Description

The present invention relates to a packaging case, an article packaging body, and a packaging method.

Conventionally, for packaging of articles in mail-order sales and the like, a packaging case has been proposed in which an interior member to which an article is fixed is combined with an exterior member to form a box (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this packaging case, an article is fixed to an interior member with a shrink film, and the exterior member covers the interior member as a cover.

Here, in the above-mentioned packaging case, the shrink film in which the article is fixed to the interior member is exposed from the exterior member. The exposed shrink film not only impairs the appearance after packaging, but also may damage the shrink film during transportation, resulting in deterioration of the article protection performance in the packaging case.

An object of the present invention is to solve such a problem. That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging case, an article packaging body, and a packaging method capable of obtaining a good appearance after packaging and high article protection performance.

In order to achieve the above object, the packaging case of the present invention is bent from the inner bottom wall and the edge edge of the inner bottom wall so as to stand with the storage space for articles sandwiched between them in the first direction. And a pair of ceiling side plates that are bent so as to extend from the edge of each of the first side walls opposite to the inner bottom wall so as to face the inner bottom wall. The interior member, the fixed sheet for fixing the article to the inner bottom wall by covering the article arranged in the accommodation space together with the inner bottom wall, and the accommodation space in the inner bottom wall. Is an outer bottom wall that is stacked on the back surface on the opposite side with the fixing sheet sandwiched between them, and an edge of the outer bottom wall so as to stand with the accommodation space sandwiched between them in the second direction intersecting the first direction. The accommodation is bent so as to extend from the pair of facing second side walls and the edge of each of the second side walls opposite to the outer bottom wall so as to overlap and extend from the ceiling side plate. An exterior member provided with a pair of ceiling door walls that close the space is provided, and the interior member is provided with at least a position closer to the center of the inner bottom wall along the first direction and / or the second direction. It is characterized in that a bent rule line is provided which extends and is bent at the time of removing the article fixed to the inner bottom wall by the fixing sheet to assist the removal.

According to the packaging case of the present invention, the exterior member is exteriorized from the interior member in a state where the outer bottom wall is overlapped with the fixing sheet sandwiched between the back surface of the inner bottom wall. As a result, since the fixed sheet is not exposed from the exterior member, it is possible to suppress damage to the appearance due to the exposure of the fixed sheet and deterioration of the article protection performance due to damage to the fixed sheet during transportation. As described above, according to the packaging case of the present invention, it is possible to obtain a good appearance after packaging and high article protection performance. Further, according to the packaging case of the present invention, since the inner bottom wall is bent along the bending ruled line, a gap is opened between the fixing sheet or the inner bottom wall and the article, and the article is removed when the article is removed. Workability can also be improved.

Here, in the packaging case of the present invention, it is preferable that at least two rows of the bent ruled lines provided on the interior member extend in the same direction.

According to this configuration, when the inner bottom wall is bent, a wider gap can be opened between the fixing sheet or the inner bottom wall and the article, and the workability at the time of removing the article can be further improved. it can.

Further, in the above-mentioned preferable configuration, it is more preferable that the bent ruled line has an arc shape in which at least two rows are convexly curved so as to be separated from each other in the second direction.

According to this configuration, for example, even if the fixing sheet for fixing the article generates a force that causes the inner bottom wall to contract in the second direction, the arc-shaped two rows of bent ruled lines resist such a force. be able to. As a result, it is possible to suppress inadvertent deformation such as the inner bottom wall being bent by the bent ruled line before the article is taken out.

Further, in the packaging case of the present invention, the inner bottom wall is provided with a slit and / or a notch corresponding to the article, and the fixing sheet fits in the slit and / or the notch. The bent ruled line 114 thus provided on the interior member 110 is bent at the time of removing the article 150 fixed to the inner bottom wall 111 by the fixing sheet 120 to assist the removal. The bending at the time of this removal will be described later with reference to another figure.

