Claims (5)
- 脊椎システム(10)であって、
第1コネクタ(14)をその端に取り付けられている第1伸延ロッド(12)と、
ハウジング(20)と、
第2コネクタ(18)をその端に取り付けられている第2伸延ロッド(16)と、
を備え、
前記ロッド(12、16)はそれぞれ、前記ハウジング(20)内で、長手方向の一軸上において回転可能なように配列されており、
前記ロッド(12、16)はそれぞれ、前記ハウジング(20)内での回転とは独立して、前記ハウジング(20)内で、長手方向の一軸上において動くように配列されており、
前記コネクタ(14、18)はそれぞれ、一対の多軸継手(22)上に取り付けられ、一対の締結具(24)によって固着されており、
前記多軸継手(22)はそれぞれ、一対の椎弓根ねじ(26)へ取り付けられており、
前記締結具(24)は、それぞれの前記多軸継手(22)の一部分に対して締め付けられているとき、前記コネクタ(14、18)は、それぞれの前記多軸継手(22)から外れることはなく、前記多軸継手(22)は自由に多軸運動することができ、
前記第1伸延ロッド(12)と前記第2伸延ロッド(16)のうち、少なくとも一方が前記ハウジング(20)内で一軸上に動くことおよび回転することを防ぐように動作可能な締結具を有しない、脊椎システム(10)。 - 脊椎システム(10)であって、

前記コネクタ(14、18)はそれぞれ、一対の多軸継手(22)上に取り付けられ、一対の締結具(24)によって固着されており、
前記多軸継手(22)はそれぞれ、一対の椎弓根ねじ(26)の一部であり、
前記締結具(24)は、それぞれの前記多軸継手(22)の一部分に対して締め付けられているとき、前記コネクタ(14、18)は、それぞれの前記多軸継手(22)から外れることはなく、前記多軸継手(22)は自由に多軸運動することができ、
前記第1伸延ロッド(12)と前記第2伸延ロッド(16)のうち、少なくとも一方が前記ハウジング(20)内で一軸上に動くことおよび回転することを防ぐように動作可能な締結具を有しない、脊椎システム(10)。 - 前記ハウジング(20)は、前記ロッド(12、16)を隔てる流体を導入させるための流体入口(52)を備えている、請求項1または2に記載の脊椎システム(10)。
- 前記ハウジング(20)内に付勢装置(62)をさらに備え、前記付勢装置(62)は、前記ロッド(12、16)の少なくとも一方へ付勢力を印加するように動作可能な、請求項1または2に記載の脊椎システム(10)。
- 前記付勢装置(62)の第1の部分は、前記第1伸延ロッド(12)に接続されており、前記付勢装置(62)の第2の部分は、前記第2伸延ロッド(16)に接続されている、請求項4に記載の脊椎システム(10)。
