Description

The present invention relates to footwear, and more particularly to footwear that contributes to the reduction of national medical-related costs by actively bending and stretching human toes to promote health and prevent aging. ..

Traditionally, the back of a person's foot, especially the toe joint, is an important part that is said to be the second heart of a human being, and repeated up and down movements of the toes promote blood circulation. In addition, the effective return of blood from the blood vessels at the ends of humans to the heart greatly contributes to human metabolism, and this has attracted a great deal of attention regarding health maintenance, and in recent years, this point has been particularly noticeable. It has been regarded as important, and it has begun to be used for the prevention and treatment of hallux valgus, floating fingers, and flat feet. It is also expected to be used for the prevention of cold feet, the prevention of falls in the elderly, and the improvement of walking disorders. Has been done.

In recent years, the toe gooper exercise, which has become a hot topic in the world, has been attracting attention as an exercise that anyone can easily perform based on such knowledge.
That is, in recent years, there has been increasing recognition that activating the movement of the back of the human foot, especially the toes, is important for the treatment and prevention of the above-mentioned various disorders and diseases.

By the way, what is called athletic shoes as footwear that has been generally used in the past, when wearing this, walking or running, only the fingertip direction of the athletic shoes is the horizontal plane of the front part. On the other hand, the current situation is that it only has a function of swinging upward, and as described above, it does not have a function of actively and greatly swinging the toes.
That is, in many conventionally used athletic shoes, when walking, running and running, the toe portion is in a warped state toward the upper side, but in the lower direction. There was a problem that it did not become bent.

On the other hand, conventionally, in the field of footwear, there have been some attempts to bend the toe portion downward from the bottom surface of the footwear. 2017-121388 (Patent Document 1) is known, but in the known example, a specific example as footwear is a footwear, and in the footwear, a footwear plate portion corresponding to a toe portion. Is deleted so that the remaining toes, including the toes, can be bent downward from the plane of the footwear plate, but in the known example, each toe can be easily bent downward. Even if it is possible, there is no configuration in which each toe is positively inverted and raised from its lower position upward, so the vertical movement of the toe should be effectively carried out. Is impossible.

Further, Japanese Patent No. 3369858 (Patent Document 2) is known, but in the known example, the shoe is intended to firmly fix the toes inside the shoe and maximize the treading force. The surface of the insole is provided with a convex portion at the base of the toe that is inserted into the gap between the toes, and a concave portion on the posterior end side where the metatarsophalangeal portion can be aligned and a toe tip portion at the anterior end portion thereof. Disclosed is a structure of a shoe in which the recess is provided so that the recess of the toe tip portion is lower than the surface of the insole portion of the shoe.

However, in the known example, the toe tip is provided only with the toe tip matching recess for the purpose of fixing the position of the toe at the time of treading to the extent that it does not shift in the horizontal direction. It is clear that it is not intended to bend the part deeply, strongly and positively.
However, in the known example, there is no disclosure or suggestion regarding the inversion of the toe tip from the downwardly bent state and turning it upward at a large angle, that is, upward of the shoe. it is obvious.
Further, as prior art related to the present invention, International Publication No. 2011-059045 (Patent Document 3), Jikkenhei 3-079704 (Patent Document 4), Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-061563 (Patent Document 5), and registration of a practical new proposal. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3024538 (Patent Document 6), Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2006-051305 (Patent Document 7), Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3154424 (Patent Document 8), etc. are known, but in the prior art. However, although a shoe in which a recessed recess is formed in a portion of the bottom of the shoe where the tip of the toe abuts is disclosed, in any known example, the tip of the toe is the recess. Inside the dented part, it is always placed in a state where it is swaying freely and without any restrictions, and when the stepping motion is performed, the tip of the toe is caught in the stepped part of the reciprocating part. Only the action of bending inward is performed, and such a motion is only a completely opposite motion different from the flexion motion of the toe tip in the present invention, and further, a characteristic motion in the present invention. It must be said that there is no chance that the function / movement of the toe tip flipping outward will occur at all.
That is, the third to eighth patent documents are merely prior arts completely unrelated to the present invention.
Therefore, in recent years, there has been a long demand for shoes having the above-mentioned functions and capable of greatly moving the toes while wearing the shoes.

