Description

The present invention relates to a cargo box that can be tilted (dumped) sideways with respect to the vehicle front-rear direction, and a cargo vehicle on which the cargo box is mounted.

In the cargo box mounted on the freight vehicle, a sheet is arranged at least a part of the upper opening of the cargo box in order to prevent the loaded earth and sand from being scattered while the vehicle is running. This seat is hung on a seat mounting frame that is erected on the floor of the packing box and rotatably supported by the upper edge of a side gate (side plate) located on the side of the vehicle. The unit body in which the seat is hung on this frame (hereinafter, simply referred to as "frame with seat") is manually "upright" standing along the side gate or "standing" facing the outer wall surface of the side gate. The posture is changed by being rotated to the "deployed state".

FIG. 6A is a side view of the packing box 90 as viewed from the side. The packing box 90 has a side gate 91, a frame with a seat 92, and a front wall 93, and in the drawing, the frame with a seat in an upright state. 92 is shown. The frame with seat 92 has a support shaft 95 pivotally supported by a bearing member 94 fixed to the front and rear upper ends of the side gate 91. The support shaft 95 has an axial direction in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and the frame 92 with a seat can rotate around the support shaft 95 (Patent Document 1).

The frame 92 with a seat is provided with an engaging bracket 921 fixed to the frame portion 92a by welding on the front side portion in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. Further, a hook 931 and a lock handle 932 that can be engaged with the hook 931 are provided on the side portion of the front wall 93, and when the frame with seat 92 is in an upright state, the engaging bracket 921 is hooked 931. And by being supported in a state of being sandwiched between the lock handles 932, the rotational operation is locked to the frame with seat 92. That is, the frame with seat 92 is held in an upright state.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2006-76499

As described above, the frame 92 with a seat can hold the standing state, but in the packing box 90 having a configuration that tilts (dumps) to the side of the vehicle, the operation complexity based on the frame 92 with the seat is improved. There is room.

As shown in FIG. 6B, when the packing box 90 is dumped to the side of the vehicle (arrow 90A) from the normal state (vehicle travelable state) indicated by the dotted line, the frame with seat 92 is in the deployed state. Ru. In order to maintain the upright position, the engagement bracket 921 must be locked by the hook 931 and the lock handle 932, and the packing box 90 is moved to the side of the vehicle while the seat frame 92 is in the locked state (upright state). When dumped, it is necessary for the operator to release the locking of the engaging bracket 921 and the like in advance.

As the packing box 90 is dumped to the vehicle side, the side gate 91 rotates from the state of the illustrated two-dot chain line to the state of the solid line (arrow 90B) and opens downward. For example, if the frame 92 with a seat is dumped to the vehicle side of the packing box 90 while maintaining the upright state, the state is shown by the solid line in FIG. 6 (c), and if the upright state is held, the side gate 91 Since the relative position of the seated frame 92 with respect to the seat does not change, rotational power (arrow 90C) is similarly generated in the seated frame 92 with the rotational operation (posture change) of the side gate 91 to the downward opening state. Therefore, concentrated stress is generated in the engaging bracket 921 or the like that holds the upright state of the frame 92 with the seat, and the operator manually dumps the frame 92 to the side of the vehicle in order to avoid the occurrence of such stress. Each must be disengaged in advance.

Therefore, for an operator who wants to maintain the upright state of the frame 92 with a seat, the work of releasing the locked state each time the dumping box 90 is dumped to the vehicle side and the holding work performed again after the release are complicated. Accompany.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and is capable of dumping to the side of the vehicle by providing a cargo box that can suppress the operation complexity of the frame to which the seat is attached and the cargo box. The purpose is to provide freight vehicles.

The freight vehicle according to the present invention shall have the following configuration.

