Abstract

To provide an aromatic liquid which is volatilized by being impregnated in a liquid member, and is used by a vaporizer not performing the supply of the aromatic liquid to a liquid absorbing member during use, has a high average volatilization speed during a use period, and hardly generates a difference in the intensity of aroma between the initial and final stages in use.SOLUTION: An aromatic liquid contains a flavor and a solvent, and has a residual ratio (R) 144 hours later in a specific testing condition specified in the present specification of 50% or less, and a value obtained by subtracting a weight loss speed (V2) of 120-144 hours from a weight loss speed (V1) of 0-24 hour(s), and satisfying 1.000 g/day or less. When the aromatic liquid is impregnated in a liquid absorbing member, and is volatilized by a vaporizer not performing the supply of the aromatic liquid to the liquid absorbing member during use, an average volatilization speed during a use period becomes high, and a difference in the intensity of aroma between the initial and final stages in use is hardly generated.SELECTED DRAWING: None

Description

The present invention is an aromatic liquid used in a volatilizer that is impregnated with a liquid absorbing member and volatilized, and the aromatic liquid is not supplied to the liquid absorbing member during use, and has a high average volatilization rate during the period of use. Moreover, it relates to an aromatic liquid in which the intensity of fragrance is unlikely to differ between the first half of use and the second half of use. The present invention also relates to a volatilizer using the aromatic liquid.

Conventionally, a fragrance liquid containing a fragrance has been widely used in order to eliminate the discomfort caused by the odor in the vehicle or the interior and to create a comfortable space.

Conventionally, various types of volatilizers for volatilizing aromatic liquids have been developed. A typical volatilizer is a type having a liquid absorbing member that stores an aromatic liquid in a container and volatilizes the stored aromatic liquid while sucking it up. In this type of volatilizer, the aromatic liquid stored in the container is continuously supplied to the volatilizer during use, so that the aroma emitted can be easily maintained constant from the first half to the second half of use. There is. However, since the fragrance liquid is stored in the container of this type of volatilizer, there is a drawback that the fragrance liquid in the container is liable to spill due to shaking when traveling on a rough road when installed in the interior of an automobile. ..

Further, as a volatilizer capable of preventing the fragrance liquid from spilling, a type in which the opening of the container containing the fragrance liquid is covered with a membrane that allows gas to permeate and the fragrance liquid is volatilized through the membrane has also been proposed. (See, for example, Patent Document 1). However, such a type of volatilizer has a drawback that it cannot meet a wide range of tastes of users because the composition of the directional liquid that can be volatilized through the membrane is restricted.

On the other hand, there is a type of volatilizer in which only the liquid absorbing member impregnated with the aromatic liquid is housed in the container, and the aromatic liquid is volatilized without supplying the aromatic liquid to the liquid absorbing member during use. Since all the fragrance liquid is impregnated in the liquid absorbing member of this type of volatilizer, there is no concern that the fragrance liquid in the container will spill due to shaking or the like, and the design is suitable for indoor use of automobiles. .. However, such a type of volatilizer has a drawback that the volatilization rate of the fragrance liquid tends to decrease with the lapse of use time, and it is difficult to maintain the intensity of the scent constant from the first half to the second half of use. In addition, if a fragrance liquid that is difficult to volatilize is used, the intensity of the scent can be kept constant from the first half to the second half of use, but on the contrary, the average volatilization rate during the use period becomes slower, and as a result, the scent The strength tends to be weakened, and the fragrance effect produced throughout the period of use tends to be insufficient.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2014-94619

An object of the present invention is an aromatic liquid used in a volatilizer that is impregnated with a liquid absorbing member and volatilized, and the aromatic liquid is not supplied to the liquid absorbing member during use, and the average volatilization rate during the period of use. It is to provide an fragrance liquid that has a high fragrance and does not easily cause a difference in fragrance intensity between the first half of use and the second half of use.

