Description

The present invention relates to an elevator door unlocking device capable of unlocking an elevator door locking device.

Conventionally, an unlocking device for unlocking a locking device for locking an elevator door has been known (see Patent Document 1).

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 13, the locking device has a latch 921 provided on the door hanger 931 attached to the upper edge of the landing door 930, and a latch 922 that locks the latch 921. ing.

Further, the unlocking device 900 includes an unlocking body 901 and a wire 911 which is a connecting line connecting the unlocking body 901 and the locking device 920 via a trigger 910.

The unlocking body 901 is composed of a large number of members. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 14, the unlocking body 901 has a keyhole base 903 having a rotating shaft 902 that rotates by rotating the inserted key, and a base 904 and a hexagon at the tip of the rotating shaft 902. It has a working piece 908 attached using a ring 905, a nut 906 and a washer 907, and a wire support metal fitting 909 provided at the end of the working piece 908 and to which the end of the wire 911 is connected.

In this unlocking device 900, when the door 930 is to be opened at the time of inspection or in an emergency, a dedicated key is inserted into the hole of the keyhole base 903 from the landing side and rotated in the unlocking direction to obtain the keyhole base 903. The rotating shaft 902 of the above rotates, the operating piece 908 integrated with the rotating shaft 902 rotates clockwise, and the wire 911 is pulled downward. As a result, the latch 922 rotates in the same direction (clockwise) as the operating piece 908 to release the lock with the latch 921, the locked state of the door 930 is released, and the door 930 can be opened.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2012-218834

Since the unlocking device 900 is composed of a large number of members 902 to 909 and 911, installation and maintenance on the door 930 becomes complicated.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a door unlocking device for an elevator having a simple structure.

The door unlocking device for an elevator of the present invention
Engagement between the first engaging member and the first engaging member from an engaging position where the first engaging member is attached to the door of the elevator and pulled in a direction along the door to be engaged with the first engaging member. It has a second engaging member that is displaced to the released position where the engaged state is released, and the locking device that locks the door can be unlocked by engaging the first engaging member with the second engaging member. It is a door unlocking device for elevators.
A linear member arranged on the back surface side of the door, one end of which is connected to the second engaging member and the other end of which is connected to the back surface of the door.
A direction changing portion that changes the extending direction of the linear member, and
With a keyhole penetrating the door,
The direction changing portion is positioned with respect to the door at a position spaced from the back surface in a direction away from the back surface of the door.
The portion of the linear member from the one end to the direction changing portion extends along the back surface, and the portion of the linear member from the direction changing portion to the other end is said to be from the direction changing portion. Extends to the back side of the door
The keyhole is arranged in a region adjacent to the connection position of the other end of the linear member in the door.

According to such a configuration, the key inserted into the keyhole pushes the portion of the linear member from the direction changing portion to the other end in the direction intersecting the extending direction of the portion, so that the second engaging portion in the linear member The part from to the direction changing part is pulled into the direction changing part (the other end side), whereby the second engaging member is pulled in the direction along the door, and as a result, the first engaging member and the second engaging member are engaged. The engagement state with the mating member is released (the locking device is unlocked). Moreover, it is possible to realize a configuration in which the locking device can be unlocked by a simple configuration such as a linear member and a direction changing portion.

In the door unlocking device for the elevator,
The keyhole may be located at less than half the total height of the door.

According to this configuration, since the keyhole is arranged at a lower position than when the keyhole is arranged at the upper part of the door, it becomes easier for a worker or the like to unlock the door when opening the door for inspection or the like. .. That is, the door can be unlocked without having to stretch out and insert the key into the keyhole.

Further, in the door unlocking device for the elevator, for example, the keyhole is located on the tip side when a key whose tip end side extends in a direction intersecting the insertion direction into the keyhole is rotated around the insertion direction. The portion is arranged at a position where the portion abuts on the portion of the linear member from the direction changing portion to the other end. Therefore, by rotating the key, the portion of the linear member from the direction changing portion to the other end is pressed by the portion on the tip end side of the key (specifically, the portion of the linear member is pressed in a direction intersecting the extending direction of the linear member: For example, see FIG. 12), which causes the second engaging member to be pulled by the linear member and displaced to the unlocking position, resulting in unlocking of the locking device.

In addition, in the door unlocking device for the elevator,
The door has a rectangular door panel body that extends in a direction orthogonal to the entry / exit direction, and a folded-back portion that extends from the edge of the door panel body on the door opening side.
The folded-back portion has a first portion extending from the edge of the door panel main body on the door opening side to the back surface side, and a second portion extending from the tip of the first portion to the door closing side along the door panel main body. And
The direction changing portion may be arranged at the second portion.