The target is a packing box that is mounted on a vehicle body frame whose longitudinal direction is the vehicle front-rear direction and can be tilted in at least one of the vehicle left-right directions via a dump device provided on the vehicle body frame. The floor surface portion, the fixed portion fixed so that the relative position with respect to the floor surface portion becomes constant when tilted, and the fixed portion erected at the end of the floor surface portion in the left-right direction of the vehicle, in the vehicle front-rear direction. A side gate that is supported by upper hinges provided at both ends and can rotate in the left-right direction of the vehicle, and an axial direction in the front-rear direction of the vehicle at the upper edge of the side gate and in the left-right direction of the vehicle with respect to the side gate. A seat mounting frame rotatably provided in the vehicle outer region of the vehicle, and a rotation restricting portion provided in the fixed portion to regulate the rotation of the seat mounting frame are provided. Further, the rotation restricting portion has a facing wall portion facing a part of the seat mounting frame in a state of standing upright with respect to the side gate, and the seat mounting frame is partially opposed to the seat mounting frame. By arranging the wall portion inside the vehicle in the left-right direction, the rotation of the facing wall portion in the direction intersecting the surface direction is restricted and the posture can be changed in the surface direction. .. The above-mentioned "fixed part" has a position that does not change relative to the floor surface such as the front wall part and fixed pillars. Specifically, the packing box is dumped and tilted toward the rear of the vehicle or to the side of the vehicle. Even when it becomes, it means that the relative position and the relative posture with respect to the floor surface are the same as when the vehicle is running.

In addition to the above configuration, the seat mounting frame has a frame-shaped body on which the seat can be hung, and a part of the seat-mounting frame is provided so as to project to the front side in the vehicle front-rear direction with respect to the front portion of the frame-shaped body. It may be configured as a protruding portion.

Further, in addition to the above configuration, the rotation restricting portion is erected so that the plate-shaped member is bent, the upper portion of the plate-shaped member is fixed to the fixed portion, and the plate-shaped member is erected with respect to the upper portion. It is also possible that the portion is bent and the facing wall portion is further bent with respect to the standing portion.

Further, the rotation restricting portion can rotate up and down at one end in the vertical direction with the vehicle front-rear direction as an axial direction, and is fixed at the other end in the vertical direction. It may be configured so that it can be engaged with and detached from the unit.
It is also applicable to a "cargo vehicle having a cargo box that can be tilted sideways" that has a cargo box having each of the above-described configurations, the vehicle body frame, and the dump device.

With the configuration of the present invention, the facing wall portion facing a part of the seat mounting frame as the side gate rotates becomes a fixed portion whose relative position with respect to the floor surface portion such as the front wall portion is constant. Since the seat mounting frame is provided, if the facing wall portion is arranged inside the part of the seat mounting frame in the vehicle left-right direction, the rotation of the seat mounting frame in the vehicle left-right direction, particularly to the outside of the vehicle can be restricted. Further, since the facing wall portions are arranged so as to face each other, the seat can be attached to the facing wall portion in the plane direction while restricting the rotation in the direction intersecting the surface direction of the facing wall portion, which is the above-mentioned rotation direction. The posture of the frame can be changed. That is, it is possible to change the posture of the seat mounting frame while appropriately and flexibly responding to the change in the posture of the packing box and the side gate due to the dumping operation of the packing box to the vehicle side.

Therefore, before and after the dumping operation of the packing box to the vehicle side, the operator does not perform the work of releasing the upright state of the seat mounting frame or the work of holding it again after the release, and the operator does not perform the work of holding the seat mounting frame in the upright state. Can be maintained, and the complexity of work can be eliminated. Of course, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the durability of the holding member that holds the seat mounting frame in an upright state.

An example of the embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration of a freight vehicle 100 according to this embodiment. In this freight vehicle 100, the cargo box 2 mounted on the vehicle body frame 1 whose longitudinal direction is the vehicle front-rear direction (left-right direction in the drawing) is tilted not only to the rear of the vehicle but also to both sides of the vehicle by the dump device 3 ( Dump) Has a possible configuration. The left side in the figure is the front side of the vehicle, and the right side is the rear side of the vehicle.

The dump device 3 includes a lift arm 31, a tension arm 32, and a telescopic cylinder 33. One ends of the lift arm 31 and the tension arm 32 are pivotally supported by a pivot pin 34. The other end of the lift arm 31 is rotatably provided on the bottom of the packing box 2 via the packing box side bracket 35 in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the other end of the tension arm 32 is provided via the vehicle body side bracket 36. The vehicle body 1 is rotatably provided in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction.

The telescopic cylinder 33 has a telescopic tip portion pivotally supported by a pivot pin 37 in the middle of the lift arm 31, and a proximal end portion pivotally supported by a pivot pin 38 near the other end of the tension arm 32. There is. By the expansion / contraction operation of the expansion / contraction cylinder 33, the packing box 2 is tilted via the lift arm 31 and the tension arm 32.

