Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2013-28401

However, in the technique of Patent Document 1, since the rigidity of both side surfaces in the longitudinal direction of the pocket tissue is small, when a plurality of film packaging tissue assembly packages are stacked, the film packaging tissue assembly package located at the bottom is located at the bottom. There was a problem that the body was crushed by compression.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a film packaging tissue package package having a large yield strength against a compressive load.

The present invention that solves the above problems is as follows.
The first means is in a film packaging tissue assembly package in which a plurality of film packaging tissue is stored in a gusset packaging bag.
The film packaging tissue is formed by covering a bundle of tissue paper obtained by folding a plurality of tissue papers in a pop-up manner with a packaging film, and the longitudinal direction of the film packaging tissue is arranged along the vertical direction of the gusset packaging bag. , The first surface of the film packaging tissue and the second surface of the film packaging tissue adjacent to the film packaging tissue are opposed to each other and arranged in the left-right direction of the gusset packaging bag, and one in the longitudinal direction of the film packaging tissue. The side side surface is opposed to the top surface of the gusset packaging bag, the other side surface in the longitudinal direction of the film packaging tissue is arranged to face the bottom surface of the gusset packaging bag, and the one side surface and the other side surface are arranged. , The wrapping film is formed by folding it into a caramel wrapping.

The second means is characterized in that, in the configuration of the first means, the folded edge of the tissue paper bundle is extended along the longitudinal direction of the film packaging tissue.

The third means is characterized in that, in the configuration of the first or second means, the compressibility of the film packaging tissue is formed to 80 to 100%.

The fourth means is characterized in that, in the configuration of the means according to any one of items 1 to 3, the filling rate of the film packaging tissue is formed to 95 to 105%.

The fifth means is characterized in that, in the configuration of the means according to any one of items 1 to 4, the compressibility of the film-wrapped tissue shoe assembly package is formed to 85 to 125%.

According to the first means, the film packaging tissue is formed by covering a bundle of tissue paper obtained by folding a plurality of tissue papers in a pop-up manner with a packaging film, and the longitudinal direction of the film packaging tissue is set in the vertical direction of the gusset packaging bag. Arranged along the gusset packaging bag, the first surface of the film packaging tissue and the second surface of the film packaging tissue adjacent to the film packaging tissue face each other, and are arranged in the left-right direction of the gusset packaging bag. The side side surface is arranged so as to face the top surface of the gusset packaging bag, the other side surface in the longitudinal direction of the film packaging tissue is arranged so as to face the bottom surface of the gusset packaging bag, and one side surface and the other side surface are arranged with the packaging film. Since it is formed by folding it into a caramel package, the rigidity of one side surface and the other side surface of the film packaging tissue is increased, and the amount of displacement with respect to the compressive load applied to the one side surface and the other side surface can be suppressed. As a result, a plurality of film packaging tissue assembly packages can be stacked and displayed in four stages at the store.

According to the second means, in addition to the effect of the first means, the folded edge of the tissue paper bundle is extended along the longitudinal direction of the film packaging tissue, so that one side surface and the other side surface of the film packaging tissue are extended. It is possible to increase the yield strength of the tissue paper bundle against the compressive load applied to the tissue paper bundle.

According to the third means, in addition to the effect of the first or second means, the compressibility of the film packaging tissue was formed to 80 to 100%, so that the voids in the tissue paper bundle were reduced and the rigidity of the tissue paper bundle was increased. It can be increased and the displacement amount of the tissue paper bundle can be further suppressed.

According to the fourth means, in addition to the effect of any one of the first to third means, the filling rate of the film packaging tissue was formed to 95 to 105%, so that one side surface and the other side of the film packaging tissue were formed. The compressive load applied to the side surface can be evenly distributed over the entire surfaces of both side surfaces of the tissue paper bundle facing the one side surface and the other side surface, and the displacement amount of the film packaging tissue can be further suppressed.

According to the fifth means, in addition to the effect of any one of the first to fourth means, the compressibility of the film packaging tissue assembly package was formed to 85 to 125%, so that the film adjacent to the film packaging tissue was formed. The spacing between the packaging teaches can be maintained to prevent the film packaging tips from tilting.