In this way, in order to position the direction changing portion (positioning in the direction away from the back surface of the door) by using the folded portion of the door, another member (dedicated member or the like) is arranged on the door and the member is placed. Since it is not necessary to attach a direction changing portion to the door, the configuration can be further simplified.

in this case,
The direction changing portion may be formed by a hole penetrating the second portion in the in / out direction. As described above, the configuration can be further simplified by adopting the configuration in which the direction of the linear member is changed by utilizing the hole provided in the second portion of the folded portion.

From the above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide an elevator door unlocking device having a simple structure.

The shaft portion 4241 has a diameter-expanded portion 4241a at the end on the door opening side, and can move relative to the plate-shaped portion 4201 in the penetrating direction. The enlarged diameter portion 4241a comes into contact with the surface 4201a of the plate-shaped portion 4201 facing the door opening direction when the second engaging member 42 is in the engaging position (see FIG. 3), while the second engaging member 42 is in contact with the surface 4201a. When it is in the release position, it is separated from the plate-shaped portion 4201 in the door opening direction (see FIG. 4).

In the urging member 4242, as the second engaging member 42 changes its position from the engaging position to the disengaging position, the plate-shaped portion 4201 is directed toward the main body 421 (the portion to which the base portion of the shaft portion 4241 is connected). The force of the force increases.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the unlocking device 5 has a linear member 51 arranged on the back surface (surface on the hoistway side: the lower surface in FIG. 2) side of the door 2 and the linear member 51. A direction changing portion 53 for changing the extending direction of the door 2 and a keyhole 54 penetrating the door 2 are provided. Further, the unlocking device 5 of the present embodiment also includes a guide portion 52 that guides the linear member 51. The unlocking device 5 of the present embodiment is arranged on one door 2.

The linear member 51 is a long and flexible member, and one end thereof is connected to the second engaging member 42, specifically, the tip end portion of the shaft portion 4241 of the second engaging member 42 (FIG. 3). And FIG. 4), the other end is connected to the door 2, specifically, the back surface (the surface on the hoistway side) of the door panel main body 210 (see FIG. 6). The portion of the linear member 51 from the second engaging member 42 to the direction changing portion 53 extends (arranges) along the back surface of the door panel main body 210, and the other end of the linear member 51 from the direction changing portion 53. The portion up to extends from the direction changing portion 53 toward the back surface of the door panel main body 210. The linear member 51 of the present embodiment is a wire.

Specifically, the other end of the wire 51 is located at a position equal to or less than half the total height of the door panel 21 (in the example of the present embodiment, a position of about 100 cm to about 150 cm from the lower end of the door panel 21) and is first viewed from the entry / exit direction. It is connected at a position overlapping the second portion 2112 of the folded-back portion 211. The other end of the wire 51 of the present embodiment is connected to the door panel main body 210 via the bracket B.

The wire 51 of the present embodiment extends straight from the second engaging member 42 (shaft portion 4241) to the guide portion 52, extends straight from the guide portion 52 to the direction changing portion 53, and extends from the direction changing portion 53 to the other end (door panel). It is a length that extends straight to the back surface of 21). That is, the wire 51 includes each section (a section from the second engaging member 42 (shaft portion 4241) to the guide portion 52, a section from the guide portion 52 to the direction changing portion 53, and the other end from the direction changing portion 53 (the other end). The length is adjusted so as not to loosen in each section) up to the back surface) of the door panel 21.

The guide portion 52 changes the extending direction of the wire 51 in the plane along the back surface of the door panel main body 210. The guide portion 52 of the present embodiment is arranged at a substantially intermediate position between the second engaging member 42 (shaft portion 4241) and the direction changing portion 53 in the vertical direction. The guide portion 52 is attached to the second portion 2112 of the first folded portion 211. The guide portion 52 of the present embodiment is composed of an annular (endless closed shape) member fixed to the second portion 2112.

The direction changing portion 53 is positioned with respect to the door 2 at a position at a distance from the back surface in a direction away from the back surface of the door 2 (specifically, the door panel main body 210). The direction changing portion 53 of the present embodiment is arranged at the second portion 2112. Specifically, the direction changing portion 53 is composed of a hole penetrating the second portion 2112 in the in / out direction. More specifically, the direction changing portion 53 is configured by a hole provided in the second portion 2112 at a position overlapping the other end of the wire 51 when viewed from the entry / exit direction.

