Abstract
Description
本発明の実施の形態について、図1乃至図11を参照して説明する。なお、以下に説明する実施の形態は、本発明を実施する上での好適な具体例として示すものであり、技術的に好ましい種々の技術的事項を具体的に例示している部分もあるが、本発明の技術的範囲は、この具体的態様に限定されるものではない。
図2は、トルクカップリング2の構成例を示す断面図である。図2において、回転軸線Oよりも上側はトルクカップリング2の作動状態(トルク伝達状態)を、下側はトルクカップリング2の非作動状態(トルク非伝達状態)を、それぞれ示す。以下、回転軸線Oに平行な方向を軸方向という。
図1に示すように、制御装置7は、CPU(演算処理装置)を有する制御部70と、制御部70のCPUが実行するプログラムなどを記憶する記憶部8と、バッテリー等の直流電源の電圧をスイッチングしてトルクカップリング2の電磁コイル53に電流を供給する電流供給回路9とを有している。電流供給回路9は、トランジスタ等のスイッチング素子を有し、制御部70から出力されるPWM(Pulse Width Modulation)信号に基づいて直流電圧をスイッチングし、電磁コイル53に供給する電流を生成する。
以上説明した本発明の実施の形態によれば、トルク指令値T*が変化した後に一定となったときのメインクラッチ3の伝達トルクの精度を高めることが可能となる。
以上、本発明を実施の形態に基づいて説明したが、この実施の形態は特許請求の範囲に係る発明を限定するものではない。また、実施の形態の中で説明した特徴の組合せの全てが発明の課題を解決するための手段に必須であるとは限らない点に留意すべきである。

Claims (6)
- 同軸上で相対回転可能な入力回転部材及び出力回転部材と、潤滑油によって摩擦摺動が潤滑される複数のクラッチプレートを有する多板クラッチと、供給される電流に応じた押圧力で前記多板クラッチを押圧する押圧機構と、前記押圧機構に電流を供給する電流供給回路を有する制御装置とを備え、前記多板クラッチによって前記入力回転部材から前記出力回転部材に車両の駆動力を伝達する駆動力伝達装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記多板クラッチによって伝達すべき駆動力であるトルク指令値を車両状態に基づいて演算するトルク指令値演算部と、前記トルク指令値に対応する電流指令値を演算する電流指令値演算部と、前記電流指令値を補正する電流補正部と、前記電流補正部によって補正された前記電流指令値に応じた電流が前記押圧機構に供給されるように前記電流供給回路を制御する電流制御部とを有し、
前記電流補正部は、前記トルク指令値が変化した後に前記トルク指令値の変化率が所定範囲内の定トルク状態となったとき、当該定トルク状態の継続時間に応じた補正量で前記電流指令値を補正する、
駆動力伝達装置。 - 前記電流補正部は、前記トルク指令値が増大した後に前記定トルク状態となったとき、当該定トルク状態の継続時間に応じた補正量で前記電流指令値を漸減させる補正を行う、
請求項1に記載の駆動力伝達装置。 - 前記電流補正部は、前記トルク指令値が減少した後に前記定トルク状態となったとき、当該定トルク状態の継続時間に応じた補正量で前記電流指令値を漸増させる補正を行う、
請求項1又は2に記載の駆動力伝達装置。 - 前記電流補正部は、前記定トルク状態となった後、所定時間の経過後に前記電流指令値の補正を開始する、
請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の駆動力伝達装置。 - 前記電流補正部は、前記定トルク状態となる前の前記トルク指令値の変化率に応じて前記所定時間を設定する、
請求項4に記載の駆動力伝達装置。 - 同軸上で相対回転可能な入力回転部材及び出力回転部材と、潤滑油によって摩擦摺動が潤滑される複数のクラッチプレートを有する多板クラッチと、供給される電流に応じた押圧力で前記多板クラッチを押圧する押圧機構とを備え、前記多板クラッチによって前記入力回転部材から前記出力回転部材に車両の駆動力を伝達する駆動力伝達装置の制御方法であって、
前記多板クラッチによって伝達すべき駆動力であるトルク指令値を車両状態に基づいて演算し、前記トルク指令値に対応する電流指令値を演算し、前記補正された前記電流指令値に応じた電流を前記押圧機構に供給すると共に、
前記トルク指令値が変化した後に前記トルク指令値の変化率が所定範囲内の定トルク状態となったとき、当該定トルク状態の継続時間に応じた補正量で前記電流指令値を補正する、