Further, the vehicle body frame 1 and the packing box 2 are provided with hinge portions 2a, which are the tilting centers of the packing box 2, on the front, rear, left and right sides, respectively. These hinge portions 2a are configured so as to be able to engage and disengage by appropriate engaging and disengaging means. For example, if the telescopic cylinder 33 of the dump truck 3 is extended with the left and right front hinge portions 2a separated and only the left and right rear hinge portions 2a engaged, the packing box 2 will have the left and right rear hinge portions 2a. It is tilted backwards around.

Further, if the telescopic cylinder 33 of the dump truck 3 is extended with the hinge portions 2a on the left front and rear separated and only the hinge portions 2a on the right front and rear engaged, the packing box 2 will have the hinge portions 2a on the right front and rear. Tilt to the right around. On the contrary, if the hinge portions 2a on the front and rear on the right side are separated and only the hinge portions 2a on the front and rear on the left side are engaged, the hinge portions 2a are tilted to the left side.

The packing box 2 includes a floor surface portion (not shown), a rear tailgate 21 erected on the rear side of the vehicle with respect to the floor surface portion, side gates 22 erected on both the left and right sides with respect to the floor surface portion, and sides. A seat mounting frame 23 that is rotatably connected at the upper end of the gate 22 with the vehicle front-rear direction as an axial direction and can mount a seat, and a front wall portion 24 that is erected with respect to a face portion on the front side of the vehicle. And a rotation restricting portion 25 provided on the front wall portion 24 and capable of restricting the rotation of the seat mounting frame 23. The front wall portion 24 is a fixed portion whose relative position (relative posture) is always constant with respect to the floor surface portion.

The tailgate 21 and the side gate 22 are configured to be openable upward and downward. The tailgate and side gate 22 are configured to be capable of opening / closing (lower opening) operations that rotate around the upper hinges 211 and 221 and open / close (opening / closing) that rotates around the lower hinges 21P and 22P. It is configured to enable (opening up) operation. The upper hinges 211 of the tailgate 21 are provided on the first fixed pillars 212 at the rear of the vehicle on both the left and right sides, and the upper hinges 221 of the side gates 22 are the second inside the four corners (corner portions) of the packing box 2. It is provided on a fixed pillar (not shown).

As shown in FIG. 1B, the seat mounting frame 23 is fixed to the bearing member 231 and the frame main body 233 having the support shaft 232 pivotally supported by the bearing member 231 and the front side portion of the frame main body 233. It is provided with a protruding portion 234 that protrudes toward the front side of the vehicle. The frame body 233 is a frame-shaped body whose longitudinal direction is the vehicle front-rear direction.

The bearing member 231 is fixed to the front end and the rear end of the upper edge portion of the side gate 22. The position and number of the bearing members 231 are not particularly limited, and may be other positions or two or more.

The frame main body 233 is a frame-like body made of a pipe-shaped steel material in which a substantially rectangular outer frame 233a and two substantially comb-shaped inner frames 233b are combined. In the frame body 233 having such a configuration, the support shaft 232 is rotatably supported by the bearing member 231 so that the operator can manually rotate the support shaft 232 as the rotation center. The frame main body 233 can rotate about the support shaft 232 with respect to the side gate 22.

The projecting portion 234 is composed of a pipe-shaped member projecting from the front portion 2331a to the front side of the vehicle with the vehicle front-rear direction as the longitudinal direction, and is fixed in a state adjacent to the frame main body portion 233. Further, the protruding portion 234 extends to a position where the protruding end portion (left end portion in the drawing) overlaps with the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24 when viewed from the side of the vehicle. Specifically, the side portion 241 The protruding end is located on the outside of the vehicle, and the rotation restricting portion 25, which will be described later, overlaps the outside of the vehicle. That is, since the protruding end portion can be brought into contact with the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24 from the outside of the vehicle and also with the rotation restricting portion, the frame main body portion 233 is a side gate as shown in the figure. The standing posture is maintained at the upper end of the 22 (a state in which rotation to the inside and outside of the vehicle is restricted). In the seat mounting frame 23 according to the present embodiment, the frame main body 233 can rotate about the support shaft 232 as described above, but the frame main body 233 has a protruding portion 234, so that the frame main body 233 can be rotated. The rotation of the side gate 22 from the standing state to the inside in the left-right direction of the vehicle is restricted, and the rotation from the standing state to the outer region of the vehicle is permitted.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the rotation restricting portion 25 is a metal having the vertical direction of the vehicle as the longitudinal direction and fixed to the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24 via the hinge member C at the upper end portion thereof. It has a plate portion 251 made of metal, a hook portion 252 fixed to the side portion 241 and a lock handle portion 253 also provided on the side portion 241 and rotatable up and down.

