Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sheet having an optical display function, a molded product using the sheet, and a method for manufacturing the molded product.
Conventionally, there is a method called film insert molding of resin used for home appliances and automobile parts. Film insert molding is a construction method in which resin injection molding and decoration or function addition with an insert film are performed at the same time.
The configuration of the appearance case for an electronic device obtained in the prior art (see, for example, Patent Document 1) has a problem in the quality of the optical display. For example, since it is not possible to control the light distribution of the light emitted from the LED in one type of transparent resin, the light of the LED spreads in the resin, and the light emitted when one symbol is emitted by one LED. It is less efficient. In addition, when the LED light reaches the nearby symbol display location, a symbol that does not originally need to be displayed will be displayed. That is, the conventional molded product having an optical display function does not have sufficient optical display quality.
The present invention is to provide a sheet having an optical display function for obtaining a molded product having a high optical display quality.

The sheet having the light display function may include a material sheet. The material sheet may consist of, for example, at least one material selected from the group consisting of printing film, wood, stone, cork, cloth, natural leather, artificial leather, and metal. The material is not limited to these as long as it is a material that can express a design that meets the characteristics and needs of the product.
