Abstract

Claims (15)
- 付加製造部品(102)の表面(110)に間隔を置いて配置された複数の開口部(106、204)を含む前記部品(102)用のマスク(100)であって、前記マスク(100)は、
片持ち状に前記複数の開口部(106、204)の間で前記部品(102)に一体的に結合するように構成された取り付けリガメント(120、220)と、
前記取り付けリガメント(120、220)に一体的に結合された第1の近位端(232)、および前記複数の開口部(106、204)の第1の部分(126)の上に少なくとも部分的に延びる第1の遠位端(134)を含む第1のカバー部材(130)であって、前記第1のカバー部材(130)の前記第1の遠位端(134)は、第1の間隔(D1)だけ前記部品(102)から分離される第1のカバー部材(130)と、
前記取り付けリガメント(120、220)に一体的に結合された第2の近位端(142)、および前記複数の開口部(106、204)の第2の部分(126)の上に少なくとも部分的に延びる第2の遠位端(144)を含む第2のカバー部材(140)であって、前記第2のカバー部材(140)の前記第2の遠位端(144)は、第2の間隔(D2)だけ前記部品(102)から分離される第2のカバー部材(140)と、
前記第1および第2のカバー部材(130、140)の各々から延びる取り外し部材(152、252、352)と
を備え、
前記取り付けリガメント(120)は、前記部品(102)への唯一の接続部である、
マスク(100)。 - 前記取り付けリガメント(120)は、0.01ミリメートル(mm)〜0.50mmの範囲の最小幅(W、W3)を有する、請求項1に記載のマスク(100)。
- 前記複数の開口部(106、204)は、ある距離にわたって前記部品(102)の前記表面(110、114)に位置決めされ、前記第1および第2のカバー部材(130、140)は、前記距離全体に沿って、それぞれ前記複数の開口部(106、204)の前記第1および第2の部分(126)の上に少なくとも部分的に延びる、請求項1に記載のマスク(100)。

- 前記第1および第2のカバー部材(130、140)ならびに前記取り外し部材(152、252、352)は、前記距離に沿って複数のカバー部材(130、140、230)および取り外し部材(152、252、352)セグメント(156)にセグメント化される、請求項3に記載のマスク(100)。
- 前記複数のカバー部材(130、140、230)および取り外し部材(152、252、352)セグメント(156)の各々は、前記取り付けリガメント(120、220)のそれぞれの部分(126、226、326)を破断することによって前記部品(102)から個々に分離可能である、請求項6に記載のマスク(100)。
- 前記第1および第2の間隔(D1、D2)は、0.88ミリメートル(mm)〜1.4mmである、請求項1に記載のマスク(100)。
- 前記第1および第2の間隔(D1、D2)は、前記それぞれのカバー部材(130、140、230)の上に適用されたコーティング(148、248)が前記それぞれのカバー部材(130、140、230)から前記部品(102)に架橋するのを防止し、ピーニング材料(146、246)が通過するのを防止するように構成された寸法を有する、請求項1に記載のマスク(100)。
- 前記複数の開口部(106、204)は、前記部品(102)の別の表面(110、114、156)から延びる前記部品(102)の前記表面(110、114、156)における台座(112)に位置決めされる、請求項1に記載のマスク(100)。
- 前記第1および第2のカバー部材(130、140)の少なくとも一方と前記表面(110、114、156)との間に位置決めされた空間充填材料(150)をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のマスク(100)。
- 前記第1および第2のカバー部材(130、140)は、前記部品(102)から外方に面する凸状外面(164)と、前記部品(102)に面する凹状内面(156)とを有する、請求項1に記載のマスク(100)。