As shown in FIG. 1, the film packaging tissue assembly package 1 is formed of a film packaging tissue 10 and a gusset packaging bag 50 for storing a plurality of film packaging tissue 10.

As shown in FIG. 2, the film packaging tissue 10 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape. In the present specification, for ease of understanding, the top surface on which the opening 18 for drawing out the tissue paper 21 in the film packaging tissue 10 is formed is referred to as a first surface 11, and the bottom surface facing the top surface is a second surface. In the view of arrows in FIG. 2, the front surface is referred to as a third surface 13, the back surface facing the front surface is referred to as a fourth surface 14, and the left side surface is referred to as a fifth surface (“other side surface” in the claims). ) 15, and the right side surface facing the left side surface is referred to as a sixth surface (“one side surface” in the claims) 16.

As shown in FIG. 3, the film packaging tissue 10 is formed of a tissue paper bundle 20 formed by folding and stacking a plurality of tissue papers 21 in a pop-up manner, and a packaging film 30 for storing the tissue paper bundle 20. .. The tissue paper 21 of the present embodiment has a length of 197 mm in the front-rear direction and a length of 178 mm in the left-right direction. It is formed.

<Tish paper bundle>
The folded edge 22A of the folded tissue paper 22 laminated on the tissue paper bundle 20 is located on the left side, and the folded upper portion 22B extends upward to the right from the folded edge 22A, and the lower portion 22C. Is formed extending downward to the right from the folded edge 21A.

The folded edge 23A of the tissue paper 23 laminated adjacent to the upper side of the tissue paper 22 is located on the right side, the upper portion 23B extends from the folded edge 23A to the upper left, and the lower portion 23C extends from the folded edge 23A to the lower left. The folded edge 24A of the tissue paper 24 formed so as to extend toward the lower side of the tissue paper 22 and laminated adjacent to the lower side of the tissue paper 22 is located on the right side, and the upper portion 24B extends from the folded edge 24A to the upper left. The lower side portion 24C is formed so as to extend downward to the left from the folded edge 24A.

The upper portion 22B of the tissue paper 22 is inserted between the upper portion 23A and the lower portion 23B of the tissue paper 23, and the lower portion 22C of the tissue paper 22 is the upper portion 24A and the lower portion 24B of the tissue paper 24. It is inserted in between. As a result, when the tissue paper 21 located on the uppermost side of the tissue paper bundle 20 is pulled up, the tissue paper 21 adjacent to the lower side can be pulled up.

Further, the folded edge 22A of the tissue paper 22 extends along the fourth surface 14 of the film packaging tissue 10 in the left-right direction, and the folded edge 23A of the tissue paper 23 and the folded edge 24A of the tissue paper 24 are films. It extends along the third surface 13 of the packaging tissue 10. Therefore, the amount of displacement (compression amount) when a compressive load in the direction perpendicular to the fifth surface 15 or the sixth surface 16 of the film packaging tissue 10 is applied can be reduced. In this specification, Tish Paper 21 is referred to as Tish Paper 22, 23, 24 for easy understanding.

The raw material pulp for the thin paper that constitutes the tissue paper 21 is a mixture of NBKP and LBKP. Although used paper pulp may be blended, it is preferable that it is composed of only NBKP and LBKP in terms of texture and the like. As the blending ratio, NBKP: LBKP = 20: 80 to 80:20 is preferable, and NBKP: LBKP = 30: 70 to 60:40 is particularly preferable.

The basis weight per thin paper sheet constituting each ply of the tissue paper 21 is 10 to 25 g / m 2 . Preferably, it is 10 to 18 g / m 2 . The basis weight here refers to the measurement method of JIS P 8124 (1998). The thickness of the tissue paper 21 is 90 to 200 μm, preferably 90 to 140 μm in the 2-ply state. It is 120 to 300 μm in the state of 3 plies. The paper thickness here is determined by adjusting the humidity of the test piece sufficiently under the conditions of JIS P 8111 (1998), and then under the same conditions, dial thickness gauge (thickness measuring instrument) "PEACOCK G type" (manufactured by Ozaki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.). ) And its equivalent machine, it means the value measured in the state of multiple plies.

