Abstract
Description
第1実施形態のバルブタイミング調整装置およびその一部を図1〜7に示す。バルブタイミング調整装置10は、例えば車両に搭載され、内燃機関としてのエンジン1のクランク軸2に対するカム軸3の回転位相を変化させることによって、カム軸3が開閉駆動する吸気弁4または排気弁5のうち吸気弁4のバルブタイミングを調整するものである。バルブタイミング調整装置10は、クランク軸2からカム軸3までの動力伝達経路に設けられている。クランク軸2は、「駆動軸」に対応する。カム軸3は、「従動軸」に対応する。吸気弁4、排気弁5は、「バルブ」に対応する。
第2実施形態によるバルブタイミング調整装置を図7に示す。第2実施形態は、油路穴部61、チェック弁部70の構成等が第1実施形態と異なる。
第3実施形態によるバルブタイミング調整装置を図8に示す。第3実施形態は、チェック弁部70の構成等が第1実施形態と異なる。
第4実施形態によるバルブタイミング調整装置を図9に示す。第4実施形態は、フィルタの構成等が第1実施形態と異なる。
第5実施形態によるバルブタイミング調整装置を図11に示す。第5実施形態は、フィルタの構成等が第1実施形態と異なる。
第6実施形態によるバルブタイミング調整装置を図13に示す。第6実施形態は、フィルタの構成等が第1実施形態と異なる。
第7実施形態によるバルブタイミング調整装置を図15に示す。第7実施形態は、位相変換部13、作動油制御部11、チェック弁部70、フィルタの構成等が第1実施形態と異なる。
第8実施形態によるバルブタイミング調整装置を図16に示す。第8実施形態は、フィルタの構成等が第1実施形態と異なる。
第7実施形態では、「下流フィルタ」としてのフィルタ851、フィルタ852を備える例を示した。これに対し、他の実施形態では、フィルタ851、フィルタ852のうちいずれか一方のみ備えることとしてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 内燃機関(1)のバルブ(4、5)のバルブタイミングを調整するバルブタイミング調整装置(10)であって、
油圧室(201、202)を有し、作動油供給源(8)から前記油圧室に供給される作動油により前記内燃機関の駆動軸(2)と従動軸(3)との回転位相を変換し、前記バルブのバルブタイミングを調整可能な位相変換部(13)と、
前記作動油供給源と前記油圧室とを接続する供給油路(101)を流れる作動油を制御することで、前記油圧室に供給される作動油の流れを制御可能な作動油制御部(11)と、
内側に前記供給油路の一部を形成する油路穴部(61)と、
前記油路穴部または前記油路穴部に連通する連通穴部(64)に圧入された部材である圧入部材(52、71、78、79)を有し、前記作動油供給源側から前記油圧室側への作動油の流れを許容し、前記油圧室側から前記作動油供給源側への作動油の流れを規制するチェック弁部(70)と、
前記供給油路の前記圧入部材に対し下流側に設けられ、前記供給油路中の異物を捕集可能なフィルタ(81、82、83、84、851、852)と、
を備えるバルブタイミング調整装置。 - 前記フィルタは、下流フィルタであり、
前記供給油路の前記圧入部材に対し上流側に設けられ、前記供給油路中の異物を捕集可能な上流フィルタ(86)をさらに備える請求項1に記載のバルブタイミング調整装置。 - 前記チェック弁部は、弁座(713)が形成された前記圧入部材、および、前記弁座から離間または前記弁座に当接可能なよう設けられた弁体(76)を有する請求項1または2に記載のバルブタイミング調整装置。
- 前記油路穴部は、前記位相変換部または前記作動油制御部の外部に開口するよう形成され、
前記圧入部材(52、71、78)は、前記油路穴部の開口を塞ぐよう前記油路穴部に圧入されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバルブタイミング調整装置。 - 前記連通穴部は、前記位相変換部の外部に開口するよう形成され、
前記圧入部材(79)は、前記連通穴部の開口を塞ぐよう前記連通穴部に圧入されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバルブタイミング調整装置。
