Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pedestrian road boundary block including a curb that is installed so as to extend to the boundary between the sidewalk and the roadway, and more specifically, to a pedestrian roadway boundary block that reduces the labor of installation and construction.
In recent years, in the national and local governments, to improve the landscape, improve the safety and comfort of the passage space by expanding the effective width of the sidewalk, and traffic due to the collapse of utility poles in the event of a disaster such as an earthquake, tornado, or typhoon. In order to prevent the damage caused by the earthquake, the elimination of utility poles that support the electric wires and cables on the ground is being promoted. As one of the measures to eliminate utility poles, it has been proposed to store the electric wires and cables supported on the utility poles in the pedestrian road boundary block. For example,
When adopting a method of laying electric wires and cables on the ground or burying them in the ground as one of the measures to eliminate electric poles, pipes such as gas pipes, water and sewage pipes, and drain pipes are already buried in the ground. Therefore, it is desirable that the electric wires and cables can be laid so as not to affect the pipes buried in the ground or to move the pipes. Therefore, in Japanese Patent Application No. 2019-223517, which has not been published at the time of filing the application, the applicant of the present application forms a hollow curb portion protruding above the ground of the pedestrian road boundary block, and arranges an electric wire cable in the space inside the curb stone. Proposed a configuration to do. As schematically depicted in FIG. 3, the pedestrian
In the process of installing the pedestrian road boundary block having a structure in which a curb portion protruding from the ground is placed on the foundation portion arranged under the ground as described above, first, the ground is excavated to form a groove. Then, the foundation part is placed in the groove, and then the curb part is placed on the foundation part (when the electric wire cable is stored in the curb part, the electric wire cable is placed prior to the placement of the curb part. Is placed on the foundation.) In such a configuration, if the foundation part and the curb part are "precast products" manufactured by pouring concrete into a formwork in advance at a factory, they are practically walked in the installation work. Since it is only necessary to place it at the installation site of the road boundary block, the construction period is significantly shortened compared to the case where concrete or cement is hardened on the spot and a curb is installed, and the pedestrian road boundary is quickly set on the road. It is advantageous in that it becomes available. However, when the foundation part and the curb part are precast products, the weight of each part becomes large, so that crane operation and slinging work may be required. In this regard, the foundation of the pedestrian road boundary block may be required to have a sufficient weight so that it will not be destroyed or overturned even if the curb is loaded by a vehicle collision or the like during use. When handling the parts in the crane operation or slinging work, the worker should give special education on the operation of construction machinery (leveling, transportation, loading, excavation) and slinging to hook the wire that lifts the load with the crane. You may need a qualification to work, such as taking a course. In addition, since it is a heavy-duty work, the number of people who can engage in construction is limited, but it is expected that the number of construction workers will decrease and the population will age in the future, so it may be difficult to secure construction workers.
In the present invention, in view of the circumstances related to the construction of the pedestrian road boundary block as described above, the foundation portion in the state where the pedestrian road boundary block is installed is not destroyed or overturned due to a vehicle collision or the like. A new configuration is proposed that has sufficient weight but reduces the weight of individual parts that are transported or moved during the installation and construction of the foundation. Thus, one of the problems of the present invention is to secure a sufficient weight of the foundation after the installation of the pedestrian road boundary block and to handle the parts handled at the time of installation and construction of the pedestrian road boundary block in the above-mentioned pedestrian road boundary block. It is to provide a configuration that enables weight reduction.
According to the present invention, the above-mentioned problem is a pedestrian road boundary block including a foundation portion arranged below the ground and a curb portion placed on the foundation portion and protruding above the ground. The foundation is achieved by a pedestrian road boundary block formed by stacking a plurality of foundation blocks in the vertical direction.
In the above, the "pedestrian road boundary block" is a structure that provides curbs that are arranged and installed along the boundary between the road and the sidewalk on the road, and in the present invention, the "pedestrian road boundary block" is a structure that provides curbs. A "foundation" arranged to extend along the pedestrian road boundary in the ground below the ground or paved surface, and above it, protruding above the ground or paved surface and along the pedestrian road boundary. Includes "curbstones" that are arranged to extend. The curb portion may typically be secured to the top surface of the foundation portion by fastening anchor bolts to the bolt holes in the foundation portion through bolt holes drilled in the edges of the curb portion. Further, the foundation portion and the curb portion may be formed of reinforced concrete. Further, the curb portion is formed in a substantially U shape that opens downward in the cross section, and a hollow space is formed inside the curb portion in a state where the curb portion is placed on the foundation portion, and the hollow space is formed. An electric wire cable, such as a power cable or a communication cable, which was previously supported on a utility pole, may be arranged in this area. The electric wire cable may be a group of cables composed of a plurality of cables.