The fixed sheet 120 shown in FIG. 3 is formed in a tubular shape, and the article 150 arranged in the accommodation space VM11 is housed inside together with the inner bottom wall 111 and covered in the second direction D12 to cover the article 150. It is a member fixed to the inner bottom wall 111. The fixing sheet 120 is formed in a tubular shape with a resin shrink film that shrinks when heated. The fixed sheet 120 is formed into a large-diameter tubular shape with a margin, and then covers the article 150 together with the inner bottom wall 111 so as to be housed inside and is heat-shrinked to be in a stretched state shown in FIG. Fix the article 150 to the inner bottom wall 111 with.

The exterior member 130 is also made of corrugated cardboard like the interior member 110, and is formed by bending so as to accommodate the interior member 110 to which the article 150 is fixed as shown in FIG.

FIG. 5 is a developed view of the exterior member shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. Also in FIG. 5, the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis common to those in FIGS. 1 to 3 are shown.

The exterior member 130 is provided with an outer bottom wall 131, a second side wall 132, and a ceiling door wall 133, and is a member having a rectangular shape in a deployed state. The outer bottom wall 131 is a rectangular wall portion of the inner bottom wall 111 of the interior member 110 that is stacked on the back surface of the inner bottom wall 111 opposite to the accommodation space VM11 with the fixing sheet 120 sandwiched between them. The inner bottom wall 111 of the interior member 110 to which the article 150 is fixed is placed on the outer bottom wall 131. The second side wall 132 is bent from a pair of opposite edge 131a along the Y axis of the outer bottom wall 131 so as to stand with the accommodation space VM11 sandwiched between them in the second direction D12 intersecting the first direction D11. A pair of rectangular wall parts. The ceiling door wall 133 is bent so as to extend from the end edge 132a of each second side wall 132 opposite to the outer bottom wall 131 on the ceiling side plate 113 of the interior member 110, and the accommodation space VM11. It is a pair of door wall parts that close. Here, one of the ceiling door walls 133 is a long door wall 133a that is longer in the second direction D12 than the other, and the other is a short door wall 133b. The pair of ceiling door walls 133 are closed so that the short door wall 133b overlaps the long door wall 133a. Further, the exterior member 130 is formed so that the corrugated cardboard step is along the second direction D12 as shown by the step mark M12 in FIG.

Here, the exterior member 130 exposes the wall surface portion of the interior member 110 covered by each wall on the pair of side edges of the ceiling door wall 133 and the outer bottom wall 131 along the second direction D12. A recessed recess is provided so as to allow it. A long side recess 133a-2 is formed in each of the pair of side edges 133a-1 in the long ceiling wall 133a of the ceiling door wall 133, and each of the pair of side edges 133b-1 in the short ceiling wall 133b is formed. Is formed with a short side recess 133b-2. When the ceiling door wall 133 is closed, the long side recess 133a-2 and the short side recess 133b-2 are connected to form one recess per side edge. Further, a bottom wall side recess 131c is formed in each of the pair of side edges 131b of the outer bottom wall 131. When the packaging case 100 is formed and the ceiling door wall 133 is closed, in a plan view of the ceiling door wall 133, the bottom wall side recess 131c has a long side recess 133a-2 and a short side recess 133b-2. It is formed at a position that substantially overlaps with one connected recess.

Further, each first side wall 112 of the interior member 110 follows the first direction D11 in the unfolded state of FIG. 4, and is in the out-of-plane direction of the inner bottom wall 111 and the outer bottom wall 131 in the bent state shown in FIGS. A first projecting piece 112c is provided on a pair of side edges 112b along D13 (Z-axis direction). The first projecting piece 112c projects in the second direction D12 over substantially the entire width of each of the four side edges 112b, and when the interior member 110 is housed inside the exterior member 130, the second projectile piece 112c is the second in the exterior member 130. It abuts on the side edge 132b of the side wall 132. By this contact, the first projecting piece 112c suppresses the first side wall 112 from falling inward of the exterior member 130.

