Claims (8)
- 2種以上の物質を含有して構成される原液から第1の蒸気を生成して蒸発部に導入し、前記第1の蒸気を液体と熱交換させることにより、前記第1の蒸気を分縮して濃縮させ、且つ、前記液体を蒸発させて第2の蒸気として排出し、この第2の蒸気を昇温手段で昇温して加熱用の蒸気として前記第1の蒸気の生成に利用する異種物質の分離装置であって、
前記蒸発部が、少なくとも2つの分割蒸発部を前記第1の蒸気の流通方向に沿って直列に接続した構成を有し、前記2つの分割蒸発部にそれぞれ前記昇温手段が設けられ、
前記2つの分割蒸発部のうちの、前記第1の蒸気の流通方向における上流側の分割蒸発部に設けられた前記昇温手段が、下流側の分割蒸発部に設けられた前記昇温手段よりも、前記第2の蒸気を昇温する際の温度差が小さいことを特徴とする異種物質の分離装置。 - 前記2つの分割蒸発部が、1つの蒸発器を仕切ることによって形成されている請求項1記載の異種物質の分離装置。
- 前記原液から前記第1の蒸気を生成する手段として、前記原液を加熱用の蒸気に接触させ、前記原液から1種以上の異種物質を分離しガス化させ前記1種以上の異種物質を含む前記第1の蒸気として塔頂部から排出すると共に、前記原液から前記1種以上の異種物質が除去された処理液を塔底部に貯留する蒸留塔を備える請求項1または2に記載の異種物質の分離装置。
- 前記上流側の分割蒸発部に設けられた前記昇温手段が、前記下流側の分割蒸発部に設けられた前記昇温手段より小型である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の異種物質の分離装置。
- 前記原液が、水と低沸点物質とを含有して構成される請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の異種物質の分離装置。
- 前記昇温手段が、ヒートポンプおよび/または蒸気エゼクターを含む請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の異種物質の分離装置。
- 低沸点物質を含む原液を加熱用水蒸気に接触させ、前記原液から低沸点物質を分離しガス化させ低沸点物質を含む蒸気として塔頂部から排出すると共に、原液から低沸点物質が除去された処理水を塔底部に貯留する蒸留塔と、
前記蒸留塔の塔頂部から排出される低沸点物質を含む蒸気と、水とを熱交換させることにより、前記低沸点物質を含む蒸気を分縮させ前記低沸点物質を含む蒸気を濃縮させ、且つ、前記水を蒸発させ水蒸気として排出する蒸発部と、
前記蒸発部から排出される水蒸気を圧縮昇温し、この圧縮昇温された水蒸気を前記蒸留塔に導き、蒸留塔で使用される加熱用水蒸気として利用する圧縮装置と、
を備える異種物質の分離装置であって、
前記蒸発部が、少なくとも2つの分割蒸発部を前記低沸点物質を含む蒸気の流通方向に沿って直列に接続した構成を有し、前記2つの分割蒸発部にそれぞれ前記圧縮装置が設けられ、
前記2つの分割蒸発部のうちの、前記低沸点物質を含む蒸気の流通方向における上流側の分割蒸発部に設けられた前記圧縮装置が、下流側の分割蒸発部に設けられた前記圧縮装置よりも、前記水蒸気を圧縮昇温する際の温度差が小さいことを特徴とする異種物質の分離装置。 - 2種以上の物質を含有して構成される原液から第1の蒸気を生成して蒸発部に導入し、前記第1の蒸気を液体と熱交換させることにより、前記第1の蒸気を分縮して濃縮させ、且つ、前記液体を蒸発させて第2の蒸気として排出し、この第2の蒸気を昇温手段で昇温して加熱用の蒸気として前記第1の蒸気の生成に利用する異種物質の分離方法であって、
前記蒸発部を、少なくとも2つの分割蒸発部を前記第1の蒸気の流通方向に沿って直列に接続した構成とし、前記2つの分割蒸発部にそれぞれ前記昇温手段を設け、
前記2つの分割蒸発部のうちの、前記第1の蒸気の流通方向における上流側の分割蒸発部に設けた前記昇温手段が、下流側の分割蒸発部に設けた前記昇温手段よりも、前記第2の蒸気を昇温する際の温度差が小さくなるようにすることを特徴とする異種物質の分離方法。
