Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the insertion piece portion 23 on the front side is bent 90 degrees with respect to the side surfaces 1w and 1x by using the secondary folding curves 35b and 35c, and the secondary folding curve The insertion piece portion 23 is bent so as to sandwich the insertion piece portion 23 by both the outer and inner flat surfaces 19 and 21 for forming the front surface 1y for the tray using 35a, 35d, and 35e, and the insertion protrusion 31 at the tip is slit S1. The front surface 1y for the tray is closed by inserting it into. Then, the inner and outer flat plate portions 25 and 27 for forming the back surface 1z for the tray using the second folding curves 35f and 35g are bent 90 degrees with respect to the side surfaces 1w and 1x for the tray and overlapped. The back surface 1z for the tray is closed by bending the insertion piece portion 29 on the rear side with respect to the flat plate portion for other purposes 25 on the outer side and inserting it into the slit S2 by using the second folding curve 35h that follows after the alignment. .. As a result, the cardboard tray-shaped other application form (Q) as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 is completed. In addition to this, a required number of cardboard box materials a can be inserted from above into the cardboard packaging material 1 forming the application form (Q) and leaned against it.

That is, the cardboard packing material 1 described above can take a packing form for packing the cardboard box material a and a cardboard tray-like other use form (Q) for holding the cardboard box material a against it. The packing material 1 forms a pair of main second folding curves 33 in a direction orthogonal to the first folding curves 11a to 11c at the time of packing, and the pair of main folding curves 33 at the time of cardboard tray. It is characterized in that the formed surface is deformed as a bottom surface 1v.

With such a configuration, not only can the packaging form (P) optimized for packaging be taken, but also optimized for inserting the cardboard box material a and leaning against it after unpacking. It can be used by being transformed into the other application form (Q).

Further, since the main second folding curve 33 is orthogonal to the first folding curves 11a to 11c, the height dimensions of the side surfaces 1w and 1x are set when the cardboard tray-shaped other application form (Q) is taken. It can be suppressed and the cardboard box material a can be prevented from falling when leaning against it.

In the above-described embodiment, the packaging form (P) is formed by forming four flat plate portions 3, 5, 7, and 9 in a prismatic shape, but the packaging form (P) is not necessarily such a packaging form (P). It is not limited, and various modifications can be made depending on the packaged object A.

Further, the other use form (Q) is not limited to the tray shape for leaning the packaged object A, and can be appropriately changed according to the required use. Therefore, various forms can be adopted for the first and second folding curves depending on the purpose.

Further, the disconnection line is not always necessary, and may not be necessary depending on the other application form (Q).

The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above.

For example, as described above, it is conceivable to change the shape of the packaging form in various ways according to the object to be packed, or to appropriately change the other application form according to the required application.

Further, as described above, it is also conceivable to set the first and second bending lines in various ways or omit the separating line according to the shape of the packaging form and the purpose of the other application form.

In addition, various changes may be made as long as the gist of the present invention is not impaired.