The keyhole 54 can penetrate one of the doors 2 and insert the key 7 (see FIG. 10). The keyhole 54 is arranged in a region adjacent to the connection position of the other end of the wire 51 in the door 2 (door panel main body 210). Specifically, the keyhole 54 is arranged at a position less than half of the total height of the door 2 in the vertical direction. The keyhole 54 of the present embodiment is arranged at a position of half or less of the total height of the door panel main body 210 in the vertical direction, specifically, at a position where the other end of the wire 51 is connected in the vertical direction. Further, the keyhole 54 is arranged at a position where the tip end side portion 712 of the key 7 inserted into the keyhole 54 abuts on the portion of the wire 51 from the direction changing portion 53 to the other end of the wire 51 in the opening / closing direction of the door 2. (See FIG. 11). Further, the keyhole 54 is arranged at a position that does not overlap with the second portion 2112 of the first folded-back portion 211 when viewed from the entry / exit direction.

Specifically, the keyhole 54 has a through hole 541 that penetrates the door panel 21, specifically, the door panel main body 210 in the entry / exit direction, and a hollow portion 542a, and projects in the entry / exit direction from the through hole 541 on the back surface of the door panel main body 210. It has a (extending) guide cylinder 542 and.

The through hole 541 of the present embodiment is a circular hole, and the guide cylinder 542 has a cylindrical shape. In the keyhole 54 of the present embodiment, the guide cylinder 542 is fitted into the through hole 541. Further, the guide cylinder 542 extends to an intermediate position between the position of the door panel main body 210 and the position of the second portion 2112 of the first folded portion 211 or its vicinity in the entrance / exit direction (see FIG. 7).

Here, the key 7 used in the unlocking device 5 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the key 7 has a shaft portion 71 inserted into the keyhole 54 and a grip portion 72 gripped by an operator or the like when unlocking the lock device 4.

The shaft portion 71 has a base side portion 711 extending from the grip portion 72 and a tip side portion 712 extending from the tip end of the base side portion 711. The ends of the base side portion 711 and the tip end side portion 712 are connected to each other by a connecting pin 713 extending in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the base side portion 711. That is, the shaft portion 71 also has a connecting pin 713.

The base side portion 711 is a shaft-shaped portion having a size that can be inserted into the keyhole 54, and the base side portion 711 of the present embodiment is cylindrical. The base side portion 711 has a length dimension in which the tip portion (connecting portion with the tip side portion 712) protrudes from the guide cylinder 542 when the shaft portion 71 is inserted into the keyhole 54 up to the boundary position with the grip portion 72. (See FIG. 10).

The tip side portion 712 is a shaft-shaped portion having a size that can be inserted into the keyhole 54, and the tip side portion 712 of the present embodiment is a columnar portion having the same diameter as the base side portion 711. The tip side portion 712 is rotatably (see arrow α in FIG. 9) connected to the base side portion 711 by a connecting pin 713.

The grip portion 72 has a grip portion first portion 721 extending in the same direction from the base side portion 711, and a grip portion second portion 722 extending in a direction intersecting the grip portion first portion 721. The grip portion first portion 721 is columnar, and the diameter of the grip portion first portion 721 is larger than the diameter of the base side portion 711. Therefore, the grip portion 72 cannot be inserted into the keyhole 54.

In the unlocking device 5 of the door 2 for the elevator described above, the locking device 4 is unlocked as follows.

The shaft portion 71 of the key 7 is inserted into the keyhole 54. At this time, the shaft portion 71 is inserted so that the connecting pin 713 is in the substantially horizontal direction.

The shaft portion 71 is inserted into the keyhole 54 up to the boundary position between the shaft portion 71 and the grip portion 72, in other words, when the tip of the grip portion 72 abuts on the peripheral edge portion of the keyhole 54 in the door panel main body 210, the shaft portion 71 The entire tip side portion 712 is in a state of protruding from the guide cylinder 542. In this state, since the tip side portion 712 is rotatable with respect to the base side portion 711, the tip side portion 712 rotates around the connecting pin 713 due to its own weight and the tip is directed downward (base side portion). It is in a state of extending in a direction intersecting (orthogonal or substantially orthogonal) with respect to 711 (see arrow α in FIG. 10).

The key 7 rotates around the axis (direction in which the shaft portion 71 is inserted into the keyhole 54) of the base side portion 711 of the shaft portion 71 in a state where the tip side portion 712 is bent with respect to the base side portion 711. When the tip side portion 712 abuts on the portion of the wire 51 from the direction changing portion 53 to the other end of the wire 51 (see FIGS. 11 and 12) and the key 7 rotates, the portion of the wire 51 is pushed. (Refer to the configuration shown by the arrow β and the two-point chain line in FIG. 12), the portion of the wire 51 from the second engaging member 42 to the direction changing portion 53 is pulled into the other end side of the direction changing portion 53 (FIG. 12). See arrow γ).