<Packaging film>
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the packaging film 30 winds a flat film in a substantially rectangular shape in a vertical cross section in the front-rear direction so that openings 31 are formed on both sides in the left-right direction, and in the winding direction. It is formed by fusing the intermediate portion 33 in the overlapping portion 32 where the one side end portion and the other side end portion overlap. As a result, a flat film can be formed on the tubular body 34, and the tissue paper bundle 20 can be inserted into the tubular body 34 through the opening 31 formed on one side of the tubular body 34. In this embodiment, the superimposing portion 32 is wound so as to be located on the third surface 13.

Next, the extending portion 35 extending to the left side of the left portion of the tissue paper bundle 20 of the cylinder 34 is folded into a caramel package. That is, the upper portion 35A of the extending portion 35 is bent downward, then the front side portion 35B and the rear side portion 35C are bent to the rear side and the front side, respectively, and then the lower side portion 35D is bent upward. The fifth surface 15 of the film packaging tissue 10 is formed by the fusion treatment to close the opening 31. As a result, the fifth surface 15 formed by laminating four layers of the film as compared with the pillow packaging has higher rigidity, and the amount of displacement when a compressive load is applied to the fifth surface 15 can be suppressed. it can. The pillow packaging is a form in which the upper portion 35A of the extending portion 35 and the end portion of the lower portion 35D are overlapped and fused to close the opening 31.

Similarly, the extending portion 37 extending to the right side of the right portion of the tissue paper bundle 20 of the cylinder 34 is folded into a caramel package. That is, the upper portion 37A of the extending portion 37 is bent downward, then the front side portion 37B and the rear side portion 37C are bent to the rear side and the front side, respectively, and then the lower side portion 37D is bent upward. The sixth surface 16 of the film packaging tissue 10 is formed by closing the opening 31. As a result, the sixth surface 16 formed by laminating the film in four layers has higher rigidity than the pillow packaging, and the amount of displacement when a compressive load is applied to the sixth surface 16 can be suppressed. it can.

Specific examples of the flexible resin packaging film 30 constituting the exterior of the film packaging tissue 10 include polyethylene film, polypropylene film, polyester film, polyethylene terephthalate film, nylon film, vinylidene chloride film, and ethylene vinyl alcohol co-weight. Examples thereof include a combined single-layer film, an appropriately laminated laminated film containing those films, and a gas barrier film obtained by subjecting these films to a surface treatment such as aluminum vapor deposition. In addition, biomass films derived from plant raw materials such as sugar cane, potato (starch), and corn can also be used. The use of such a biomass film is preferable from the viewpoint of environmental protection.
From the viewpoint of cost, polypropylene film and polyethylene film are preferable. Further, the packaging film 30 may be a satin-finished film having excellent design and touch. Furthermore, when packaging odorous materials such as scented tissue paper, ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer resin film and polyethylene terephthalate resin film, which have excellent aroma retention properties, are preferable. Even if it is a multi-layered resin film in which a polyethylene resin film or a polypropylene resin film is laminated on one or both sides of an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer resin film or a polyethylene terephthalate resin film to improve heat-sealing properties. Good.

The thickness of the packaging film 30 may be appropriately selected in consideration of flexibility, cost, gas permeability, and heat-sealing property at the time of packaging, but is preferably measured in accordance with JIS P 8118 (1998). The thickness is preferably 25 to 75 μm, and the softness measured based on the handle ometer method according to the JIS L 1096 (2010) E method is preferably 5.0 to 50.0 cN. When the thickness is 25 to 75 μm, the rigidity of the fifth surface 15 and the sixth surface 16 is sufficiently increased. Further, with such a thickness and softness, the packaging film 30 is not easily torn, and it is easy to make the tissue paper easy to take out, particularly to have excellent pop-up property. The thickness of the measurement sample was adjusted sufficiently under the conditions of JIS P 8111 (1998), and then the dial thickness gauge (thickness measuring instrument) "PEACOCK G-1A type" (manufactured by Ozaki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.) and its equivalent. Measure using a machine.

