Claims (2)
- 耐火性プレハブで作られている上部に球面を有する立方形の衝撃パッドを金属鋳造前にタンディッシュの底に置き、溶融金属を前記タンディッシュの中に運び、鋳造速度がより高いときでも滞留時間の伸びは低く、ホッパー内の鋳造される金属の量はタンディッシュノズルを通して前記タンディッシュを離れる金属の量に等しくなるように設定されており、前記溶融金属の上部は一定であり、流入する金属の量は、前記タンディッシュを離れて前記タンディッシュノズルを通して次の連続鋳造設備に向かう金属の量に等しいことを特徴とする、タンディッシュに衝撃パッドを利用する溶融金属の鋳造方法。
- 上部に球面を有する立方形の衝撃パッドを金属鋳造前にタンディッシュの底に置き、溶融金属を前記タンディッシュの中に運び、鋳造速度がより高いときでも滞留時間の伸びは低く、次いで、上側タンディッシュノズルおよび次の連続鋳造設備への浸漬入口ノズルを通して、前記液体金属を総可能タンディッシュ体積で、前記タンディッシュを離れるように導くことを特徴とする、タンディッシュに衝撃パッドを利用する溶融金属の鋳造方法。