As shown in FIG. 2B showing the cross section of the plate portion 251, the plate portion 251 is in contact with the first contact portion 2511 which is fixed in contact with the hinge hinge member C at the upper end portion. A first standing portion 2512 that is bent so as to stand up with respect to the portion 2511, and an opposing wall portion 2513 that is bent so as to face the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24 with respect to the first standing portion 2512. The second standing portion 2514, which is bent toward the side portion 241 at the lower part of the facing wall portion 2513, and the second standing portion 2514, which is bent so as to be in contact with the side portion 241 with respect to the second standing portion 2514. It has a contact portion 2515. The plate portion 251 has a structure in which one metal plate material is bent, but the above-mentioned parts 2511 to 2515 may be unitized with each other through welding or the like.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the facing wall portion 2513 has a width (size in the X-axis direction) that hides a part of the protruding end portion 2341 side of the protruding portion 234, and further has a size of the protruding end portion 2341. In comparison, it has a sufficient length in the vertical direction (size in the Y-axis direction). That is, the facing wall portion 2513 has a size that allows sufficient surface contact with respect to the protruding end portion 2341, and the frame main body portion 233 that is about to fall under its own weight can be reliably supported with a desired strength. it can.

The second contact portion 2515 is provided with an elongated hole 2515a having a longitudinal direction in the vertical direction, and the hook 252 can be inserted into the elongated hole 2515a. The lock handle portion 253 has a known configuration, and includes a handle main body 2531 supported by the side portion 241, a frame portion 2532 integrally connected to the handle main body 2531, and an annular portion 2533 that can be hooked on the hook 252. , Has a spring portion 2534 housed in the frame portion 2532. When the handle body portion 2531 is operated to the lowered position (position shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B), the elastic force of the spring portion 2534 causes the side portion 241 side (FIG. 2) with respect to the annular portion 2533. A pressing force is generated in the direction toward (right side) in (b). By operating the handle body portion 2531 to the lowered position while the annular portion 2533 is hooked on the hook 252 inserted through the elongated hole 2515a, the second contact portion 2515 becomes the annular portion 2533 and the front wall portion 24. It is sandwiched by the side portion 241 of the plate portion 251 and fixed in the state shown in the figure.

On the other hand, in the state where the handle body portion 2531 is rotated to the left from the state shown in FIG. 2 (b) (the state in which the spring portion 2534 is operated to the raised position), the elastic force of the spring portion 2534 is eliminated and the above-mentioned above-mentioned with respect to the annular portion 2533. The pressing force is released. As described above, the plate portion 251 is fixed via the hinge member C. Therefore, when the pressing force is released, the annular portion 2533 is detached from the hook 252 and the rotation shaft C1 in the hinge member C is released. It becomes possible to rotate around the center in a direction away from the side portion 241 (clockwise direction in FIG. 2B).

When the handle body portion 2531 as shown in the figure is in the lowered position and the second contact portion 2515 is sandwiched between the annular portion 2533 and the side portion 241 (the plate portion 251 cannot rotate), the protruding portion 234. The protruding end portion 2341 of the above is inserted into a gap provided between the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24 and the facing wall portion 2513. The facing wall portion 2513 is provided so that the distance L1 from the side portion 241 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the protruding end portion 2341. When the handle body 2531 is lowered and the plate 251 is engaged (non-rotatable), the protruding end 2341 is sandwiched between the facing wall 2513 and the side 241. Therefore, the frame body The portion 233 is restricted from rotating in the left-right direction of the vehicle with respect to the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24. That is, the seat mounting frame 23 is restricted from moving in the left-right direction of the vehicle relative to the front wall portion 24, and the state of standing upright with respect to the side gate 22 is maintained.

Since the freight vehicle 100 can dump the packing box 2 to the side of the vehicle by using the dumping device 3, a one-dot chain diagram is used when dumping the packing box 2 to the left as shown in the schematic view seen from the rear of the vehicle. When dumping to the right, it is in a tilted posture like a two-dot chain line. Although not shown, when the packing box 2 is dumped in the left-right direction, the upper hinge 221 and the upper hinge 221 that firmly binds the side gate 22 in the vehicle traveling state are discharged in order to discharge the earth and sand loaded on the packing box 2. Of the lower hinges 22P, the lower hinges 22P are released from lashing, and the side gates 22 are opened toward the vehicle side centering on the upper hinges 221 so as to move away from the floor surface as the packing box 2 tilts. The bottom opening operation is performed).

