Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a packaging bag, more particularly a refillable packaging bag that can be suitably used for storing various liquids to be refilled in other containers. Further, the packaging body in which the contents are filled in this packaging bag is also referred to.
Conventionally, it has been widely practiced to store various liquids such as seasonings, detergents, and cosmetics in a refill container such as a bottle, which is different from the main container, and sell the liquid. As a refill container, a pouch (packaging bag) made of a laminated film is widely used. Such a pouch has advantages that the amount of plastic material used can be reduced as compared with the main container, and that the liquid inside can be folded into a small size after being transferred to the main container to reduce the volume as dust.
As one form of the pouch formed of the laminated film, the one described in Patent Document 1 is known. The pouch (bag-shaped container) described in Patent Document 1 has a body portion filled with contents and a nozzle portion branched from either the front or back surface of the body portion and the tip portion serves as an injection port for the contents. I have. The pouch described in Patent Document 1 can reduce the possibility of spilling the contents at the time of refilling by inserting the nozzle portion into the mouth portion of the main container and then tilting the bag-shaped container.
In the pouch described in Patent Document 1, the nozzle portion is normally bent downward. Therefore, the state in which the spout is opened due to this broken line at the time of refilling is not stable, and the opening may be closed in the middle, making it difficult for the contents to come out.
On the other hand, if the nozzle portion is turned upward in the normal state, filling of the contents becomes complicated at the time of manufacturing the pouch.
Further, as will be described in detail later, how to open the spout depends on the amount of contents.
Based on the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging bag that can be easily manufactured and has a stable opening state of a spout.
The first aspect of the present invention is a packaging bag formed by heat-sealing the peripheral edges of a front portion formed of a laminated body and having a neck portion and a rear portion formed of the laminated body facing each other.
The neck portion has a base at the height intermediate portion of the packaging bag and extends upward, and the tip of the neck portion is located below the upper end of the packaging bag. The laminate constituting the front surface of the neck includes a convex main emboss extending in the height direction at the center of the neck in the width direction, concave sub-embosses provided on both sides of the main emboss in the width direction, and the vicinity of the lower end of the sub-emboss. It has a concave lower emboss that extends downward from and in the width direction of the packaging bag. The angle formed by the sub-emboss on the main emboss side and the lower side with respect to the line extending in the width direction of the packaging bag is 55 ° or more and 80 ° or less.
The second aspect of the present invention is a package in which the contents are filled in the packaging bag according to the first aspect, and the volume of the contents is less than 90% of the full capacity of the packaging bag.
The packaging bag and package of the present invention can be easily manufactured, and the opening state of the spout is stable.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a packaging bag 1 of the present embodiment filled with contents. The packaging bag 1 can be suitably used as a refill container for various liquids such as seasonings, detergents, and cosmetics.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line I-I of FIG. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II of FIG. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the packaging bag 1 includes a
The packaging bag 1 has a substantially rectangular shape in the front view and is long in the vertical direction (height direction), and the dimension in the left-right direction (width direction) is slightly smaller in the middle portion in the height direction.
The dimensions of the packaging bag 1 in the width direction can be set as appropriate. As an example, when the dimension in the width direction is set to about 60 mm to 120 mm, a user with an average hand size can easily grasp it with one hand, which is preferable.
As shown in FIG. 2, the
In order to realize the above structure, the laminated film forming the
The number and composition of the layers other than the sealant layer may be appropriately determined in consideration of the functions and characteristics required for the packaging bag 1. For example, a gas barrier layer that prevents the permeation of a predetermined gas, a light-shielding layer that protects the contents from light, a printing layer that gives a predetermined appearance to the packaging bag, and an overcoat layer that prevents the surface of the packaging bag from being scratched. Etc. can be exemplified.
A plastic film may be used as a layer other than the sealant layer. As the material of the plastic film, for example, polyolefin (polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.), polyester (polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, etc.), polyamide (nylon-6, nylon-66, etc.), polyimide, etc. can be used, depending on the application. Can be selected as appropriate. In particular, when polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate is used as a plastic film, it is more preferable in terms of film strength and price. In addition, when a stretched polyamide film is used, it is possible to impart toughness against piercing and impact resistance to the laminated body.
A laminated film may be formed by joining a film-shaped sealant layer and the above-mentioned plastic film using an adhesive layer.
The
With the above configuration, the
The position of the base of the
The
The non-fused region R1 of the
The
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The lower embosses 124 and 125 are concave embosses similar to the secondary embosses. The lower embosses 124 and 125 extend substantially in a straight line from the vicinity of the lower ends of the sub-embosses 122 and 123 toward the widthwise end of the packaging bag 1, and are separated from each other as they approach the lower end of the packaging bag 1. The positions of the upper ends of the lower embosses 124 and 125 are substantially the same as the positions of the lower ends of the sub-embossed 122 and 123 in the width direction of the packaging bag 1.
In the packaging bag 1, the heat-sealed
The packaging bag 1 has a state in which a
When the desired contents are filled in the packaging bag 1 from the upper end portion and then the upper end portion is heat-sealed and sealed, the packaging bag 1 filled and sealed with the contents is completed.
When transferring the contents of the packaging bag 1 to another container such as this container, the user bends the upper side of the
The user inserts the tip end side of the
When the packaging bag 1 is inserted into another container, the filled contents move into the non-fused region R1 of the
At this time, the
The inventor found that in a packaging bag provided with main embossing and sub-embossing, the spout may not open properly when the amount (volume) of the filled contents is small, and the problem is solved by providing a lower embossing. bottom. Hereinafter, it will be described in detail.
