Claims (20)
- 近位端と遠位端とを有する細長い本体と、
前記細長い本体の前記遠位端に配置された膨張可能な先端と、
第1の切断部と第2の切断部とを有する切断ユニットであって、前記第1の切断部と前記第2の切断部は、前記第1の切断部と前記第2の切断部との間の血管を捕らえるように前記細長い本体の長手方向に移動可能であり、捕らえられた血管を切断するように前記先端の周囲を互いに回転可能である、切断ユニットと、を含む、手術装置。 - 前記膨張可能な先端は、1つ以上の内腔と連通する内部空洞を有し、手術装置によって行われる採取手術の内視鏡観察のために内視鏡が進められる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記膨張可能な先端は、十分に膨張したときに硬い円錐形状を有し、内視鏡による観察を妨げないように光学的に透明であり、切開部を通るときに円錐形状を維持するのに十分な材料を含む、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記膨張可能な先端が膨張していないとき、前記膨張可能な先端の壁が、前記内視鏡の視野を歪ませることなく、前記内視鏡に張り付く、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の切断部と前記第2の切断部は、前記先端の実質的に近位側の後退位置から前記先端上の延在位置まで移動する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 近位端と遠位端とを有する細長い本体と、
前記細長い本体の前記遠位端に配置された調整された先端と、
第1の切断部と第2の切断部とを有する切断ユニットであって、前記第1の切断部と前記第2の切断部は、前記第1の切断部と前記第2の切断部との間の血管を捕らえるように前記細長い本体の長手方向に移動可能であり、捕らえられた血管を切断するように前記先端の周囲を互いに回転可能である、切断ユニットと、を含む、手術装置。 - 前記調整された先端は、光学的透明性が向上した少なくとも1つの調整された表面をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記調整された表面は、機械的研磨技術または化学的研磨技術によって調節される、請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 前記機械的研磨技術は、バフ研磨を含む、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記化学的研磨技術は、蒸気研磨を含む、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の切断部と前記第2の切断部は、前記先端の実質的に近位側の後退位置から前記先端上の延在位置まで移動する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 近位端と遠位端とを有する細長い本体と、
前記細長い本体の前記遠位端に配置された被覆された先端と、
第1の切断部と第2の切断部とを有する切断ユニットであって、前記第1の切断部と前記第2の切断部は、前記第1の切断部と前記第2の切断部との間の血管を捕らえるように前記細長い本体の長手方向に移動可能であり、捕らえられた血管を切断するように前記先端の周囲を互いに回転可能である、切断ユニットと、を含む、手術装置。 - 前記被覆された先端は、前記被覆された先端の表面上にコーティングをさらに含み、前記コーティングは、前記被覆された先端の表面張力及び潤滑性を増加させる、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記コーティングは、パラレン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、フッ素化エチレンプロピレン、シリコンまたはテザード・リキッド・パーフルオロカーボンの1つから選択される、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記被覆された先端は膨張可能な先端をさらに含み、前記膨張可能な先端は、1つ以上の内腔と連通する内部空洞を有し、手術装置によって行われる採取手術の内視鏡観察のために内視鏡が進められる、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記被覆された先端は調整された先端をさらに含み、前記調整された先端は、光学的透明性が向上した少なくとも1つの調整された表面を含む、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 近位端と遠位端とを有する細長い本体と、
前記細長い本体の前記遠位端に配置された膨張可能な先端であって、十分に膨張したときに円錐形状を有する膨張可能な先端と、
第1の切断部と第2の切断部とを有する切断ユニットであって、前記第1の切断部と前記第2の切断部は、前記第1の切断部と前記第2の切断部との間の血管を捕らえるように、前記先端の本質的に近位側の後退位置から前記先端上の延在位置まで前記細長い本体の長手方向に移動可能であり、捕らえられた血管を切断するように前記先端の周囲を互いに回転可能である、切断ユニットと、を含む、手術装置。 - 前記膨張可能な先端は、1つ以上の内腔と連通する内部空洞を有し、手術装置によって行われる採取手術の内視鏡観察のために内視鏡が進められる、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記膨張可能な先端は、十分に膨張したときに硬い円錐形状を有し、内視鏡による観察を妨げないように光学的に透明であり、切開部を通るときに円錐形状を維持するのに十分な材料を含む、請求項17または18に記載の装置。
- 前記膨張可能な先端が膨張していないとき、前記膨張可能な先端の壁が、前記内視鏡の視野を歪ませることなく、前記内視鏡に張り付く、請求項19に記載の装置。
