Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る制御装置を含む電源システムの概略構成を示すブロック図である。図1に例示した電源システム1は、第1バッテリ10と、DCDCコンバータ20と、第2バッテリ30と、複数の車載機器40と、本実施形態の制御装置50と、を備えている。この電源システム1は、動力源として電動モーターを使用するハイブリッド自動車(HV)、プラグインハイブリッド自動車(PHV)、及び電気自動車(EV)などに搭載される。
次に、図3A、図3B、図4、図5、及び図6をさらに参照して、本実施形態に係る制御装置50が行う制御を説明する。
以上のように、本発明の一実施形態に係る制御装置50によれば、第2バッテリ30の端子電圧(CCV最小値、CCV最大値)を新たに取得すると、直近に取得して記憶した第2バッテリ30の端子電圧との乖離に基づいて、第2バッテリ30のSOC−OCV特性曲線を適宜補正する。これにより、経年劣化した第2バッテリ30の充電率(SOC)を高精度に推定することができる。

Claims (5)
- 電池の充放電を制御する制御装置であって、
前記電池の充電率を制御するDCDCコンバータの指示電圧を、複数の異なる所定の測定用電圧に順次切り替えて制御する電圧制御部と、
前記電圧制御部によって切り替えられる前記測定用電圧の各々において、定電流放電を行った際の前記電池の端子電圧と定電流充電を行った際の前記電池の端子電圧とをそれぞれ取得する取得部と、
前記取得部が新たに取得する複数の前記端子電圧と前記取得部が直近に取得した複数の前記端子電圧との比較に基づいて、前記電池の充電率と開放端電圧との関係を示すSOC−OCV特性曲線を補正する補正部と、を備える、
制御装置。 - 前記電池の前記SOC−OCV特性曲線は、充電率に対する開放端電圧の変化率が所定値以下であるフラット領域を有しており、
前記電圧制御部は、前記DCDCコンバータの前記測定用電圧の1つとして、前記フラット領域と前記フラット領域以外の領域との境界の充電率に前記電池を制御するための第1電圧に切り替える、
請求項1に記載の制御装置。 - 前記電圧制御部は、前記DCDCコンバータの前記測定用電圧として、前記第1電圧、前記第1電圧よりも所定値だけ高い第2電圧、及び前記第1電圧よりも所定値だけ低い第3電圧に切り替える、
請求項2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記補正部は、前記取得部が新たに取得する複数の前記端子電圧と前記取得部が直近に取得した複数の前記端子電圧との間に所定の乖離がある場合に、乖離の量に基づいて前記SOC−OCV特性曲線を補正する、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。 - 定電流放電を行った際の前記電池の端子電圧及び定電流充電を行った際の前記電池の端子電圧のいずれか一方だけに乖離がある場合、前記電池の異常を示す所定の通知を行う通知部をさらに備える、
請求項4に記載の制御装置。
