Abstract
【解決手段】
本発明は、塩浴炉の中の溶融した塩浴剤に、浸漬時間5〜30分、塩浴剤の温度650〜850℃で浸漬する塩浴炉加熱処理と、当該塩浴炉加熱処理を終えた鉄鋼を、塩浴剤が付着したまま、前記塩浴炉から引き上げ、冷媒により急冷することにより、まだら模様のパティナ層を形成する急冷処理と、当該急冷処理を終えた鉄鋼を洗浄する洗浄工程と、を備えた塩浴式着色方法である。

Claims (4)
- 塩浴炉の中の溶融した塩浴剤に、浸漬時間5〜30分、塩浴剤の温度650〜850℃で浸漬する塩浴炉加熱処理と、
当該塩浴炉加熱処理を終えた鉄鋼を、塩浴剤が付着したまま、前記塩浴炉から引き上げ、冷媒により急冷することにより、まだら模様のパティナ層を形成する急冷処理と、
当該急冷処理を終えた鉄鋼を洗浄する洗浄工程と、を備えた塩浴式着色方法。 - 前記鉄鋼がステンレス鋼以外の場合、前記洗浄工程の後に、防錆油槽にて水分を分離除去し、防錆処理を施す請求項1の塩浴式着色方法。
- 前記急冷は、水冷又はマルクエンチ冷却である請求項1又は2の塩浴式着色方法。
- 前記塩浴材が、相違する熱処理塩浴剤を混合したものであり、1つはシアン化ナトリウム、塩化バリウム、塩化物を含み、他はシアン化ナトリウム、塩化バリウム、塩化物、及び炭酸塩を含む1ないし3いずれかの塩浴式着色方法。
