Claims (8)
- 互いの距離が可変とされた第1ミラー及び第2ミラーを有し、前記第1ミラーと前記第2ミラーとの距離に応じた光を透過させる光透過領域が所定のライン上に設けられたファブリペロー干渉フィルタと、
前記ライン上において前記ファブリペロー干渉フィルタに対して一方の側に配置され、前記光透過領域を透過した光を検出する光検出器と、
前記ライン上において前記ファブリペロー干渉フィルタに対して他方の側に位置する開口を有し、前記ファブリペロー干渉フィルタ及び前記光検出器を収容するパッケージと、
前記ファブリペロー干渉フィルタ及び前記光検出器と熱的に接続された温度調節素子と、を備え、
前記光検出器は、前記パッケージに形成された凹部の底面に配置されており、
前記ファブリペロー干渉フィルタは、前記凹部に対して前記他方の側に位置するように前記パッケージに形成された拡幅部の底面に配置されており、
前記温度調節素子は、前記パッケージの壁部のうち、少なくとも前記凹部の前記底面に対応する部分に埋設されている、光検出装置。 - 前記開口を塞ぐように前記パッケージに設けられた光透過部材を更に備える、請求項1に記載の光検出装置。
- 前記温度調節素子は、前記パッケージの壁部のうち、少なくとも前記凹部の前記底面及び前記拡幅部の前記底面に対応する部分に埋設されている、請求項1又は2に記載の光検出装置。
- 前記ファブリペロー干渉フィルタと前記拡幅部との間に配置され、前記ファブリペロー干渉フィルタ及び前記拡幅部と接触する熱伝導部材を更に備える請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の光検出装置。
- 前記熱伝導部材は、第1部分を含み、
前記第1部分は、前記ファブリペロー干渉フィルタの側面と前記拡幅部の内面との間に配置されており、前記ファブリペロー干渉フィルタの前記側面及び前記拡幅部の前記内面と接触している、請求項4に記載の光検出装置。 - 前記熱伝導部材は、第2部分を含み、
前記第2部分は、前記ファブリペロー干渉フィルタの底面と前記拡幅部の前記底面との間に配置されており、前記ファブリペロー干渉フィルタの前記底面及び前記拡幅部の前記底面と接触している、請求項4又は5に記載の光検出装置。 - 前記熱伝導部材は、前記ファブリペロー干渉フィルタと前記拡幅部とを接着する接着部材である、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の光検出装置。
- 前記パッケージの外側の表面のうち、前記凹部の前記底面に対向する領域に取り付けられたヒートシンクを更に備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の光検出装置。
