Abstract
Description
図1に示す太陽電池10は、基板12の上に第1電極14、電子輸送層16、光電変換層18、正孔輸送層20、第2電極22が順番に積層されている。
太陽電池10の製造方法について説明する。(1)ガラス、有機フィルムなどの透明な基板12を準備する。この準備には、基板12を所望形状に切断したり、洗浄したりすることを含む。
次に、上記製造方法によって実際に太陽電池10を製造した実験例を説明する。ペロブスカイト構造を有する化合物は、表1に示すペロブスカイト出発組成であるMAI、PbCl2、PbI2に、CuBr2、NaClを添加するか、NaClの代わりにNaI、KIまたはRbIを添加している。なお、MAはCH3NH3の略称である。ペロブスカイト化合物前駆体溶液の溶媒はDMF(シグマ アルドリッチ社製)を用いている。スピンコートは気温27℃、湿度40%の大気圧下で2000rpm、60秒間おこなった。その後、140℃のホットプレートで10分間熱処理し、ペロブスカイト結晶を生成した。なお、従来のペロブスカイト構造を有する化合物に何ら添加しない太陽電池を比較例として作製した。表1の単位はmol・L−1である。

- 基板と、
前記基板上の第1電極と、
前記第1電極上の電子輸送層と、
前記電子輸送層の上において、n型半導体およびペロブスカイト構造を有する化合物から構成された光電変換層と、
前記光電変換層の上の正孔輸送層と、
前記正孔輸送層上の第2電極と、
を備え、
前記ペロブスカイト構造を有する化合物にアルカリ金属および遷移元素が添加された太陽電池。 - 前記アルカリ金属がリチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、ルビジウム、セシウムまたはフランシウムを含む請求項1の太陽電池。
- 前記ペロブスカイト構造を有する化合物に添加された遷移元素が銅、亜鉛、ニッケル、コバルトまたはマンガンを含む請求項1または2の太陽電池。
- 前記光電変換層の中のメソポーラス構造を有するn型半導体の層に遷移元素が添加された請求項1から3のいずれかの太陽電池。
- 前記光電変換層の中のメソポーラス構造を有するn型半導体の層に添加された遷移元素がスカンジウムを含む請求項4の太陽電池。
- 基板を準備する工程と、
前記基板の一面上に第1電極を形成する工程と、
前記第1電極の上に電子輸送層を形成する工程と、
前記電子輸送層の上にn型半導体とペロブスカイト構造を有する化合物を形成し、光電変換層を形成する工程と、