<Film packaging tissue>
The length of the first surface 11 of the film packaging tissue 10 of the present embodiment formed from the tissue paper bundle 20 and the packaging film 30 in the left-right direction is approximately 178 mm, and the length of the first surface 11 in the front-rear direction is approximately 98.5 mm. The length of the third surface 13 in the vertical direction is formed to be approximately 30 mm, and the weight thereof is formed to 120 g.

The compressibility of the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 of the film packaging tissue 10 in the normal direction is formed to be 80 to 100%, and preferably 85 to 90%. As a result, the proportion of voids in the tissue paper bundle 20 is reduced, and the rigidity of the film packaging tissue 10 against the compressive load acting in the normal direction of the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 is increased. Deformation can be suppressed.

If the compression ratio is less than 80%, the tissue paper bundle 20 may be excessively compressed in the normal direction of the first surface 11 and the second surface 12, and the softness of the tissue paper 21 may be reduced. If it exceeds 100%, the parallel posture of the tissue paper 21 of the tissue paper bundle 20 may be disturbed.

The normal compressibility of the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 of the film packaging tissue 10 is the length between the top surface of the tissue paper bundle 20 facing the first surface 11 and the bottom surface facing the second surface 12. A value calculated by multiplying the value obtained by dividing the length between the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 of the film packaging tissue 10, that is, the length in the vertical direction of the third surface 13, by 100. Is.

The length between the top surface of the tissue paper bundle 20 facing the first surface 11 and the bottom surface facing the second surface 12 was measured and determined as follows. Further, the vertical length of the third surface 13 of the film packaging tissue 10 is measured by measuring the vertical length of the intermediate portion 33 of the packaging film 30 forming the film packaging tissue 10 with a length gauge such as a caliper. I asked.

The tissue paper bundle 20 is humidity-controlled for 24 hours under an environment of standard conditions of 23 ° C. ± 1 ° C. and humidity of 50 ± 2% rhh based on JIS P 8111. Next, the top surface of the tissue paper bundle 20 is placed on the upper surface of the horizontal table with the top surface facing up and the bottom surface facing down, and the top surface of the tissue paper bundle 20 is 50 mm from the outer peripheral edge of the top surface of the tissue paper bundle 20. A hard acrylic plate with a size protruding in the following range was placed, and the length between the four corners of the acrylic plate and the horizontal table was measured to calculate the average value. Since the length of the top surface of the tissue paper bundle 20 of the present embodiment in the left-right direction is approximately 178 mm and the length in the front-rear direction is approximately 98.5 mm, the length in the left-right direction is 250 mm and the length in the front-rear direction is approximately 178 mm. The measurement was performed using an acrylic plate having a length of 130 mm and a weight of 32 g.

The filling rate of the fifth surface 15 and the sixth surface 16 of the film packaging tissue 10 in the normal direction is formed to be 95 to 105%, and preferably 99 to 101%. As a result, the fifth surface 15 of the film packaging tissue 10 and the left side surface of the tissue paper bundle 20 are brought close to each other, and the sixth surface 16 of the film packaging tissue 10 and the right surface of the tissue paper bundle 20 are brought close to each other. The compressive load acting on the 5th surface 15 can be evenly distributed on the entire left side surface of the tissue paper bundle 20, and the compressive load acting on the 6th surface 16 of the film packaging tissue 10 can be evenly distributed on the entire left side surface of the tissue paper bundle 20. Therefore, the variation in the displacement amount of the film packaging tissue 10 can be suppressed.

When the filling rate is less than 95%, there is a space between the fifth surface 15 of the film packaging tissue 10 and the left surface of the tissue paper bundle 20, and the sixth surface 16 of the film packaging tissue 10 and the right surface of the tissue paper bundle 20. A large gap is formed between the film packaging tissue 10 and the fifth surface 15 of the film packaging tissue 10 and the left side surface of the tissue paper bundle 20, and the sixth surface 16 of the film packaging tissue 10 and the right surface of the tissue paper bundle 20 are brought close to each other. I can't. On the other hand, when it exceeds 105%, the fifth surface 15 of the film packaging tissue 10 and the left side surface of the tissue paper bundle 20 and the sixth surface 16 of the film packaging tissue 10 and the right surface of the tissue paper bundle 20 are excessively adhered to each other. As a result, the parallel posture of the tissue paper 21 of the tissue paper bundle 20 may be disturbed.

