Description
前述した課題を解決するための本発明の一側面によるパッチガイド方法は、コンピュータがデプスカメラを用いて対象体の頭を含む3次元スキャンモデルを獲得する段階と、前記対象体の3次元脳MRIモデルを獲得する段階と、前記スキャンモデルと前記脳MRIモデルに対する整合を行って整合されたモデルを獲得する段階と、前記デプスカメラを用いて前記対象体の頭を撮影した画像を獲得する段階と、前記撮影された画像の一つの位置と前記整合されたモデル上の一つの位置とをマッチさせる段階とを含む。
Claims (9)
- コンピュータがデプスカメラを用いて対象体の頭を含む3次元スキャンモデルを獲得する段階と、
コンピュータが前記対象体の3次元脳MRIモデルを獲得する段階と、
コンピュータが前記スキャンモデルと前記脳MRIモデルに対する整合を行って整合されたモデルを獲得する段階と、
コンピュータが前記デプスカメラを用いて前記対象体の頭を撮影した画像を獲得する段階と、
コンピュータが前記撮影した画像の一つの位置と前記整合されたモデル上の一つの位置とをマッチさせる段階と、
を含み、
前記対象体の3次元脳MRIモデルを獲得する段階は、
コンピュータが前記対象体の脳MRI画像を獲得する段階と、
コンピュータが前記脳MRI画像に含まれている複数の領域それぞれの性質に基づいて、前記対象体の脳に対する電気的刺激の伝達過程をシミュレーションできる前記対象体の3次元脳地図を生成する段階と、
を含み、
コンピュータが、前記3次元脳地図におけるパッチを付着するための位置を決定する段階を更に含むパッチガイド方法。 - コンピュータが前記撮影した画像に含まれている少なくとも1つのパッチを認識する段階と、
コンピュータが前記撮影した画像において認識されたパッチの位置を判断する段階と、
コンピュータが判断したパッチの位置に対応する前記整合されたモデル上の位置を獲得する段階と、
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッチガイド方法。 - 前記整合を行う段階は、
コンピュータが前記スキャンモデルと前記脳MRIモデルの顔の特徴(facial feature)を計算する段階と、
コンピュータが前記スキャンモデルと前記脳MRIモデルの顔の特徴を用いて前記スキャンモデルと前記脳MRIモデルの整合を行う段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッチガイド方法。 - 前記スキャンモデルの顔の特徴を計算する段階は、
コンピュータが前記対象体の頭を含む色画像及び深度画像を獲得する段階と、
コンピュータが前記色画像を用いて前記対象体の顔の特徴を計算する段階と、
コンピュータが前記深度画像を用いて前記対象体の顔の特徴の3次元位置を計算する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のパッチガイド方法。 - コンピュータが前記撮影した画像で前記対象体の頭にパッチを付着するための位置をガイドする画像を表示する段階を更に含み、
前記表示する段階は、
コンピュータが前記整合されたモデル上で前記パッチを付着する位置を決定する段階と、
コンピュータが前記撮影した画像で前記決定された位置に対応する位置を表示する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッチガイド方法。 - コンピュータが前記撮影した画像においてパッチを認識する段階と、
コンピュータが、認識されたパッチが前記パッチを付着するための位置に付着されうるよう前記認識されたパッチの移動方向を表示する段階と、
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のパッチガイド方法。 - 前記3次元脳地図を生成する段階は、
コンピュータが前記対象体の脳に対する電気的刺激の伝達過程をシミュレーションできる複数の格子(mesh)で構成された3次元立体画像を生成する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッチガイド方法。 - 前記パッチを付着するための位置を決定する段階は、
コンピュータが対象体の脳で電気的刺激を加える刺激目標地点を獲得する段階と、
コンピュータが前記対象体の頭にパッチが付着される位置によって前記対象体の脳に電気的刺激が伝達される過程をシミュレーションする段階と、
コンピュータが前記得られた刺激目標地点及び前記シミュレーションの結果を用いて前記3次元脳地図におけるパッチを付着するための位置を決定する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッチガイド方法。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法をコンピュータに実行させるプログラム。