As a result, the shaft portion 4241 of the second engaging member 42 is pulled by the wire 51 in the direction toward the guide portion 52 along the door 2 (specifically, the door panel main body 210), and the second engaging member 42 is around the shaft 420a. Rotates to and is displaced from the engaging position (see FIG. 3) to the disengaging position (see FIG. 4). As a result, the engaged state between the first engaging member 41 and the second engaging member 42 is released (the locking device 4 is unlocked).

In the unlocking device 5 of the door 2 for the elevator described above, the locking device has a simple configuration of a linear member (wire in the example of the present embodiment) 51 and a direction changing portion (hole in the example of the present embodiment) 53. A configuration that can unlock 4 is realized.

Further, in the unlocking device 5 of the door 2 for the elevator of the present embodiment, the keyhole 54 is located at a position of half or less of the total height of the door 2 (in the example of the present embodiment, about 100 cm to about 150 cm from the lower end of the door panel 21). Position). By arranging the keyhole 54 at a low position in this way, the unlocking work of the door 2 by a worker or the like can be performed when opening the door 2 for inspection or the like, as compared with the case where the keyhole is arranged at the upper part of the door 2. It will be easier. That is, the door 2 can be unlocked without being in an unreasonable posture such as stretching the back and inserting the key 7 into the keyhole 54. In the door device 1 of the present embodiment, the keyhole 54 is inserted from the lower end of the door panel 21 based on the human body structure of a healthy adult person so that the height can be easily unlocked when the operator performing maintenance or the like unlocks the door. It is arranged at a position of about 100 cm to about 150 cm.

Further, in the unlocking device 5 of the door 2 for the elevator of the present embodiment, the key 7 extending in the direction in which the tip side portion 712 intersects the insertion direction into the keyhole 54 is inserted in the insertion direction (the axial center of the base side portion 711). The keyhole 54 is arranged at a position where the tip end side portion 712 abuts on the portion of the wire 51 from the direction changing portion 53 to the other end of the wire 51 when rotated around. Therefore, by rotating the key 7 around the axis of the base side portion 711, the portion of the wire 51 from the direction changing portion 53 to the other end of the wire 51 is pushed by the tip end side portion 712 of the key 7 (specifically). It is pushed in a direction intersecting the extending direction of the wire 51: see arrow β in FIG. 12).

Further, in the unlocking device 5 of the door 2 for the elevator of the present embodiment, the direction changing portion 53 is arranged at the second portion 2112 of the first folding portion 211 of the door panel 21. In this way, by using the first folded portion 211 of the door panel 21 to position the direction changing portion 53 (positioning in the direction away from the back surface of the door panel main body 210), the door panel 21 has another member (dedicated member). Etc.) need not be arranged and the direction changing portion 53 is not attached to the member, so that the configuration can be further simplified.

Moreover, the direction changing portion 53 is formed by a hole penetrating the second portion 2112 in the in / out direction, that is, the direction of the wire 51 is changed by using the hole provided in the second portion 2112 of the first folded portion 211. The configuration can be further simplified by changing the configuration.

The unlocking device 5 may have a configuration having a plurality of guide portions 52, or may have a configuration without guide portions 52. Further, although the guide portion 52 of the above embodiment is attached to the first folded portion 211, it may be attached to another portion, a member, or the like.

Further, in the unlocking device 5, the position of the keyhole 54 is not limited. When the key 7 is rotated around the axis of the base side portion 711 with the key 7 inserted in the keyhole 54, the tip side portion 712 extends from the direction changing portion 53 in the wire 51 to the other end of the wire 51. Any position may be used as long as it is in contact with the portion of.

Further, in the unlocking device 5 of the above embodiment, the direction changing portion 53 is composed of holes provided in the second portion 2112 of the first folding portion 211, but is not limited to this configuration. The direction changing portion 53 has a configuration in which the extending direction of the flexible linear member 51 such as a pulley or a roller can be changed and the linear member 51 can move relative to the direction changing portion 53. Good.

Further, the direction changing portion 53 is a hole provided in a plate-shaped portion (second portion 2112 in the example of the above embodiment), but a sliding member is provided on the peripheral portion of the hole so that the linear member 51 can easily move relative to the hole. (So-called bush) or the like may be arranged.

Further, in the unlocking device 5 of the above embodiment, the direction changing portion 53 is arranged in the first folding portion 211, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration.