The filling rate of the fifth surface 15 and the sixth surface 16 of the film packaging tissue 10 in the normal direction is between the left side surface facing the fifth surface 15 and the right side surface facing the sixth surface 16 of the tissue paper bundle 20. The length was calculated by multiplying the value obtained by dividing the length between the fifth surface 15 and the sixth surface 16 of the film packaging tissue 10, that is, the length of the third surface 13 in the left-right direction, by 100. The value.

The length between the left side surface of the tissue paper bundle 20 facing the fifth surface 11 and the right side surface facing the second surface 12 was measured and determined as follows. Further, the lateral length of the third surface 13 of the film packaging tissue 10 is measured by measuring the lateral length of the intermediate portion 33 of the packaging film 30 forming the film packaging tissue 10 with a length gauge such as a caliper. I asked.

The tissue paper bundle 20 is humidity-controlled for 24 hours under an environment of standard conditions of 23 ° C. ± 1 ° C. and humidity of 50 ± 2% rhh based on JIS P 8111. Next, the right side of the tissue paper bundle 20 is placed on the upper surface of the horizontal table with the right side side facing up and the left side side facing down, and the right side surface of the tissue paper bundle 20 is placed on the right side surface of the tissue paper bundle 20 with respect to the outer peripheral edge of the right side surface of the tissue paper bundle 20. A hard acrylic plate having a size protruding within a range of 50 mm or less was placed, and the length between the four corners of the acrylic plate and the horizontal table was measured to calculate the average value. Since the length of the right side surface of the tissue paper bundle 20 of the present embodiment in the left-right direction is approximately 30 mm and the length in the front-rear direction is approximately 98.5 mm, the length in the left-right direction is 70 mm and the length in the front-rear direction is approximately 98.5 mm. The measurement was performed using an acrylic plate having a length of 130 mm and a weight of 32 g.

<Gusset packaging bag>
As shown in FIG. 1, the gusset packaging bag 50 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape. In the present specification, in order to facilitate understanding, the surface on which the handle portion 57 is formed is referred to as a top surface 51, the surface facing the top surface is referred to as a bottom surface 52, and the front surface is referred to as an arrow view in FIG. The front surface 53 is referred to, the surface facing the front surface 53 is referred to as the back surface 54, the surface formed on the left side of the front surface is referred to as the left side surface 55, and the surface facing the left side surface 55 is referred to as the right side surface 56.

As shown in FIG. 6, the gusset packaging bag 50 is formed of a flat tube-shaped film 60 having a folded portion by folding the left side portion 61 and the right side portion 62 of the tube-shaped film 60 inward, respectively. As a result, when the opening 63 formed in the upper part of the tubular film 60 and the opening 64 formed in the lower part are heat-sealed and closed, gussets are formed in the upper part and the lower part of the tubular film 60. Can be done.

As shown in FIG. 7A, the upper opening 63 of the tubular film 60 is heat-sealed over a predetermined length to close the top surface 51 and the handle portion 57 continuous above the top surface 51. To form. The handle portion 57 is formed with a finger hole 58 having a long axis along the left-right direction.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7B, the folded portions formed on the left side portion 61 and the right side portion 62 of the tubular film 60 are expanded in the front-rear direction, and as shown in FIG. 7C, the tubular shape is formed. A plurality of film packaging tissue shoes 10 are inserted through the opening 64 at the bottom of the film 60 of the above. As a result, the film packaging tissue 10 can be easily inserted into the tube-shaped film.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7D, the lower opening 64 of the tubular film 60 is heat-sealed to close it to form the bottom surface 52, thereby forming the film packaging tissue shoe assembly package 1. it can.

