By making a garbage less bulky than before, it can be applied to fast food shops, restaurants, kitchens at homes, hospitals, schools, laboratories and other waste disposal applications.SELECTED DRAWING: None

Description

The present invention relates to a waste treatment apparatus in which dust is less bulky than before.

Conventionally, there has been a proposal regarding a garbage storage container used in a fast food shop or the like (Patent Document 1).
That is, the garbage storage container used in fast food shops, etc. is one in which the garbage inlet is formed in an open state, or one in which the opening / closing lid that keeps the garbage inlet always closed by pressing can be opened. Has been done.
The conventional garbage storage container with an open garbage inlet has a drawback that the disposable hamburger storage container and the drink storage container put inside are exposed, which makes it unsightly.
Further, the garbage storage container provided with the opening / closing lid has a drawback that the garbage cannot be thrown into the inside unless the opening / closing lid, which is easily soiled, is manually pressed to open the container, and the user cannot use the container cleanly.
In view of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, the conventional proposal throws away disposable hamburger storage containers, drink storage containers, garbage, etc. placed on the tray by pressing the opening / closing lid with the tray to open it and tilting the tray. The purpose is to provide a trash storage container that can be used cleanly and can be efficiently prevented from becoming unsightly. An opening that can be taken in and out, an opening / closing door attached to the storage container body so that the opening can be opened and closed, and a dust inlet formed in a front portion near the upper part of the storage container body. The opening and closing lid of the Kannon opening that opens and closes the garbage container in the vertical direction and the opening and closing lid of the Kannon opening are kept in a closed state at all times, and when one opening and closing lid is pressed to open, the other opening and closing door is opened in the same manner. The trash storage container is composed of an opening / closing lid operating mechanism that can be opened and closed.
In the garbage storage container configured as described above, the tray is pressed against the double-door opening / closing lid on the lower side, and the opening / closing lids on the lower side and the upper side are opened by the opening / closing lid operating mechanism. Therefore, by inclining the tray, the dust on the tray is dropped and thrown into the main body of the storage container.
However, this has the problem that the dust becomes very bulky.

In order to solve the above problems, the following technical measures are taken in the present invention.
(1) The waste treatment apparatus of the present invention is characterized in that a volume reduction mechanism for accommodating, vacuum sucking, sealing and reducing the volume is installed in the workplace. Device.
Since this waste treatment device accommodates the waste, vacuum-sucks it, seals it, and reduces the volume, it can be made bulky in a deflated state.
Since this volume reduction mechanism is installed in the work place, the waste can be stored in the work place in a bulky state with the air deflated.
Examples of the waste include leftover food, raw garbage such as bread, meat, and vegetable waste produced during cooking, paper containers for hamburgers and potatoes, and plastic containers for salads and drinks.
A gas barrier film can be used to seal the waste.
Examples of the workplace include fast food shops, restaurants, kitchens such as homes, hospitals, schools, and laboratories.
As a mode in which the volume reduction mechanism is installed in the workplace, for example, it can be built in to a countertop of a fast food shop.

(2) The carbonization mechanism of the waste may be installed inside.
With this structure, the carbide can be reused as a raw material for activated carbon or the like.
Here, by storing the sealed waste in a cool and dark place, it is possible to ensure hygiene from cockroaches and other pests.
Then, a useful activated carbon raw material can be obtained by carbonizing with a carbonization mechanism (for example, at 900 ° C. or higher for 3 hours). In this way, a huge amount of waste can be converted into resources to benefit the global environment.