In the packing box 2 according to the present embodiment, when the packing box 2 is in a horizontal state (vehicle travelable state), the protruding end portion 2341 is sandwiched between the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24 and the facing wall portion 2513. The seat mounting frame 23 can be dumped to the side of the vehicle while being sandwiched. Further, it is also possible to perform an operation of returning the packing box 2 from the dumped state to the horizontal state while the protruding end portion 2341 is still sandwiched. That is, the seat mounting frame 23 in which the packing box 2 is in a horizontal state and stands upright with respect to the side gate 22 is kept in a state where the rotation restricting portion 25 regulates the rotation operation in the left-right direction of the vehicle. 2 dump operations can be performed.

As shown in FIG. 4A, when the packing box 2 is dumped to the left side of the vehicle and the side gate 22 is opened downward in the direction of the arrow A1, the side gate 22 accompanies the dumping operation to the left side of the packing box 2. The seat mounting frame 23 also changes its posture around the support shaft 232 fixed to the upper end of the side gate 22, which is rotated clockwise around the upper hinge 221 that moves to the left and whose posture is changed in this way. Will be done. Specifically, the front wall portion 24 and its side portion 241 are also rotated in line with the packing box 2 that is rotated in the left-right direction of the vehicle around the hinge portion 2a (see FIG. 1A). On the other hand, in the seat mounting frame 23, since the protruding end portion 2341 is sandwiched between the facing wall portion 2513 and the side portion 241 and the rotation in the vehicle left-right direction (X-axis direction) is restricted, the front wall portion 24 And it is rotated counterclockwise around the support shaft 232 so as to be pulled by the rotation of the side portion 241. The protruding end portion 2341, which was located at the position indicated by the dotted line before the start of the dump operation, moves to the position indicated by the solid line above the front wall portion 24 as shown by the arrow A2 (movement along the Y-axis direction). The facing wall portion 2513 also exerts a guide function for guiding the movement of the arrow A2 of the protruding end portion 2341. That is, even if the hinge portion 2a, the upper hinge 221 and the support shaft 232, which are the rotation axes of the front wall portion 24, the side gate 22, and the seat mounting frame 23, are located at different positions, the vehicle can be moved in the left-right direction. Regarding the protruding end 2341 that tends to fall counterclockwise due to the weight of the dump of the packing box 2 or the seat mounting frame 23, the direction intersecting the surface direction by the facing wall portion 2513 (negative direction in the X-axis direction). Rotation to is restricted. At the same time, since the movement of the protruding end portion 2341 in the plane direction, particularly in the direction substantially orthogonal to the rotation direction (Y-axis direction), is not restricted and allowed, the protruding end portion 2341 is indicated by an arrow A2 or an arrow. It can be freely moved in the opposite direction to A2. Therefore, while being guided by the facing wall portion 2513, as the protruding end portion 2341 is moved in the Y-axis direction, the seat mounting frame 23 is also appropriately rotated around the support shaft 232 so that the posture can be changed. There is.

In this way, while restricting excessive rotation in the vehicle left-right direction (X-axis direction) via the rotation restricting portion 25 (opposing wall portion 2513), in a direction substantially orthogonal to the direction (Y-axis direction). Since the movement of the packing box 2 is allowed, even if the seat mounting frame 23 is held upright with respect to the side gate 22 when the packing box 2 is in the horizontal state, the packing box 2 remains as it is. When dumped to the side of the vehicle, the side gate 22 can be satisfactorily opened downward. As a matter of course, unnecessary stress is not concentrated on the seat mounting frame 23, and unnecessary stress concentration is not generated on the rotation restricting portion 25 and the protruding end portion 2341 that maintain the standing posture of the frame 23. Then, when the packing box 2 returns to the horizontal state, the side gate 22 is rotated in the direction opposite to the arrow A1, and the front wall portion 24 is also rotated clockwise. Along with the rotation of the front wall portion 24, the seat mounting frame 23 is also rotated clockwise, and the protruding end portion 23 moves in the direction opposite to the arrow A2 with the rotation and is returned to the position of the dotted line.

