Abstract
【解決手段】 タッチパネル1は、第1表面101を有する第1基板10と、第1表面101と対向する第2表面201を有する第2基板20と、第1表面101上に形成されるドライブ電極11と、第2表面201上に形成される位置センス電極21、押圧センス電極22及びシールド電極23と、を備える。シールド電極23は、位置センス電極21及び押圧センス電極22の間に配置されており、第1基板10から第2基板を20見た平面視において、ドライブ電極11が押圧センス電極22の少なくとも一部を覆っており、ドライブ電極11の端部の少なくとも一部がシールド電極23上に位置している。

Description
図1〜図3は、第1実施形態に係るタッチパネル1の概略構成を示す図である。図1及び図2は、第1実施形態に係るタッチパネル1が備える電極の構成を示す平面図である。図3は、図1及び図2のA−A断面を示す断面図である。なお、図示の便宜上、タッチパネル1が備える電極を、図1及び図2に分けて図示しているが、図3に示す通り、図1及び図2に図示した電極は積層されている。
次に、第2の実施形態について説明する。なお、以下の説明において、第1実施形態と同じ符号を用いる場合、第1実施形態と同様の構成を示しており、特に説明がない限り先行する説明を参照する。
以上、上述した実施形態は本発明を実施するための例示に過ぎない。よって、本発明は上述した実施形態に限定されることなく、その趣旨を逸脱しない範囲内で上述した実施形態を適宜変形して実施することが可能である。
Claims (8)
- 第1表面を有する第1基板と、
前記第1表面と対向する第2表面を有する第2基板と、
前記第1表面上に形成されるドライブ電極と、
前記第2表面上に形成される位置センス電極、押圧センス電極及びシールド電極と、を備え、
前記シールド電極は、前記位置センス電極及び前記押圧センス電極の間に配置されており、
前記第1基板から前記第2基板を見た平面視において、前記ドライブ電極が前記押圧センス電極の少なくとも一部を覆っており、前記ドライブ電極の端部の少なくとも一部が前記シールド電極上に位置している、タッチパネル。 - 前記シールド電極の電位が、接地電位、または、前記位置センス電極もしくは前記押圧センス電極に与えられる電位と等しい、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1表面と前記第2表面との間隔をHとし、
前記第1基板から前記第2基板を見た平面視において、前記シールド電極における前記位置センス電極側の端部から、前記シールド電極上の前記ドライブ電極の端部までの距離をW1とするとき、
W1≧Hである、請求項1または2に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記第1表面と前記第2表面との間隔をHとし、
前記第1基板から前記第2基板を見た平面視において、前記シールド電極における前記押圧センス電極側の端部から、当該シールド電極上の前記ドライブ電極の端部までの距離をW2とするとき、
W2≧Hである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記押圧センス電極及び前記シールド電極が、メッシュメタルで形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記位置センス電極が、メッシュメタルで形成されている、請求項5に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1表面に形成されるフローティングの状態の浮島電極を、さらに備え、
前記第1基板から前記第2基板を見た平面視において、前記浮島電極が前記位置センス電極の少なくとも一部を覆っている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のタッチパネル。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のタッチパネルと、
画像を表示する表示部と、を備え、
前記表示部が画像を表示する表示面上に、前記タッチパネルが配置されている、表示装置。
