[耐候性]
シリコン酸化物被覆軟磁性粉末の耐候性は、以下の手順で評価した。
シリコン酸化物被覆軟磁性粉末を、150℃の大気雰囲気中に200時間放置した後、上述と同様に体積抵抗率を測定し、耐候性の指標とした。この時の体積抵抗率の値が1.0×10 (Ω・cm)以上のものを評価「〇」とした。