In such a "pedestrian road boundary block", in the present invention, as described above, the foundation portion is configured by stacking a plurality of "foundation block bodies" in the vertical direction. Here, the foundation block body is a component having each shape obtained by dividing the foundation portion designed in the state where the pedestrian road boundary block is installed into a plurality of parts in the vertical direction. Then, when arranging the foundation portion, one foundation block body may be transported and laminated in order at the place where the foundation portion is arranged. According to this configuration, the foundation block body to be transported is lighter than the foundation portion formed as an integral body, and the crane operation and slinging work as described above are significantly reduced or unnecessary. It is expected. On the other hand, the entire foundation portion formed by laminating the foundation block bodies can be made to have a sufficient weight as the foundation portion of the pedestrian road boundary block.
In the embodiment, all the foundation blocks may be formed in substantially the same shape, and when manufactured as a precast product, they may be manufactured using the same mold (thus, the manufacturing cost). It becomes possible to suppress.). In addition, although each foundation block body has a substantially rectangular shape in the plan view, it is installed at the installation location of the pedestrian road boundary block, and is in the longitudinal direction (extending direction of the pedestrian road boundary) on the upper surface. ), The central region is formed in a convex shape in a cross section protruding above both edges, and on the lower surface, the central region is recessed upward in the longitudinal direction. In this case, it may be formed in a concave shape, and further, the convex shape on the upper surface may be formed so as to fit into the concave shape on the lower surface. According to such a configuration, when stacking the foundation blocks, the convex shape of the upper surface of the foundation block body placed underneath is fitted to the concave shape of the lower surface of the foundation block body placed above. Positioning of the block bodies at the time of stacking is facilitated (the lateral position is automatically determined by fitting the upper surface and the lower surface of the foundation block body), and the laminated state is stabilized. It becomes.
Fixing of the laminated foundation blocks to each other may be achieved by any method. In one embodiment, in a state where the foundation blocks are laminated to form the foundation portion, bolt holes penetrating from the top foundation block body to the bottom foundation block body are provided. By fastening the bolt holes with anchor bolts for fixing the rim stone portion to the foundation portion on the upper surface, the rim stone portion and the laminated foundation block body may be fixed at the same time. In this case, the bolt holes from the top foundation block body to the second foundation block body from the bottom (when the number of stacked foundation block bodies is two, the bolt holes of the upper foundation block body) are screwed. It may be an unengraved through hole, and the bolt hole of the bottom base block body may be engraved. According to such a configuration, fixing of the laminated foundation block body is achieved by fastening the anchor bolts for fixing the curb portion to the foundation portion, which is advantageous in that the installation work is facilitated. When the above bolt holes are provided in the foundation block body to fix the foundation block body, the vertical positioning of the foundation block body is performed so that the bolt holes of the upper and lower foundation block bodies are aligned when the foundation block bodies are laminated. It will be done.
Thus, according to the above-described configuration of the present invention, in the installation and construction of the pedestrian road boundary block, the individual parts to be transported are reduced in weight, but the foundation portion puts a load on the curb due to a vehicle collision or the like. It is expected that the block can be made heavy so that it will not be destroyed or overturned even if it is received. That is, according to the configuration of the present invention, it is possible to simultaneously secure a sufficient weight of the foundation portion after installation and reduce the weight of the parts handled at the time of installation work in the pedestrian road boundary block. Become. It should be understood that the configuration of the present invention may be applied when the electric wire cable is not arranged inside the curb, and even in such a case, it belongs to the scope of the present invention.

Configuration of Pedestrian Road Boundary Blocks With reference to FIG. 1 (A), the pedestrian road boundary blocks 1 of the present embodiment are arranged along the boundary between the roadway and the sidewalk on the road. In the configuration of the pedestrian
In the above-mentioned pedestrian
Further, in the
According to the structure of the