Further, a second projecting piece 112d is provided on the edge 112a of the interior member 110 provided with the ceiling side plate 113 of the first side wall 112. The second projecting piece 112d corresponds to the inner portion of the notch formed in a convex shape from the edge 112a to the ceiling side plate 113 in the unfolded state of FIG. 4, and when the ceiling side plate 113 is bent at the edge 112a, the second projecting piece 112d is the first. It is a portion raised so as to extend along one side wall 112. The second projecting piece 112d is provided at two locations on one first side wall 112, for a total of four locations. When the interior member 110 is housed inside the exterior member 130, the second projecting pieces 112d at these four locations have side edges 133a-1 on the long ceiling wall 133a and side edges on the short ceiling wall 133b of the exterior member 130. It comes into contact with 133b-1. Here, the side edges 133a-1 and 133b-1 are provided with receiving recesses 133a-3 and 133b-3 for receiving the second projecting piece 112d at positions corresponding to each of the four second projecting pieces 112d. ing. Each of the second projecting pieces 112d abuts on the side edges 133a-1 and 133b-1 in a state of being fitted into the respective receiving recesses 133a-3 and 133b-3. By this contact, the second projecting piece 112d suppresses the first side wall 112 from falling inward of the exterior member 130.

Further, at both ends of the side edge 111b of the inner bottom wall 111 of the interior member 110 along the first direction D11, near the first side wall 112, third projecting pieces 111c protruding in the second direction D12 are provided. There is. On the other hand, the end edge 131a forming the boundary between the outer bottom wall 131 and the second side wall 132 of the exterior member 130 is a stopper into which the third projecting piece 111c is fitted when the interior member 110 is housed inside the exterior member 130. A notch 131d is provided. The interior member 110 is provided with a third projecting piece 111c at four locations, and the exterior member 130 is provided with stopper cuts 131d at four locations correspondingly. By fitting the third projecting piece 111c into the stopper notch 131d, the displacement of the interior member 110 in the first direction D11 can be suppressed.

The packaging method of packaging the article 150 using the packaging case 100 described above to form the article packaging body 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is performed by the procedure described below.

In this packaging method, first, a fixing step of fixing the article 150 to the inner bottom wall 111 of the interior member 110 with the fixing sheet 120 is executed.

FIG. 6 is a schematic view showing a process of fixing an article.

In the fixing step, first, the article 150 is placed on the inner bottom wall 111 of the unfolded interior member 110. Then, a fixed sheet 120 formed of a shrink film in a large-diameter tubular shape with a margin is covered so as to accommodate the inner bottom wall 111 on which the article 150 is placed. After that, the fixing sheet 120 is heated and shrunk to be in a stretched state, so that the article 150 is fixed to the inner bottom wall 111.

Following this fixing step, an exterior step of exteriorizing the exterior member 130 to the interior member 110 to which the article 150 has been fixed is executed.

FIG. 7 is a schematic view showing an exterior process of the exterior member.

In the exterior process, first, the unfolded interior member 110 to which the article 150 is fixed by the fixed sheet 120 is superposed on the unfolded exterior member 130. At this time, the interior member 110 is arranged so that the rectangular interior member 110 in the unfolded state and the rectangular exterior member 130 in the unfolded state are cross-arranged orthogonal to each other as shown in FIG. The inner bottom wall 111 is placed on the outer bottom wall 131 of the exterior member 130. At this time, since the corrugated cardboard steps of each member are oriented in the longitudinal direction of each member, the steps of the inner bottom wall 111 of the interior member 110 and the outer bottom wall 131 of the exterior member 130 are orthogonal to each other. High strength can be obtained at the portion that is stacked on the article 150 and supports the weight of the article 150.