As the tube-shaped film 60, polypropylene film and polyethylene film are preferable in terms of cost and openability. The melting point of the film is preferably 150 ° C. or lower. It should be noted that a packaging film having a low melting point can be heat-sealed at a low temperature, which is preferable in sealing and forming a handle, but when the melting point is excessively low, the square portion 4t of the film packaging tissue 1 in particular, the end surface 4A. The actual lower limit is 80 ° C. because there is a high possibility that the film will be scratched or a hole will be formed due to friction with the film. Examples of the polyethylene film include a linear low density polyethylene film (LLDPE), a low density polyethylene film (LDPE), and a medium density polyethylene film (MDPE). Among them, in the present invention, a linear low density polyethylene film layer (LLDPE) having a density of 0.910 to 0.940 g / cm 3 and a melting point of 110 to 120 ° C. is particularly preferable in terms of heat fusion property and cost. Suitable. In addition, polyethylene terephthalate film, nylon film, vinylidene chloride film, single-layer film of ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, laminated film containing those films, and surface treatment such as aluminum vapor deposition on those films. An applied gas barrier film may be used. Similar to the packaging film 4, a biomass film derived from a plant material such as sugar cane, potato (starch), and corn can also be used. It is also preferable to use a biomass film for the gusset packaging film from the viewpoint of environmental protection.
The thickness of the tubular film 60 is, in addition to flexibility, cost, and heat fusion during packaging, tearability that can be easily opened at the time of opening, and the included film packaging tissue 1 with respect to the square portion 4t of the end surface. In addition to the circumstances peculiar to gusset packaging, such as wear resistance and flexibility that does not put an excessive load on the finger when carrying it through the finger hook hole provided in the handle, the relationship with the included film packaging tissue 1 Select as appropriate in consideration.

From this point of view, the thickness and softness of the tubular film 60 are preferably 10 to 65 μm as measured according to JIS P 8118 (1998), and the handle according to JIS L 1096 (2010) E method. The softness measured based on the meter method is 5.0 to 50.0 cN.

<Film packaging tissue assembly packaging>
As shown in FIG. 1, in the film packaging tissue assembly package 1 of the present embodiment, five film packaging tissue 10s are inserted in parallel inside the gusset packaging bag 50.

The film packaging tissue 10 has the sixth surface 16 and the fifth surface 15 of the film packaging tissue 10 facing each other on the top surface 51 and the bottom surface 52 of the film packaging tissue assembly package 1, respectively, and the front surface of the film packaging tissue assembly package 1. The third surface 13 and the fourth surface 14 of the film packaging tissue 10 face each other on the back surface 54 and the back surface 54, respectively, and the first surface of the film packaging tissue 10 is placed on the left side surface 55 and the right side surface 56 of the film packaging tissue assembly package 1, respectively. The surface 11 and the second surface 12 are inserted so as to face each other. As a result, when the film packaging tissue assembly packaging 1 is stacked on the upper side of the film packaging tissue assembly packaging 1, the compressive load acting on the sixth surface 16 of the film packaging tissue 10 is applied to the sixth surface 16 having high rigidity. A plurality of film packaging tissue assembly packages 1 can be stacked on the upper side of the film packaging tissue assembly package 1 so that the tissue paper bundle 20 can be evenly distributed over the entire surface of the facing surfaces of the tissue paper bundle 20 via the surface 16. ..

The length of the top surface 51 of the film packaging tissue assembly package 1 of the present embodiment formed of the film packaging tissue 10 and the gusset packaging bag 50 in the left-right direction is approximately 190 mm, and the length of the top surface 51 in the front-rear direction is approximately 98 mm. It is 5.5 mm, the length of the front surface 53 in the vertical direction is formed to be approximately 178 mm, and its weight is formed to be 600 g.

The compressibility in the normal direction of the left side surface 55 and the right side surface 56 of the film packaging tissue assembly package 1 is formed to be 85 to 125%, and preferably 85 to 100%. As a result, the film packaging tissue 10 adjacent to the film packaging tissue 10 can be maintained at a predetermined interval to prevent the film packaging tissue 10 from tilting in the left-right direction, thereby preventing a decrease in the yield strength against a compressive load.

If the compression ratio is less than 85%, it may not be possible to insert the five film packaging tissuees 10 inside the film packaging tissue assembly package 1. On the other hand, when it exceeds 125%, the distance between the film packaging tissue 10 and the adjacent film packaging tissue 10 becomes wide, and a part of the film packaging tissue 10 is tilted and the parallel posture of the film packaging tissue 10 is disturbed. The yield strength against compressive load decreases.
