Description
The present invention relates to a packing device, and more particularly to a packing device that packs an article to be packed with a tray and a cushion.
When delivering goods that are easily damaged by external impacts, such as precision equipment, to store the precision equipment in a cardboard case, a foamed polystyrene resin buffer is placed between the precision equipment and the cardboard case. I try to arrange my body. When an impact is applied from the outside, the impact is absorbed by the foamed resin cushion interposed between the corrugated cardboard case and the precision instrument, so that the impact may be directly transmitted to the precision instrument. This protects the precision instrument from impact.
Although the foamed polystyrene buffer has a high impact absorption capability, it requires a mold for foam molding, and it is necessary to prepare a mold corresponding to each shape in advance. Accordingly, the cost of the molded body increases due to the mold. In addition, the shock absorber made of styrene foam is not only bulky, but also generates black smoke when discarded and incinerated, and may generate high heat and damage the incinerator.
Therefore, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-34477, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-252879, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-40537, etc., a buffer body to which cardboard is applied is proposed. Further, the applicants of the present application disclosed in JP 2000-128249 A for the purpose of providing a packaging buffer that can be automatically assembled by a machine and that can be completely recycled. A plurality of cutting lines are formed substantially parallel to each other in a direction perpendicular to the direction extending in the direction, and a plurality of connecting portions are intermittently formed on these cutting lines, whereby a plurality of cardboards are mutually connected. A packaging shock absorber has been proposed that can be folded and alternately folds and troughs at the cutting line and is assembled by joining the corrugated board together.
An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging device that does not require a cardboard outer box.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a packaging device having a simple structure with a small number of parts.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a packaging device that has a small number of parts and is simple, thereby reducing costs.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a packaging device that can reliably package an article to be packed with a tray and a cushion without using an exterior box.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a packaging device which is composed of a corrugated tray and a cushion, and which can be securely held by fastening a fastening band on the outside.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a packaging device that can protect an article to be packed in a state in which a pair of upper and lower trays provided with cushions on the inside are securely fastened by a fastening band.
The above-described problems and other problems of the present invention will be clarified by the technical idea of the present invention and the embodiments thereof described below.
A main invention of the present application includes a pair of upper and lower trays and a cushion that is disposed inside the tray and receives upper and lower corners or ridge portions of an article to be packed, and the cushion has a recess, The concave portion is a packing device for receiving a corner or a ridge portion of the packaged article,
An engagement recess is formed in the cushion, and a locking portion is formed by folding a part of the ridge line portion of the tray inward. The locking portion is received in the engagement recess, and the cushion is moved to the tray. Is fixed in position,
A fastening band is stretched from the outside of the upper and lower trays, and the upper and lower trays are fixed to the packaged article by the fastening band, and a part of the ridge line portion of the tray is folded inward. The fastening band is stretched over a recessed portion outside the locking portion, and the locking portion serves as both a positioning fixing means for the cushion and a guiding means for the fastening band ,
The cushion is formed of a laminate in which corrugated cardboards are folded and laminated, and a half-cut line in which one liner is connected in the direction of the corrugated cardboard and a cut line that is intermittently connected by a connecting part are alternately formed. The cushion is assembled by a laminated body that is folded in a zigzag manner alternately by a mountain fold and a valley fold at the half-cut line and the cutting line, and the fastening band is formed on the connection part of the cutting line of the cushion. The present invention relates to a packing device characterized by passing through .
Here, cushions may be attached to the four corners of the upper and lower trays, respectively, and the cushion may receive the corners of the upper and lower corners of the article to be packed or the ridge lines of the side portions by the recesses. The tray may be formed of corrugated cardboard, and side walls may be continuously provided on four sides of the central plate-like portion. Moreover, the said latching | locking part may be comprised from the bending part which bent the pair of notch formed from the plate-shaped part which comprises the main surface of the said tray to the said side wall in the cross-sectional L-shape. Further, the portions formed on the side walls of the pair of cuts forming the locking portion gradually move away from each other as they approach the bent portion of the side wall, and the width increases as the upper surface of the locking portion moves away from the side wall. Thus, the engagement recess may be wider on the back side than on the outside, corresponding to the shape of the locking portion. Further, a center cushion may be disposed at a position away from the side walls of the upper and lower trays, and the center cushion may receive the upper surface or the lower surface of the article to be packed.
