身体の機能や組織を健康に保つためには、適正なカロリーを守り、さまざまな栄養素を食事によってバランスよく摂取することが重要である。特に、虚血性心疾患の発症リスク因子の発現には脂肪細胞から分泌される様々な生理活性物質が関係していることが明らかとなっており、特に肥満症を併存する患者の重症化予防には減量が必須となっている。特に、男性の肥満が心筋梗塞を代表とする虚血性心疾患の発症の危険を増大させることが知られている。したがって、肥満症のユーザについては、減量の意思に関する情報を入手し、必要に応じて減量のための適切な指導を行うことが望ましい。ユーザの減量の意思に関する情報は、これに限定されるものではないが、例えば、第3データ取得部23が用意した多肢選択式のアンケートにユーザが答えるかたちで収集することができる。この場合の質問としては、例えば、「体重を3ヶ月で2~3kg減量するとしたら、できると思いますか」等のような適切な減量の達成の意思を問うものとするとよい。これに対する回答の選択肢は、例えば、「強く思う」、「思う」、「やや思う」、「あまり思わない」、「全く思わない」等とするとよい。

- 生活習慣改善のための介入システムであって、
ユーザの医療情報を記憶する医療情報記憶部と、
ユーザの治療への主体的参加に関連する情報を取得する取得部と、
ユーザに対して生活習慣改善のための情報を提供する介入制御部と、
を備え、
前記取得部は、
ユーザの生活習慣改善のための健康指導プログラムへの参加に関する共同意思決定のための情報を取得する第1データ取得部を備え、
前記介入制御部は、
前記医療情報記憶部に記憶された医療情報と、前記第1データ取得部により得られた共同意思決定のための情報とに基づき、前記ユーザに対応した健康指導プログラムへの参加意欲を高める教育資料を提供する資料提供部を備える、介入システム。 - 前記共同意思決定のための情報は、当該ユーザの病態認識に関する情報を含む、請求項1に記載の介入システム。
- 前記共同意思決定のための情報は、当該ユーザの生活習慣改善に対する健康リテラシーに関する情報を含む、請求項1または2に記載の介入システム。
- 前記共同意思決定のための情報は、当該ユーザの生活習慣改善に対する自己効力感に関する情報を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の介入システム。
- 前記取得部は、ユーザの生活情報を取得する第2データ取得部をさらに備え、
前記介入制御部は、前記医療情報記憶部に記憶された医療情報と、前記第1データ取得部により得られた共同意思決定のための情報と、前記第2データ取得部が取得したユーザの生活情報と、の少なくとも一つに基づき前記ユーザに適した運動情報を提供する運動指導部を備える、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の介入システム。 - 前記取得部は、ユーザの介入に影響を与える介入関連因子情報を取得する第3データ取得部をさらに備える、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の介入システム。
- 前記介入制御部は、前記第3データ取得部により得られた介入関連因子情報に基づき、前記ユーザに適した運動情報を提供するように構成されている、請求項6に記載の介入システム。
- 前記介入制御部は、少なくとも、前記医療情報記憶部に記憶された医療情報と、前記第3データ取得部により得られた介入関連因子情報とに基づき、前記ユーザに対応した生活習慣の改善のためのプログラムを提供する生活指導部を備える、請求項6または7に記載の介入システム。
- 前記プログラムとして、食事指導プログラムを含む、請求項8に記載の介入システム。
- 前記介入関連因子情報は、当該ユーザの生活習慣に関する情報、生活習慣を是正するための情報、精神的な不安に関する情報の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項6~9のいずれか1項に記載の介入システム。
- コンピュータを、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の介入システムとして動作させるように構成されている、コンピュータプログラム。