Therefore, the worker can dump the packing box 2 to the vehicle side while the protruding end portion 2341 remains sandwiched between the facing wall portion 2513 and the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24. Since the packing box 2 can be returned to the horizontal state, the packing box 2 can be left in the seat mounting frame 23 standing upright with respect to the side gate 22 when the packing box 2 is in the horizontal state in which the vehicle can travel. For an operator who wants to dump the vehicle to the side, it is not necessary to perform any work on the seat mounting frame 23, which is preferable because the work man-hours do not increase. Further, since the position of the protruding end portion 2341 is appropriately changed according to the posture change of the packing box 2 due to the dump operation to the vehicle side, unnecessary stress is generated in the protruding end portion 2341 and the rotation restricting portion 25. It can be avoided in advance and does not cause damage. In this embodiment, if the facing wall portion 2513 is provided, the shape of the plate portion 251 can be appropriately applied to other shapes. Of course, a configuration other than the one in which the plate material is bent (for example, a configuration in which a plurality of members are integrated via welding) may be used. Further, although the facing wall portion 2513 has been described as having surface contact with the protruding end portion 2341, it can be understood that if the protruding end portion 2341 has a circular shape, it is in line contact. As long as the line contact is made, the facing wall portion 2513 is not limited to having a predetermined flat surface portion, and may be configured to be provided with a round bar or a pipe-shaped member.

Further, the rotation restricting portion according to the present embodiment can release the locked state of the second contact portion 2515 of the plate portion 251 with respect to the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24 by operating the lock handle portion 253. When the locked state is released, the operator can manually rotate the plate portion 251 upward (arrow A3) as shown in FIG. 4B, and the protruding end portion 2341 is the facing wall portion 2513 and the side portion 241. You can also release the state of being sandwiched between. That is, the seat mounting frame 23 can be easily rotated to the vehicle side side (left side in this figure) with respect to the front wall portion 24, and the seat mounting frame 23 can be set to the side gate 22 side. You can also defeat it.

As described above, in the case of the packing box 2 and the freight vehicle 100 according to the present embodiment, the packing box is placed on the side of the vehicle while the seat mounting frame 23 is kept in an upright state capable of exerting the function of preventing the scattering of earth and sand and the like. It is highly convenient for the operator who can perform the dump of No. 2, is less complicated, and can exert an advantageous effect that the durability is not lowered. In the present embodiment, the plate portion 251 in the rotation restricting portion 25 is configured to be able to engage and disengage with respect to the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24 in the second contact portion 2515, but the second contact portion The 2515 may be fixed to the side portion 241 via welding or may be fixed via bolts and nuts. The shape of the plate portion 251 is also configured to include the upright portions 2512 and 2514, but it can be appropriately changed as long as it has a shape that allows the movement of the protruding end portion 2341 to be formed between the plate portion 251 and the side portion 241. .. Similarly, the size of the gap can be appropriately changed as long as it is large enough to allow the protruding end portion 2341 to move.

Further, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and the same effect can be exhibited in other embodiments. Explaining mainly the portion different from the above-described embodiment, for example, as shown in FIG. 5A, in the embodiment provided with the projecting portion 734 having the metal plate-shaped projecting base portion 7341 and the projecting tip portion 7342. The protruding tip portion 7342 is rotatable with respect to the protruding base portion 7341 via the shaft portion 7343 (arrow A4). That is, the protrusion 734 can be inserted into the gap between the facing wall portion 2513 and the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24 on the seat mounting frame 23 side without operating the rotation restricting portion 25, and the protrusion portion 734 can be inserted through the gap. The protrusion 734 can also be removed. Further, in the present embodiment, the protruding tip portion 7342 is configured to rotate, but the protruding tip portion is configured to be a pipe-shaped protruding base portion and a protruding tip portion so that the protruding tip portion can be accommodated in the protruding base portion. It may be configured so that it can be moved in and out (sliding) with respect to the protruding base. In this way, by making it possible to appropriately adjust the length of the protruding portion 734 on the seat mounting frame 23 side in the vehicle front-rear direction, the seat mounting frame 23 is further inside the vehicle from the state of standing upright with respect to the side gate 22. It can also be in a rotated state.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 5B, the regulation base 8511 supported by the side portion 241 and the regulation base portion 8511 supported by the side portion 241 in a state where the protruding end portion 2341 is close to the position of the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24 on the outside of the vehicle. In the embodiment in which the plate portion 851 having the regulation tip portion 8512 that is rotatable (arrow A5) with respect to the regulation base portion 8511 is provided, the protruding end portion 2341 is provided in the gap between the regulation tip portion 8512 and the side portion 241. It is said to be in a sandwiched state.