After that, in the interior member 110, as shown by the arrow V12, the pair of first side walls 112 are bent and the pair of ceiling side plates 113 are bent. Subsequently, in the exterior member 130, as shown by the arrow V13, the pair of second side walls 132 are bent and the pair of ceiling door walls 133 are bent. By these bending and bending, the packaging case 100 is formed in the rectangular box shape shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.

Following this exterior step, a sealing step of sealing the rectangular box-shaped packaging case 100 with the sealing tape 160 is executed.

FIG. 8 is a schematic view showing a sealing process using a sealing tape.

In the sealing step, as shown by an arrow V14, the sealing tape 160 has a pair of ceiling door walls 133 in the exterior member 130 already exteriord to the interior member 110, a pair of opposed first side walls 112 in the interior member 110, and an exterior member. It is pasted over the outer bottom wall 131 of 130. At this time, the sealing tape 160 was superposed on the long ceiling wall 133a from one of the pair of ceiling-side recesses formed by connecting the long-side recess 133a-2 and the short-side recess 133b-2 to the other. It is affixed on the edge of the short ceiling wall 133b. Further, both ends of the sealing tape 160 are attached from the pair of facing first side walls 112 to the bottom wall side recess 131c to reach the outer wall surface of the outer bottom wall 131. By such pasting, the sealing tape 160 exposes the ceiling door wall 133, the exposed wall surface of the ceiling side plate 113 exposed from the recess on the ceiling side, the first side wall 112, and the inner bottom wall 111 exposed from the recess 131c on the bottom wall side. It is attached to the wall surface and the outer bottom wall 131. Through this sealing step for the packaging case 100, the article packaging body 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is completed.

According to the packaging case 100, the article packaging body 1, and the packaging method of the first embodiment described above, the exterior member 130 has the outer bottom wall 131 with the fixing sheet 120 sandwiched between the back surfaces of the inner bottom wall 111. It is exteriorized with respect to the interior member 110 in a stacked state. As a result, since the fixed sheet 120 is not exposed from the exterior member 130, it is possible to suppress damage to the appearance due to the exposure of the fixed sheet 120 and deterioration of the article protection performance due to damage to the fixed sheet 120 during transportation. As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to obtain a good appearance after packaging and high article protection performance.

Here, in the present embodiment, the interior member 110 is provided with a bent ruled line 114 which is bent at the time of removing the article 150 to assist the removal.

FIG. 9 is a schematic view showing how the folding ruled lines of the interior member are bent to assist the removal of the article.

The removal of the article 150 referred to here means that a customer such as a mail-order customer who receives the article package 1 unwraps the article 150 and takes out the article 150. After peeling off the sealing tape 160 and removing the exterior member 130, the customer will remove the article 150 fixed to the interior member 110 with the fixing sheet 120 from the interior member 110. At this time, as shown by the arrow V15 in FIG. 9, the interior member 110 is bent inward with the article 150 side inside at the folding ruled line 114.

By this bending, a gap is opened between the fixed sheet 120, the inner bottom wall 111, and the article 150, and workability at the time of removing the article 150 can be improved.

Further, in the present embodiment, the portions provided on the inner bottom wall 111 and the pair of first side walls 112 of the bent ruled lines 114 provided on the interior member 110 are in the first direction in which the two rows are in the same direction. It extends along D11.

According to this configuration, when the inner bottom wall 111 is bent, a wider gap can be opened between the fixed sheet 120 or the inner bottom wall 111 and the article 150, and the workability at the time of removing the article 150 can be improved. It can be further improved.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the assembly work is easy during the packaging regardless of the experience of the packing operator, the work efficiency can be improved. Good appearance and high article protection performance can be obtained after packaging, and article 150 can be quickly taken out at the time of unpacking.

Further, in the present embodiment, the portion of the bent ruled line 114 provided on the inner bottom wall 111 and the pair of first side walls 112 has an arc shape that is convexly curved so as to be separated from each other in the second direction D12. There are two rows of arcuate ruled lines 114a.

