ケトン、アルコールおよびポリアルコール、フェノールおよびアルキル化フェノール、カルボン酸、フラン、アルカン、アルケン、トルエン、クメンなどの1または複数の化合物を含む数百の異なる化合物の複合混合物を含む。

- 少なくとも1つの加圧装置と、

前記少なくとも1つの変換部と前記少なくとも1つの分離装置との間の少なくとも1つのバルブユニットと
を備える処理システムであって、
前記変換部は少なくとも2つの並列な変換ユニットを含み、
各変換ユニットは、
少なくとも1つの加熱装置と、
少なくとも1つの反応装置と、
少なくとも1つの冷却装置と
を含む、
処理システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの加圧装置と、前記変換ユニットの各々との間に閉鎖バルブユニットが提供され、前記変換ユニットの各々と、前記少なくとも1つの分離ユニットとの間に閉鎖バルブユニットが提供される、請求項1に記載の処理システム。
- 前記閉鎖バルブユニットの各々は、前記閉鎖バルブユニットの2つのバルブの間にメンテナンスバルブを含む、請求項2に記載の処理システム。
- 変換ユニットの一部として減圧装置が提供される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の処理システム。
- 流体の温度は、少なくとも375℃であり、圧力は、少なくとも220bar、より好ましくは、少なくとも240barである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の処理システム。
- 流体の温度は、少なくとも400℃である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の処理システム。
- 熱交換器の高温側に添加される流体は、加圧および処理された供給流を冷却するために使用される冷却流体である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の処理システム。
- 前記熱交換器の前記高温側に入る前に、前記冷却流体はさらに加熱される、請求項7に記載の処理システム。
