Abstract

Claims (15)
- 付加製造部品(102)用のマスク(100)であって、前記部品(102)は、その表面(110)に複数の開口部(106、204)を含み、前記マスク(100)は、
片持ち状に前記複数の開口部(106、204)に隣接する前記部品(102)に一体的に結合するように構成された取り付けリガメント(120、220)と、
前記取り付けリガメント(120、220)に一体的に結合された近位端(132、142、232)、および前記複数の開口部(106、204)の上に少なくとも部分的に延びる遠位端(134、144、234)を含むカバー部材(130、140、230)であって、前記カバー部材(130、140、230)の前記遠位端(134、144、234)は、第1の間隔(D1)だけ前記部品(102)から分離されるカバー部材(130、140、230)と
を備え、
前記取り付けリガメント(120、220)は、前記部品(102)への唯一の接続部である、
マスク(100)。 - 前記取り付けリガメント(120、220)は、0.01ミリメートル(mm)〜0.50mmの範囲の最小幅(W、W3)を有する、請求項1に記載のマスク(100)。
- 前記複数の開口部(106、204)は、ある距離にわたって前記部品(102)の前記表面(110)に位置決めされ、前記カバー部材(130、140、230)は、前記距離全体に沿って前記複数の開口部(106、204)の上に少なくとも部分的に延びる、請求項1に記載のマスク(100)。

- 前記第1の間隔(D1)は、0.88ミリメートル(mm)〜1.4mm(0.035〜0.055インチ)である、請求項1に記載のマスク(100)。
- 前記第1の間隔(D1)は、前記それぞれのカバー部材(130、140、230)の上に適用されたコーティング(148、248)が前記それぞれのカバー部材(130、140、230)から前記部品(102)に架橋するのを防止し、ピーニング材料(146、246)が通過するのを防止するように構成された寸法を有する、請求項1に記載のマスク(100)。