Here, as shown in FIGS. 3, 6 and 7, the fixing sheet 120 for fixing the article 150 to the inner bottom wall 111 of the interior member 110 in the stretched state has the inner bottom wall 111 in the second direction D12. It is generating a force that shrinks to. At this time, the two rows of arcuate ruled lines 114a that pass through the inner bottom wall 111 and occupy most of the bent ruled lines 114 have an arcuate shape that is convex toward the outside in the second direction D12, as described above. Can resist the force. As a result, it is possible to suppress inadvertent deformation such as the inner bottom wall 111 being bent at the bent ruled line 114 before the article 150 is taken out.

High fixing strength can be obtained.

Further, in the present embodiment, the side edge 112b of the first side wall 112 of the interior member 110 is provided with the first projecting piece 112c that abuts on the side edge 132b of the second side wall 132 of the exterior member 130.

According to this configuration, the packaging case 100, that is, the article packaging body 1 is prevented by suppressing the first side wall 112 from falling inward of the exterior member 130 due to the contact of the first projecting piece 112c with the second side wall 132. The shape of the can be kept good.

Further, in the present embodiment, the ceiling-side end edge 112a of the first side wall 112 of the interior member 110 is provided with a second projecting piece 112d that abuts on the side edge of the ceiling door wall 133 of the exterior member 130.

According to this configuration, the packaging case 100, that is, the article packaging body 1 is prevented by suppressing the first side wall 112 from falling inward of the exterior member 130 due to the contact of the second projecting piece 112d with the ceiling door wall 133. The shape of the door can be kept good.

Further, in the present embodiment, the third projecting piece 111c is provided at the end of the side edge 111b of the inner bottom wall 111 of the interior member 110. A stopper notch 131d into which the third projecting piece 111c is fitted is provided at the boundary between the outer bottom wall 131 and the second side wall 132 in the exterior member 130.

According to this configuration, the shape of the packaging case 100, that is, the article packaging body 1 is kept good by suppressing the positional deviation of the interior member 110 with respect to the exterior member 130 by fitting the third projecting piece 111c into the stopper notch 131d. be able to.

(Second Embodiment)
In the second embodiment described below, the shape of the inner bottom wall of the interior member is different from that of the first embodiment described above. In the following, the second embodiment will be described by paying attention to the differences from the first embodiment, and the illustration and description of the same points will be omitted.

FIG. 10 is a developed view showing an interior member according to the second embodiment, and FIG. 11 is a diagram showing a state in which an article is fixed to the inner bottom wall of the interior member shown in FIG. In addition, in FIGS. 10 and 11, components equivalent to the components of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 9 are designated by the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 1 to 9 and duplicate description is omitted. To do. Further, FIGS. 10 and 11 also show the same X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis as in the first embodiment.

In the interior member 210 according to the second embodiment, the inner bottom wall 211 is provided with a notch portion 211d corresponding to the article 150. The notch portion 211d is a rectangular hole that follows the shape of the rectangular inner bottom wall 211. Further, the interior member 210 is provided with a bent ruled line 214 having a shape in which the bent ruled line 144 according to the first embodiment is hollowed out by the cutout portion 211d. The formed portion of the ceiling side plate 113 is a linear ruled line 114b extending linearly in a row in the first direction as in the first embodiment. On the other hand, in the formed portion of the inner bottom wall 211 and the first side wall 112, two rows of arcuate ruled lines 114a that are convexly curved so as to be separated from each other in the second direction D12 in the first embodiment are formed by the cutout portion 211d. It is a hollowed-out arc-shaped ruled line 214a.

Further, also in this second embodiment, the corrugated cardboard steps forming the interior member 210 are along the first direction D11 as shown by the step marks M11 similar to those in the first embodiment. This direction is the extending direction of the thinnest portion of the inner bottom wall 211, and the steps are along this extending direction. As a result, the strength of this thinnest portion is increased.

