Claims (7)
- 雄ねじと雌ねじとからなる締結部材であって、
前記雄ねじのねじ部の表面、または前記雌ねじのねじ部の表面に、金属窒化物からなる硬化層が形成されていることを特徴とする締結部材。 - 前記金属窒化物が、Ti系窒化物またはCr系窒化物で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の締結部材。
- 前記締結部材が、500℃以上の温度下で使用されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の締結部材。
- 前記締結部材が、フェライト系耐熱鋼、Ni基超合金またはオーステナイト系耐熱鋼で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の締結部材。
- 前記硬化層の表面硬さが、1500HV以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の締結部材。
- 前記硬化層の表面における酸化速度が、1×10−6mm/h以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載の締結部材。
- 室温における無潤滑ボールオンディスク試験によって得られる、前記硬化層の動摩擦係数が、0.3以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の締結部材。
