Claims (13)
- 植込型心臓機器、特に除細動器または/およびペースメーカ(14)のための皮下リードであって、それ自体が少なくとも1つの感知電極(16)を含むリード本体(20)を含み、および
絶縁スリーブ(22)およびリード本体(20)が互いに関連して可動となるように、少なくとも部分的に感知電極(16)を絶縁スリーブ(22)で覆われるリード本体(20)がねじ込まれる絶縁スリーブ(22)をさらに含む皮下リード。 - 皮下リードであって、絶縁スリーブ(22)は、絶縁スリーブ(22)の中心軸(A1)に沿って、感知電極(16)の中心軸(A2)に沿った感知電極(16)の長さ(L2)よりも長い長さ(L1)を有し、および
側方開口部(24)が感知電極(16)の上方に位置するように、絶縁スリーブ(22)の側壁(26)に側方向開口部(24)を備える絶縁スリーブ(22)を有する請求項1に記載の皮下リード。 - 皮下リードであって、絶縁スリーブ(22,118)が、リード本体(20,102)のそれぞれに対して、絶縁スリーブ(22,118)のそれぞれの中心軸(A1)に対してリード本体(20,102)の中心軸に対し長手方向および/または半径方向に移動可能である請求項1または2に記載の皮下リード。
- 皮下リードであって、リード本体(102)は、第2の感知電極(110)をさらに備え、ここで絶縁スリーブ(118)は、第1の感知電極(108)および第2の感知電極(110)を少なくとも部分的に覆う請求項1に記載の皮下リード。
- 皮下リードであって、絶縁スリーブ(118)は、第1の側方開口部(120)が第1の感知電極(108)の上方に配置され、第2の側方開口部(122)が第2の感知電極(110)の上方に配置されるように、絶縁スリーブ(118)の側壁(124)に2つの側方開口部(120,122)を備える請求項4に記載の皮下リード。
- 皮下リードであって、リード本体(102)の遠位に配置された第3の感知電極(112)、および
除細動電極(114)とをさらに含み、
除細動電極(114)は第3の感知電極(112)と第1および第2の感知電極(108,110)によって形成されたアセンブリとの間に配置され、
第1の感知電極(108)および第2の感知電極(110)を少なくとも部分的に覆う絶縁スリーブ(118)を含む
請求項4または5に記載の皮下リード。 - 皮下リードであって、第1および第2の感知電極(108,110)によって形成されたアセンブリが、心臓刺激機能のために構成されている請求項4、5または6に記載の皮下リード。

- 皮下リードであって、リード本体(20,102)が、リード本体(20,102)の中心軸に対して、絶縁スリーブ(22,118)の縦方向の動きを遮断することができるリード本体(20,102)の周りの少なくとも部分的にリード本体(20,102)から突出する少なくとも1つの停止要素(40,140)を含む請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の皮下リード。
- 皮下リードであって、少なくとも1つの感知電極(16,108,110,112)が、リード本体(20,102)の周囲に巻かれた1つまたはそれ以上のフィラメント、特に、請求項4に記載の第1の感知電極(108)および第2の感知電極(110)の少なくとも1つを含む柔軟性電極である請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の皮下リード。
- 皮下リードであって、絶縁スリーブ(22,108)が少なくとも2つの別々の部分で実現され、絶縁スリーブの各部分が少なくとも1つの側方開口部(24,120,122)を含む請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の皮下リード。
- 皮下リードであって、絶縁スリーブ(22,108)が、放射線不透過性材料を含む請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の皮下リード。