Moreover, a recessed part may be formed in the ridge line part of the cushion by the opening formed so as to straddle the half-cut line or the cutting line, and the corner or the ridge line part of the article to be packed may be received in the recessed part. The engagement recess may be formed in the cushion by aligning the engagement hole formed so as to straddle the half-cut line or the cut line and the notch facing the end in the direction of the step. The engaging recess of the cushion comprises a stepped portion facing the outer portion of the cushion, and the locking portion of the tray is an L-shaped locking portion in which a part of the ridge line portion of the tray is folded inward. It may be. In addition, the connecting portion may be formed on the cut line of the cushion at an extended position in the direction of the step of the recess for engagement, and the fastening band may pass through the connecting portion.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, for example, an article to be packed such as a vanity is packed with a pair of upper and lower trays and a cushion formed by folding cardboards arranged inside these trays. The cushion alternately forms a half-cut line in which one liner is connected in the direction of the step of the cardboard and a cut line connected intermittently at the connecting portion, and the half-cut line and the cut line By the way, it is composed of a laminated body that is alternately folded in a zigzag manner by a mountain fold and a valley fold, and a recess is formed in the ridge line portion of the cushion by an opening formed so as to cross the half cut line or the cutting line The corner of the article to be packed is received in the recess, and the packaging apparatus can be assembled without using an outer box.
In addition, the cushion that is assembled by folding the corrugated cardboard is aligned with the engagement hole formed so as to straddle the half-cut line or the cutting line and the notch facing the end in the direction of the step. The engaging recess is formed, and the L-shaped locking portion in which a part of the corner of the tray is folded inward is engaged with the engaging recess of the tray. The band is fastened from the outside, and at this time, the fastening band is received in the recessed portion formed by the latching portion of the tray, thereby reliably preventing the fastening band from dropping or shifting.
A main invention of the present application includes a pair of upper and lower trays, and a cushion that is disposed inside the tray and receives upper and lower corners of an article to be packed. The cushion has a recess, and the recess is an article to be packed. It was designed to accept the corners.
Therefore, according to such a packing device, the packing device can be assembled by the pair of upper and lower trays and the cushions arranged inside these trays, and the packing device does not require an outer box, and thereby the packing material The amount of use is greatly saved. In addition, the articles to be packed are surely protected by the upper and lower trays and the upper and lower corner cushions arranged inside these trays, so that the articles to be packed are more completely protected. Become.
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show the overall configuration of the packaging device of the present embodiment. Here, an example in which a vanity is used as the article to be packed 10 is shown, and the article made of this vanity is shown. The packed
FIG. 3 shows a characteristic portion of such a packing device. For example, a
Next, the structure of the upper and
The upper and
Next, assembly of the
Here, the cutting lines 45 formed alternately with the half-
On the other hand, the half-
As shown in FIG. 7, an
FIG. 10 shows an operation of assembling the
In this way, by bending the cardboard shown in FIG. 7 in a zigzag manner, a block as shown in FIG. 11 is formed. In this block, a
In addition, the corrugated cardboards stacked and assembled in this way are formed with engaging
In the corrugated cardboard shown in FIG. 7, a cutting
Next, the assembly of the lower
Here, the plate-
Further,
Further, the corrugated cardboard shown in FIG. 14 has a pair of left and right engaging
The cardboard shown in FIG. 14 becomes as shown in FIG. 15 by being folded zigzag alternately at the half-
As shown in FIG. 16, a cushion having such a laminated structure has a pair of left and
Further, as shown in FIG. 17, such a corrugated cardboard cushion is shown in FIG. 17 on the lower surface by
Here, as shown in FIG. 14, the corrugated board is formed with three cutting
Next, the
Here, an
The plate-
The corrugated cardboard as shown in FIG. 19 is bent in zigzags alternately at the half-
Further, as shown in FIG. 19, in such a cushion, a
Next, assembly of the upper
As shown in FIG. 24, a pair of left and right engagement holes 205 are formed in the corrugated plate-
The corrugated cardboard shown in FIG. 24 is alternately bent zigzag as shown in FIG. That is, the portion of the half-
As shown in FIG. 24, the corrugated cardboard for assembling such a cushion has three cutting
Next, the assembly of the
Accordingly, when the corrugated cardboard as shown in FIG. 29 is bent in a zigzag manner, when it is folded in a mountain at the half-
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the
According to such a packing apparatus, the article to be packed 10 can be packed with a configuration in which a pair of upper and
32 and 33 show modifications of the
Next, modifications of the cushion will be described with reference to FIGS. Here, the upper
The basic configuration of the upper
FIG. 35 shows a state in which the corrugated board shown in FIG. 34 is folded in a zigzag manner, overlapped, glued, joined, and then divided into four at the
FIGS. 37 and 38 are views for explaining the function and effect of the
FIG. 37 shows a state in which such a fastening structure over which the