As shown in FIG. 11, the fixed sheet 120 covers the article 150 in the notch 211d together with the inner bottom wall 211 in the second direction D12. As a result, the article 150 is sandwiched and held from the front and back by the fixed sheet 120 in the stretched state while floating with respect to the inner bottom wall 211. At this time, the fixing sheet 120 receives a force that brings the two existing thinnest portions of the inner bottom wall 211 closer to each other in the second direction D12. The size and shape of the notch portion 211d are such that the shape of the inner bottom wall 211 can be maintained against such a force.

Also in the second embodiment described above, since the structure of the interior member 210 other than the notch portion 211d is the same as that in the first embodiment, a good appearance after packaging and high article protection performance can be obtained. Needless to say, it is possible to improve workability when removing articles.

Here, in the present embodiment, the interior member 210 is provided with the notch portion 211d, and the article 150 is fixed to the inner bottom wall 211 by the fixing sheet 120 in a state of being fitted in the notch portion 211d. As a result, the article 150 is placed on the outer bottom wall 131 of the exterior member 130 with the fixing sheet 120 sandwiched between them, so that the packaging case after packaging, that is, the outer surface of the outer bottom wall 131 in the article carrier The dimension in the direction can be reduced by the thickness of the inner bottom wall 211.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the assembly work is easy during the packaging regardless of the experience of the packing operator, the work efficiency can be improved. Good appearance and high article protection performance can be obtained after packaging, and article 150 can be quickly taken out at the time of unpacking. Further, it is possible to save resources of the packaging material by reducing the size of the packaging case 100.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned first and second embodiments merely show typical embodiments, and are not limited to these embodiments. That is, those skilled in the art can carry out various modifications according to conventionally known knowledge.

For example, in the first and second embodiments described above, a rectangular box-shaped packaging case 100 and an article packaging body 1 are exemplified. However, the shape of the packaging case or the article packaging is not limited to the rectangular box shape, and is specific as long as the pair of facing first side walls and the pair of facing second side walls are arranged so as to intersect each other in opposite directions. It does not ask the typical box shape. For example, it may have an octagonal prism shape, a box shape in which side walls other than the above four side walls are formed in a curved shape, and the like.

Further, in the first and second embodiments described above, the packaging case 100 and the article packaging body 1 to which the sealing tape 160 is attached so as to hang on a part of the outer bottom wall 131 are exemplified. However, the shape of the sealing tape to be attached is not limited to this, and for example, the outer bottom wall may be attached so as to cross the first direction as well as the ceiling side.

Further, in the first and second embodiments described above, the packaging case 100 and the article packaging body 1 in which the pair of ceiling door walls 133 in the exterior member 130 are composed of the long door wall 133a and the short door wall 133b are exemplified. There is. However, the pair of ceiling door walls is not limited to this, and may be, for example, door walls having the same length as each other.

Further, in the first and second embodiments described above, a tubular fixing sheet 120 formed of a heat-shrinkable shrink film and fixing the article 150 to the inner bottom walls 111 and 211 is exemplified. However, the fixed sheet is not limited to this, and does not ask the specific material or the like. Further, the shape of the fixed sheet is not limited to the tubular shape, and the sheet may be arranged so as to cover the article housed in the inner bottom wall of the interior member, and the shape and the arrangement method are not limited. For example, one end of a strip-shaped fixed sheet is adhered to the back surface of the inner bottom wall, the other end is pulled to cover the article together with the inner bottom wall so as to be wrapped inside, and the other end is attached to the back surface of the inner bottom wall. It may be in a form such as bonding. Further, in order to assist in taking out the article, the fixing sheet may be provided with perforations or the like so as to be easily torn.