As a result of diligent studies to solve the above problems, the present inventor has found that the residual rate (R) after 144 hours is 50% or less and 0 to 0 under the specific test conditions described later, which contains a fragrance and a solvent. The liquid absorbing member is impregnated with an aromatic liquid in which the value obtained by subtracting the weight loss rate (V 2 ) of 120 to 144 hours from the weight loss rate of 24 hours (V 1 ) is 1.000 g / day or less, and the liquid absorbing liquid is absorbed during use. When volatilized with a volatilizer that does not supply fragrance liquid to the members, the average volatilization rate during the period of use is high, and it is possible to suppress the decrease in the intensity of the fragrance in the latter half of use. It was found that the difference in the intensity of the fragrance is less likely to occur. The present invention has been completed by further studies based on such findings.

[Vaporizer]
The aromatic liquid of the present invention is used in a mode in which the liquid absorbing member is impregnated and volatilized by using a volatilizer in which the aromatic liquid is not supplied to the liquid absorbing member during use.

The liquid absorbing member impregnated with the aromatic liquid of the present invention and volatilized is not particularly limited as long as the aromatic liquid of the present invention can be absorbed and volatilized. Examples thereof include synthetic fibers such as rayon, polyester and polyethylene terephthalate, or fibrous materials such as mixed fibers thereof; wood materials such as wood pieces, rattan, bamboo and sora; and resin sponge materials made of urethane foam. When the volatilization member is made of a fibrous material, it is preferably a liquid-absorbing felt or a non-woven fabric, but it may be a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, or the like. The shape of the volatilizing member is not particularly limited, and may be any of a sheet shape, a block shape, a rod shape, a strip shape, a string shape, and the like.

The size of the liquid absorbing member may be appropriately set according to the space to be used, and examples thereof include about 1 to 20 cm 3. In particular, in the case of using a liquid fragrance of the present invention for the interior of automobiles, preferably about 1 to 20 cm 3, more preferably about 2 to 10 cm 3, about 4~8Cm 3 it is more preferable.

The amount of the fragrance liquid of the present invention impregnated into the liquid absorbing member may be appropriately set according to the type of the liquid absorbing member to be used. Test Example 1
The fragrance liquid shown in Table 1 was prepared, and the weight loss rate was measured in a state where the liquid absorbing member was impregnated. Specifically, under the following test conditions, the residual rate (R) after 144 hours, the weight loss rate (V 1 ) of 0 to 24 hours, and the weight loss rate (V 2 ) of 120 to 144 hours were measured, and 0 to 0. The value (V 1 − V 2 ) obtained by subtracting the weight loss rate (V 2 ) for 120 to 144 hours from the weight loss rate (V 1 ) for 24 hours was obtained.
(1) A rectangular liquid-absorbing member (felt having liquid-absorbing property; length 40 mm, width 18 mm, thickness 5 mm, density 0.12 g / m 3 , polyethylene terephthalate 80% by weight and rayon 20 weight) placed on a plate. % Composite fiber; trade name "E-6H", manufactured by Yoneshima Felt Sangyo Co., Ltd.) is impregnated with 3.5 mL of aromatic liquid, and the temperature condition is 40 ° C in a room not exposed to direct sunlight (a room of about 10 tatami mats). It was left still.
(2) At the start of standing, 24 hours, 120 hours, and 144 hours after the start of standing, the weight of the dish on which the liquid absorbing member impregnated with the aromatic liquid is placed is measured, and the dish and the liquid absorbing member ( The weight of the fragrance liquid impregnated in the liquid absorbing member was determined by subtracting the weight of the fragrance liquid not impregnated).
(3) According to the following formula, the residual rate R after 144 hours, the weight loss rate V 1 for 0 to 24 hours, and the weight loss rate V 2 for 120 to 144 hours were calculated.
R (%) = (weight of fragrance liquid 144 hours after the start of standing / weight of fragrance liquid at the start of standing) × 100
V 1 (g / day) = weight of fragrance liquid at the start of standing-weight of fragrance liquid 24 hours after the start of standing V 2 (g / day) = weight of fragrance liquid 120 hours after the start of standing -Weight of fragrance liquid 144 hours after the start of standing