特開2017−121388号公報JP-A-2017-121388 特許第3369885号公報Japanese Patent No. 3369858 国際公開2011−059045号公報International Publication 2011-059045 実開平3−079704公報Jikkenhei 3-079704 Gazette 特開2007−061563号公報JP-A-2007-061563 実用新案登録第3024538号公報Utility Model Registration No. 3024538 Gazette 特開2006−051305号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2006-051305 実用新案登録第3154424号公報Utility Model Registration No. 3154424

The function, shape, constituent material, design, etc. of the footwear 1 in the present invention are not particularly limited, and footwear generally used in the past is used. For example, as the footwear 1, sports shoes including marathon shoes, walking shoes, jogging shoes, sneakers and the like are preferable examples, but general shoes and sandals may be used. Needless to say.
Further, as the footwear 1 in the present invention, the manufacturing materials thereof are not specified, but the materials constituting the bottom of the footwear 1 are natural rubber, synthetic resin rubber, foamed resin, leather and the like. The deck may be one selected from leather, synthetic resin, knitted fabric group, or a composite material thereof may be used. ..

The basic technical idea in the present invention is that, as shown in FIGS. 2 (B) and 2 (C), all of the five human toes have different sizes. In each case, the proximal phalanx 101, the intermediate phalanx 102, and the distal phalanx 103 located in front of the metatarsophalangeal joint 100 are arranged in series in this order, and between the respective bones. It is configured so that it can be bent individually.
By actively and greatly swinging these individual joints, blood circulation in the human body becomes active, and as a result, the above-mentioned various disorders and diseases are improved, and the effects of promoting health are exhibited. It is.

Therefore, in the present invention, all of the above-mentioned toes are worn when the footwear is worn and actually used, that is, when walking, running, jumping, or other exercises such as walking, running, jumping, or climbing a staircase. It is intended to effectively exert the above-mentioned effect by causing a person to frequently perform a bending motion with a large bending angle of his / her toes without being particularly aware of it.

The shoe sole 2 of the footwear 1 in the present invention preferably has a predetermined thickness, preferably about 1.5 cm to 3.5 cm, and in the present invention, the shoe. It is desirable that the depth of the recessed portion 5 formed downward from the surface portion 7 of the bottom portion 2 differs depending on the size of each of the toes, but for example, the plane T in FIG. 1 (B). As is clear from FIG. 2A showing the plan view seen in FIG. 2, the depth of the recessed portion 5 corresponding to the big toe 201 is preferably about 2.5 cm, and the recessed portion 5 has a depth of about 2.5 cm. In a specific example, it is desirable that the width of the portion corresponding to the big toe 201 in the toe length direction, that is, the width in the direction corresponding to the longitudinal direction of the footwear 1 is about 2.0 cm to 3.5 cm. be.
Note that FIG. 2 (A) is a diagram illustrating the flat state of the footwear to be worn on the human right foot, but the state diagram of the back surface of the human left foot is shown symmetrically with FIG. 2 (A). It goes without saying that it is a thing.

On the other hand, the depth of the recess 5 and the direction L in the longitudinal direction of the footwear, in which the index finger 202, the middle finger 203, the ring finger 204 and the little finger 205 of the human foot using the footwear 1 correspond to each other individually. It is desirable that the lengths be gradually reduced according to the size and length of the individual corresponding toes.
Further, in the present invention, the shape of the recessed portion corresponding to the individual toes of the recessed portion 5 may be such that the central axis P is formed vertically, but it is preferable. As shown in FIG. 1 (B), it is desirable that the central axis P forms a recessed portion such that the footwear 1 is inclined from the front part to the rear part, and the inclination angle is set as the inclination angle. Is not particularly limited, but is a specific example in which it is desirable to incline in the range of 30 degrees to 60 degrees.
