Claims (21)
- 貯水プールに貯水される溶液に浸漬され、貯水プールの底側から上方向に向かって外部の気体と貯水プールの溶液とを混合するための混合ノズルであって、該混合ノズルは、
気体と溶液が混合されてなる混合流を加速するために内部断面積が小さいスロート部と、
前記スロート部から下流側に向かってその内部断面積がテーパ状に拡大するディフューザ部と、
前記スロート部の上流側に配置され、外部の気体が供給され、下流に向かってその内部断面積が先細り状に縮小する気体ノズル先端部を有する気体ノズル部と、
前記気体ノズル部の側部から気体ノズル先端部方向へ貯水プールの溶液を吸液するための第1吸液口と、
前記気体ノズル部の下流側に第1吸液口を挟んで延在し、下流に向かってその内部断面積が先細り状に縮小する液ノズル先端部を有する液ノズル部と、
前記スロート部より上流側且つ液ノズル部の下流側に配置され、液ノズル部の側部から液ノズル先端部方向へ貯水プールの溶液を吸液するための第2吸液口と、
前記気体ノズル先端部から排出される気体が第1吸液口及び第2吸液口から吸液される溶液と共にスロート部で加速され、ディフューザ部で混合される混合流がディフューザ部の下流端部の正面で衝突するように配置されるバッフル板であって、混合流の高速反転流が形成され遠心力により気体と溶液とが混合するように、混合流を分割して反転させる、バッフル板と、
前記バッフル板により分割して反転される混合流が貯水プールの上方向に直接向かわない方向へ噴出する噴出口と、
を具備することを特徴とする混合ノズル。 - 請求項1に記載の混合ノズルにおいて、前記バッフル板は、ディフューザ部により分割して反転される混合流が貯水プールの底方向に向かって斜めに噴出するように、混合流の衝突面が円弧形状であることを特徴とする混合ノズル。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の混合ノズルにおいて、前記バッフル板は、混合流が噴流口へ導かれるように上流側を向く凸条噴流ガイドを混合流の衝突面に有することを特徴とする混合ノズル。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3の何れかに記載の混合ノズルにおいて、前記液ノズル部は、液ノズル先端部がスロート部よりも狭いことを特徴とする混合ノズル。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4の何れかに記載の混合ノズルにおいて、前記気体ノズル部は、気体ノズル先端部が液ノズル先端部よりも狭いことを特徴とする混合ノズル。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5の何れかに記載の混合ノズルにおいて、前記気体ノズル部は、上流に向かってその厚み方向の内部断面積が末広がり形状となるように構成されることを特徴とする混合ノズル。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6の何れかに記載の混合ノズルを用い、汚染物質である微細粒子が含まれる外部の気体である汚染気体を浄化する汚染気体浄化装置であって、該汚染気体浄化装置は、
汚染物質である微細粒子が含まれる汚染気体を吸気口から吸気する送風部と、吸気される汚染気体を送風する送風管とを有する吸入部と、
汚染気体に含まれる汚染物質である微細粒子を除染するための除染溶液を貯水する貯水プールと、
除染後の気体を貯水プールから排気する排気部と、を具備し、
前記吸入部の送風管は、混合ノズルの気体ノズル部に接続され、
前記バッフル板は、ディフューザ部で混合される汚染気体と除染溶液の固気液三相流の高速反転流が形成され遠心力により汚染気体中の微細粒子と気体とを分離し微細粒子と除染溶液とが混合するように、固気液三相流を分割して反転させる、
ことを特徴とする汚染気体浄化装置。 - 請求項7に記載の汚染気体浄化装置において、前記吸入部の送風部は、貯水プールの除染溶液よりも高い位置に配置され、送風管はU字型に形成され、貯水プールの除染溶液よりも低い位置にU字の折り返し部分が配置されることを特徴とする汚染気体浄化装置。
- 請求項7又は請求項8に記載の汚染気体浄化装置において、前記吸入部の送風部は、貯水プールの除染溶液よりも低い位置に配置され、送風管は逆U字型に形成され、貯水プールの除染溶液よりも高い位置に逆U字の折り返し部分が配置されることを特徴とする汚染気体浄化装置。
- 請求項7乃至請求項9の何れかに記載の汚染気体浄化装置であって、さらに、前記貯水プールの除染溶液の液量を制御する溶液量制御部を有することを特徴とする汚染気体浄化装置。
- 請求項7乃至請求項10の何れかに記載の汚染気体浄化装置において、前記排気部は、貯水プールで発生するミストを除染溶液と気体に分離するミスト分離部を有し、該ミスト分離部は、分離される除染溶液を貯水プールに戻すことを特徴とする汚染気体浄化装置。
- 請求項7乃至請求項11の何れかに記載の汚染気体浄化装置において、前記排気部は、さらに、除染後の気体と共に貯水プールの除染溶液を混合して霧化する霧化手段又はプラズマ殺菌手段を有することを特徴とする汚染気体浄化装置。
- 請求項7乃至請求項12の何れかに記載の汚染気体浄化装置において、前記排気部は、さらに、他の除染手段に接続されることを特徴とする汚染気体浄化装置。
- 請求項13に記載の汚染気体浄化装置において、前記他の除染手段は、メタル繊維フィルタ、ガラス繊維フィルタ、ヨウ素吸着フィルタ、揮発性有機化合物分解触媒フィルタの少なくとも何れか1つであることを特徴とする汚染気体浄化装置。
- 請求項13に記載の汚染気体浄化装置において、
前記貯水プールの除染溶液は、アルカリ水からなり、
前記他の除染手段は、メタル繊維を用いる第1フィルタ部と、ヨウ素吸着材を用いる第2フィルタ部とからなる、
ことを特徴とする汚染気体浄化装置。 - 請求項13に記載の汚染気体浄化装置において、
前記貯水プールの除染溶液は、次亜塩素酸水又は二酸化塩素水からなり、
前記他の除染手段は、メタル繊維を用いる第1フィルタ部と、ガラス繊維を用いる第2フィルタ部とからなる、
ことを特徴とする汚染気体浄化装置。 - 請求項13に記載の汚染気体浄化装置において、
前記貯水プールの除染溶液は、アルカリ水からなり、
前記他の除染手段は、メタル繊維を用いる第1フィルタ部と、揮発性有機化合物分解触媒を用いる第2フィルタ部とからなる、
ことを特徴とする汚染気体浄化装置。 - 請求項13に記載の汚染気体浄化装置において、
前記貯水プールの除染溶液は、アルカリ水からなり、
前記他の除染手段は、メタル繊維を用いる第1フィルタ部と、ガラス繊維を用いる第2フィルタ部とからなる、
ことを特徴とする汚染気体浄化装置。 - 請求項7乃至請求項18の何れかに記載の汚染気体浄化装置において、前記貯水プールの除染溶液は、放射性物質、ウイルス、細菌、カビ、花粉、光化学オキシダント、火山ガスの何れか1つを少なくとも除染可能であることを特徴とする汚染気体浄化装置。
- 請求項7乃至請求項19の何れかに記載の汚染気体浄化装置であって、さらに、汚染気体浄化装置が移動手段に搭載可能に構成されることを特徴とする汚染気体浄化装置。
- 請求項7乃至請求項19の何れかに記載の汚染気体浄化装置であって、さらに、汚染気体浄化装置がフェイスマスクに接続可能に構成されることを特徴とする汚染気体浄化装置。