The regulation tip portion 8512 is made of a metal plate material, and has a substantially L-shaped first regulation tip portion 8512a connected to the regulation base portion 8511 via a shaft portion 8513 and a side portion 241 with respect to the first regulation tip portion 8512a. It has a second regulation tip portion 8512b that is bent so as to face each other. As shown in the figure, in a state where the second regulation tip portion 8512b is rotated to the rear side of the vehicle (right side in the drawing), a protruding end is formed in the gap between the second regulation tip portion 8512b and the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24. The part 2341 is sandwiched. Therefore, when the packing box 2 is in the horizontal state, the seat mounting frame 23 can be held in an upright state with respect to the side gate 22. On top of that, even if the packing box 2 is dumped to the side of the vehicle in that state, the protruding end portion 2341 can move in the vertical direction in the illustrated state as the posture of the seat mounting frame 23 changes. It is also possible to prevent unnecessary stress from concentrating on the seat mounting frame 23 and the plate portion 851. Further, when the seat mounting frame 23 is released from the upright state, the second regulation tip portion 8512b is rotated counterclockwise, and the notch portion 8512U provided in the second regulation tip portion 8512b is attached to the hook 852. It can be fitted, and the second regulation tip portion 8512b can be fixedly bound from above via the lock handle portion 853.

Further, the rotation restricting portion 85 having the plate portion 851, the fortune 852, and the lock handle portion 853 on a fixed portion such as the front wall portion 24 in which the relative posture of the packing box 2 with respect to the floor surface portion does not change and becomes constant. The seat mounting frame 23 is provided with the above-mentioned rotation restricting portion 85 without providing a protruding portion protruding toward the front side of the vehicle in the vehicle front-rear direction. The rotation of the frame main body 233 in 23 may be restricted toward the vehicle side. Specifically, the above rotation regulation can be performed by setting the second regulation destination portion 8512b so that it can face the frame main body portion 233. In this case, if it is desired to keep the seat mounting frame 23 upright with respect to the side gate 22, the regulation that further regulates the inward rotation of the seat mounting frame 23 from the upright state on the bearing member 231 or the support shaft 232. It is preferable to provide a member (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2013-28327) or to provide a similar rotation restricting portion on the inner surface of the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24.

As described above, also in other embodiments as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the seat mounting frame 23 simply stands up against the side gate 22 in the horizontal packing box 2. The state can be maintained, and even if the packing box 2 is dumped to the side of the vehicle in that state, unnecessary stress can be prevented from being generated in the seat mounting frame 23 or the like.

Although not shown elsewhere, when the protruding end is provided so as to be rotatable up and down with the vehicle horizontal direction as the rotation axis, the protruding end is bifurcated in the vehicle left-right direction. The bifurcated portion may be configured so that the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24 can be sandwiched between the bifurcated portions. If you want to keep the seat mounting frame 23 in the upright state, hold the side part 241 of the front wall part 24 between the bifurcated parts, and if you want to release the upright state, rotate the protruding end part upward to make the bifurcated part. The portion can be in a state of being pulled out from the side portion 241 of the front wall portion 24. With this configuration, it is possible to have a configuration in which rotation to both the inside and outside of the vehicle is regulated by the bifurcated portion (a configuration in which the standing state is maintained) at the time of dumping on the side of the vehicle. ..

Although the freight vehicle 100 according to any of the embodiments is configured to be able to tilt (dump) to both sides of the vehicle, it may be configured to be capable of dumping to only one of the sides. Further, the rotation restricting portion 25 is provided on the front wall portion 24 which is a constant member whose relative position and posture with respect to the floor surface portion does not change so as to be in line with the dump operation of the packing box 2. It may be configured to be provided on a fixed pillar (including a known one provided on the front side of the vehicle) whose relative position or posture does not change with respect to the floor surface portion. Further, although not shown, a sheet is hung on the frame 233, and the sheet is hung on the frame 233, which helps prevent the earth and sand accumulated in the packing box 2 from scattering. The sheet is hung so as to cover the outer frame 233a by passing a string through a hole provided at the end and binding the sheet to the outer frame 233a.
