Abstract
Description
以下、本発明に係る電力変換装置を、車載の電源システム100に適用した第1実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。電源システム100は、第1バッテリとしてのメインバッテリ11と、第2バッテリとしての補機バッテリ17とを含む。
以下、第2実施形態について、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図3を参照しつつ説明する。図3において、先の図2に示した構成と同一の構成については、便宜上、同一の図示番号を付して説明を省略する。
以下、第3実施形態について、第2実施形態との相違点を中心に図4〜図6を参照しつつ説明する。図4において、先の図1に示した構成と同一の構成については、便宜上、同一の図示番号を付して説明を省略する。
なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (8)
- 第1バッテリ(11)と、前記第1バッテリと定格電圧が異なる第2バッテリ(17)とを含む電源システム(100)に適用される電力変換装置(20)であって、
交流電源(200)から入力される交流電力を直流電力に変換し、この直流電力で前記第1バッテリを充電する充電回路(30)と、
前記第1バッテリの電源電圧を変圧して前記第2バッテリに出力する変圧回路(40)と、
前記充電回路による前記第1バッテリの充電時に、前記直流電力が前記変圧回路に供給されることを遮断可能な遮断部と、を備える電力変換装置。 - 前記遮断部は、
前記充電回路と前記第1バッテリとを接続する充電側コネクタ(CN1)と、
前記充電側コネクタとは別に設けられ、前記変圧回路と前記第1バッテリとを接続する変圧側コネクタ(CN2)と、を備える請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記充電回路と前記第1バッテリとを接続する充電経路(LP5,LP6)と、
前記変圧回路と前記第1バッテリとを接続する変圧経路(LP7,LP8)と、を備え、
前記遮断部は、前記変圧経路のうち、前記充電経路と前記変圧経路との接続点(PB4,PB5)よりも前記変圧回路側に設けられた開閉部(SD1,SD2)を備える請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記開閉部は、第1開閉部(SD1,SD2)であり、
前記遮断部は、前記充電経路のうち、前記接続点よりも前記充電回路側に設けられた第2開閉部(SC1,SC2)を備える請求項3に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記第2バッテリは、前記第1バッテリよりも定格電圧が小さく、
前記変圧回路は、前記電源電圧を降圧して前記第2バッテリに出力する第1変圧回路(40)であり、
前記充電回路は、前記交流電源から入力される交流電力を直流電力に変換する電力変換回路(50)と、前記電力変換回路から出力される変換電圧を変圧して前記第1バッテリに出力する第2変圧回路(60)とを含み、
前記電力変換回路の前記第2変圧回路側と前記第1変圧回路の前記第2バッテリ側との間に接続され、前記変換電圧を降圧して前記第2バッテリに出力する第3変圧回路(70)を備え、
前記第3変圧回路は、
前記電力変換回路側の1次側回路と、
前記第1変圧回路側の2次側回路と、
前記1次側回路と前記2次側回路とを接続する絶縁型トランス(72)と、を有している請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記第1変圧回路と前記第3変圧回路とは、共通のフィルタ回路を介して前記第2バッテリに接続されている請求項5に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記フィルタ回路は、
第1フィルタ回路(45)と、
前記第1フィルタ回路よりも前記第2バッテリ側に設けられ、前記第1フィルタ回路よりもカットオフ周波数が高い第2フィルタ回路(46)と、を備え、
前記第1変圧回路の定格出力電流は、前記第3変圧回路の定格出力電流よりも大きく、
前記第3変圧回路は前記第1変圧回路に設けられた前記第1フィルタ回路及び前記第2フィルタ回路を介して前記第2バッテリに接続されている請求項6に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記第1変圧回路は、
前記第1バッテリ側の1次側回路と、
前記第2バッテリ側の2次側回路と、
前記1次側回路と前記2次側回路とを接続する絶縁型トランス(43)と、を有しており、
前記第1変圧回路の2次側回路と前記第3変圧回路の2次側回路とは共通化されている請求項6又は7に記載の電力変換装置。