Further, in the first and second embodiments described above, a fold having two rows of arcuate ruled lines 114a and 214 extending in the first direction D11 and one row of linear ruled lines 114b extending in the first direction D11. An example is an example in which bending ruled lines 114 and 214 are provided on interior members 110 and 210. However, the folding ruled line is not limited to this. That is, if the bent ruled line is provided at least at a position closer to the center on the inner bottom wall, it asks whether or not it is formed in a part other than the inner bottom wall, and the specific number and shape of the bent ruled line. is not it. For example, the bent ruled line may be provided only on the inner bottom wall and not on the first side wall or the ceiling side plate, and the number may be one or three or more. Further, the bent ruled line may be a trapezoidal shape other than an arc shape or a straight line shape. Further, the extending direction of the bent ruled line is not limited to the first direction which is the opposite direction of the first side wall of the interior member, and may extend in the second direction intersecting with the first direction. Further, when providing two or more bent ruled lines, a part of the bent ruled lines may be extended in the first direction and the other bent ruled lines may be extended in the second direction. However, as described above, the workability at the time of removing the article 150 can be improved by providing the arcuate ruled lines 114a and 214a extending in the same direction in at least two rows as the bent ruled lines 114 and 214. It's a street. Further, as described above, by providing at least two rows of arcuate ruled lines 114a and 214a as the bent ruled lines 114 and 214, careless deformation before taking out the article can be suppressed.

Further, in the second embodiment described above, a mode in which the notch portion 211d is provided on the inner bottom wall 211 and the fixed sheet 120 covers the article 150 in the state of being contained in the notch portion 211d together with the inner bottom wall 211 is exemplified. ing. However, as in the first embodiment, the inner bottom wall may not be provided with any notch or the like. However, by providing the notch portion 211d in the inner bottom wall 211 and fitting and fixing the article 150 therein, the dimensions of the packaging case 100 and the article packaging body 1 can be reduced by the thickness of the inner bottom wall 211. The points that can be made are as described above. As long as the article is provided corresponding to the article and the article can be stored inside, the one provided on the inner bottom wall is not limited to the notch, and may be a slit.

Further, in the second embodiment described above, the notch portion 211d provided in the inner bottom wall 211 has a rectangular shape, but the specific shape or the like thereof is not questioned. For example, a circular or oval notch may be provided to improve durability against force from the fixed sheet in the stretched state.

Further, in the above-described first embodiment, recesses are provided in the ceiling door wall 133 and the outer bottom wall 131, and the sealing tape 160 is attached to the exposed wall surface from each recess. However, it is possible that no recess is provided in the ceiling door wall or the outer bottom wall. However, as described above, the high fixing strength of the sealing tape 160 can be obtained by providing such a recess.

Further, in the above-described first embodiment, the recesses are provided in both the ceiling door wall 133 and the outer bottom wall 131, but the recesses may be provided in only one of the walls.

Further, in the first and second embodiments described above, a mode in which the first side wall 112 of the interior members 110 and 210 is provided with the first projecting piece 112c and the second projecting piece 112d for suppressing the collapse is exemplified. .. However, the first side wall may not be provided with any projecting pieces. However, as described above, the shape of the packaging case 100 and the article packaging body 1 can be kept good by providing the first projecting piece 112c and the second projecting piece 112d.

Further, in the first and second embodiments described above, both the first projecting piece 112c and the second projecting piece 112d are provided on the first side wall 112, but only one of the projecting pieces may be provided. Good. In addition, the specific shape and number of each projecting piece are not questioned.

Further, in the above-described first embodiment, the third projecting piece 111c is provided on the inner bottom wall 111 of the interior member 110, and the third projecting piece 111c is fitted into the exterior member 130 to cause the interior member 110 to be displaced. An example is a form in which a stopper notch 131d for suppressing is provided. However, the third projecting piece and the stopper notch as described above may not be provided. However, as described above, the shape of the packaging case 100 and the article packaging body 1 can be kept good by providing only the third projecting piece 111c and the stopper notch 131d.

Further, in the above-described first embodiment, the third projecting piece 111c and the stopper notch 131d are provided at four locations each, but the specific shape and number thereof are not questioned.