When the contents are stored only in the region below the main emboss and the sub-emboss in the packaging bag 1 due to the small amount of the contents, the width of the
Such a phenomenon is likely to occur when the amount of the contents is less than a certain ratio (for example, 90%) with respect to the full capacity of the packaging bag 1. The "full capacity" in the present invention means the maximum filling amount that does not cause overflow of the contents when the packaging bag 1 is filled and sealed by the filling machine.
When the lower emboss is provided in the lower region, the
As a countermeasure against the difficulty of opening the spout when the content is small, it is conceivable to reduce the substantial capacity of the lower region by forming an additional heat fusion region in the lower region. However, in this case, the shape of the heat bar is changed and an additional heat fusion process is required, which complicates the production.
Since the lower embossing of the packaging bag 1 of the present embodiment can be formed at the same time as the main embossing and the sub-embossing, no additional manufacturing process is required. Further, since the front part and the rear part are not joined in the area where the lower emboss is provided, the full capacity of the packaging bag does not change. Therefore, the spout can be suitably opened in a wider range of filling amount without lowering the production efficiency, and the versatility is remarkably improved.
The packaging bag 1 of the present embodiment is particularly suitable for manufacturing a package in which the filling amount of the contents is small with respect to the full capacity.
The experimental results regarding the above-mentioned effects according to the packaging bag 1 of the present embodiment are shown below. FIG. 4 shows a plan view of each experimental example used for the study.
A plurality of packaging bags were prepared in which the materials, layer configurations and dimensions of the
The main emboss was a linear convex emboss with a length of 62 mm.
The sub-embossing was a linear concave embossing having a length of 31.4 mm, and the parameters were as follows.
・ Distance between the upper end of the sub-emboss and the heat fusion site around the
・ The angle formed by the sub-emboss on the main emboss side and the lower side with respect to the line extending in the width direction of the packaging bag is 73 °.
In Experimental Examples 1 and 2, additional heat fusion regions were formed without the lower embossing.
In Experimental Example 1, additional heat fusion regions were formed at both ends in the width direction of the region below the main emboss and the sub-emboss. That is, the volume of the lower region is reduced.
In Experimental Example 2, additional heat fusion regions were formed at both ends in the width direction of the region slightly below the bend line L. Therefore, the volume of the lower region has not changed.
In Experimental Examples 3 to 5, lower embossing was formed without providing an additional heat fusion region. The mode of lower embossing is as follows.
Length: 31.4 mm
Tilt angle of the lower emboss (the angle between the lower emboss and the line extending in the width direction on the main emboss side):
Experimental example 3: 45 °
Experimental example 4: 27 °
Experimental example 5: 0 ° (horizontal)
Each sample packaging bag was filled with water as a content.
After that, the lower side of the neck was lightly grasped and lifted to check the opening of the spout. In each experimental example, the opening degree of the spout was confirmed with five kinds of filling amounts of 140 ml, 150 ml, 160 ml, 180 ml, and 200 ml, and the case where the spout was opened well was taken as the appropriate capacity.
FIG. 4 shows the range of appropriate capacity in each experimental example.
In Experimental Example 1, although the spout was well opened, the volume of the lower region was reduced, making it impossible to fill 180 ml and 200 ml.
In Experimental Example 2, the spout did not open well at all filling volumes, and 180 ml and 200 ml filling became impossible.
In Experimental Example 5, there was no change in the full capacity, but the spout did not open well in the range of 140 ml to 160 ml, and the range of the appropriate volume was the same as that without the lower embossing. It is probable that the lower embossing in this example showed almost the same behavior as the above-mentioned light bending, so that the range of the appropriate capacity could not be expanded.
In Experimental Examples 3 and 4, the spout could be satisfactorily opened even with a filling amount of less than 90% of the full capacity without reducing the full capacity, and the range of the appropriate capacity could be expanded. In Experimental Example 3, the spout was well opened at all filling volumes.
From the results of Experimental Examples 3 to 5, it was considered that the inclination angle of the lower embossing needs to be at least 20 °, preferably about 25 ° to 60 °.
Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the contents of the above-described embodiments and the like, and various changes are made to each component within the range not deviating from the gist of the present invention. It can be added or deleted.
For example, the packaging bag of the present invention is not limited to a standing pouch, and therefore does not have to have a bottom.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, an example in which the front portion is formed by joining the first member and the second member has been described, but as another configuration, the front portion is formed by bending one laminated film. It may be formed.
The waist strength of the second member is preferably 20 mN / 15 mm or more. In this case, the upward state of the neck is suitably held by the second member, and the neck is prevented from being unintentionally bent downward.
The waist strength of the film-shaped member can be measured by using, for example, a loop stiffness tester (manufactured by Toyo Seiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.). The measurement conditions may be, for example, a loop length of 80 to 110 mm, a sample width of 12 to 15 mm, a sample direction as the processing flow direction (MD direction), and a pushing amount (crushing distance) of 12 to 15 mm.
The main embossing, the sub-embossing, and the lower embossing may not be perfectly straight, for example, may be slightly curved.
It is preferable that the lower end of the lower embossing is located below the upper surface of the contents when the contents of the assumed filling amount are stored in the lower region. Further, it is preferable that the heat fusion portions are close to both sides in the width direction.
In the first member of the neck portion, a convex emboss similar to the main emboss may be formed between the spout and the bending line L. In this way, the spout can be opened more easily.
The contents contained in the packaging bag of the present invention are not limited to liquids. The form of the content may be in the form of a gel, powder, or solid such as granules, and is not particularly limited.
