Claims (13)
- 流体タンク(302)のオリフィスに配置されるセンサヘッド(100、200)であって、
前記センサヘッド(100、200)は、
- 流体を前記流体タンクへ戻すための流体戻り管路(160)と流体連通するように構成されている開口部(110)と、
- 前記開口部(110)に設けられている気泡低減デバイス(120、150、220)と、を備え、
前記気泡低減デバイス(120、150、220)は、動作中に前記流体が前記気泡低減デバイス(120、150、220)を通過する間に、前記流体戻り管路(160)の前記流体の気泡を阻止するように構成されている、
を備えるセンサヘッド。 - 前記気泡低減デバイス(120、150、220)は複数の貫通孔(221)を備え、特にメッシュ、ネット、またはグリッドの形態である、
請求項1に記載のセンサヘッド。 - 前記気泡低減デバイスは、平坦な形状および/または均一な厚さを有する、
請求項2に記載のセンサヘッド。 - 前記複数の孔のうちの各孔の大きさは、0.01〜5.0mm、好ましくは0.015〜0.5mm、より好ましくは0.015〜0.1mmまたは0.1〜0.5mmである、
