Claims (3)
- 変電所から送電される配電線に、複数の遠制開閉器を含む複数の開閉器が介挿接続された配電系統の監視制御システムであって、
1つ又は複数の前記変電所に対応して配置され、前記複数の開閉器の開閉を制御する機能を有する配電自動化制御装置と、
前記複数の遠制開閉器の各々に対応して配置された配電子局とを備え、
前記配電子局は、
他の前記配電子局及び前記配電自動化制御装置を含む通信網を形成するための通信回路と、
前記複数の遠制開閉器のうちの対応する遠制開閉器の開閉制御信号を生成する開閉器制御回路と、
前記対応する遠制開閉器の通過電流を計測する計測器と、
前記対応する遠制開閉器が配置された区間での過負荷及び過負荷予兆を自律的に解消するための過負荷解消制御装置とを含み、
前記過負荷解消制御装置は、
前記計測器による計測値に基づき、前記区間での前記過負荷及び前記過負荷予兆の少なくとも一方を検出する手段と、
前記過負荷及び前記過負荷予兆の少なくとも一方が検出されたときに、過負荷及び将来過負荷を解消するために、前記通信網を介して取得された情報を用いて、前記複数の開閉器のうちの予め定められた近隣の一部の開閉器及び前記対応する遠制開閉器の開閉変更手順を決定する手段とを有し、
前記一部の開閉器及び前記対応する遠制開閉器の開閉は、前記開閉変更手順に従って制御される、配電系統の監視制御システム。 - 前記情報は、前記一部の開閉器の前記通過電流及び開閉状態を含む、請求項1記載の配電系統の監視制御システム。
- 前記過負荷解消制御装置は、前記一部の開閉器及び前記対応する遠制開閉器の制御によって過負荷を解消する前記開閉変更手順が決定できないときは、前記配電自動化制御装置に当該開閉変更手順を決定できなかったことを通知する、請求項1又は2に記載の配電系統の監視制御システム。
