Abstract
Description
燃料タンクを、熱可塑性材料から、ブロー成型金型で成形するステップであって、
対向する各壁部に少なくとも2つの連結部分が作成され、各壁部のうちの1つに開口が作成されるステップと、
燃料タンクを、ブロー成型金型から取り外すステップと、
燃料タンクの内部に、開口を介して、少なくとも1つの接続支柱を手動で又は機械的に挿入するステップであって、
少なくとも1つの接続支柱は、プロフィル部を各端部に有し、
プロフィル部は、応力に耐える態様で、各壁部の連結部分のうちの1つと連結可能であるステップと、
接続支柱のプロフィル部を、各壁部の連結部分と手動で又は機械的に連結するステップと
を含むことを特徴としている。
Claims (16)
- 燃料タンク(10)であって、
対向する少なくとも2つの壁部を有するタンク壁(14)と、
対向する前記2つの壁部間に位置する補強装置と
を備え、
前記補強装置は、少なくとも1つの接続支柱(16)を有し、
前記接続支柱(16)は、各端部に、プロフィル部(18)を有し、
前記タンク壁(14)に作用する押す力を前記接続支柱(16)が吸収するように、前記プロフィル部(18)は、応力に耐える態様で、前記タンク壁(14)の対向する前記2つの壁部のそれぞれにおいて1つの相補プロフィル部(20)と係合する
ことを特徴とする燃料タンク(10)。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料タンク(10)であって、
前記タンク壁(14)の対向する前記2つの壁部の前記相補プロフィル部(20)は、アンダカット部分を有する
ことを特徴とする燃料タンク(10)。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料タンク(10)であって、
前記アンダカット部分は、対向する前記各壁部が成形要素により前記燃料タンク(10)の外側から成形される間に作成される
ことを特徴とする燃料タンク(10)。 - 請求項3に記載の燃料タンク(10)であって、
前記タンク壁(14)は、熱可塑性材料製であり、
前記成形要素は、前記燃料タンク(10)を製造するためのブロー成型金型用のインサート(40)であり、
前記燃料タンク(10)がブロー成形される際に、前記インサート(40)は、前記壁部それぞれに吹き付けられる
ことを特徴とする燃料タンク(10)。 - 請求項4に記載の燃料タンク(10)であって、
前記インサート(40)は、
平坦な板部分(42)と、
略きのこ形の断面を有し、且つ、前記板部分(40)に対して法線方向に延在するプロフィル成形部分(44)と
を有する
ことを特徴とする燃料タンク(10)。 - 請求項5に記載の燃料タンク(10)であって、
前記プロフィル成形部分(44)は、20mm〜120mmの間の高さを有する
ことを特徴とする燃料タンク(10)。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク(10)であって、
前記少なくとも1つの接続支柱(16)の前記プロフィル部(18)の端部は、案内要素を有し、
前記案内要素は、前記タンク壁(14)の対向する前記各壁部の前記相補プロフィル部(20)に前記プロフィル部(18)を押し付けることを容易にする
ことを特徴とする燃料タンク(10)。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク(10)であって、
前記少なくとも1つの接続支柱(16)の前記プロフィル部(18)の端部は、止め具要素(36)を有し、
前記止め具要素(36)は、片方の側において、前記タンク壁(14)の対向する前記各壁部の前記相補プロフィル部(20)に前記プロフィル部(18)を押し付けることを限定する
ことを特徴とする燃料タンク(10)。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク(10)であって、
前記少なくとも1つの接続支柱(16)の前記プロフィル部(18)の端部は、好ましくは取り外し可能な固定要素(30、50)を有し、
前記固定要素(30、50)は、前記タンク壁(14)の対向する前記各壁部の前記相補プロフィル部(20)から前記プロフィル部(18)が外れないようにする
ことを特徴とする燃料タンク(10)。 - 請求項9に記載の燃料タンク(10)であって、
前記固定要素(50)は、前記プロフィル部(18)の側部に重なり、且つ、前記側部に弾装可能な固定ブラケット(50)として設計される
ことを特徴とする燃料タンク(10)。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク(10)であって、
前記少なくとも1つの接続支柱(16)は、前記プロフィル部(18)の端部の間に延在し且つ壁厚が2mm〜20mmである平坦な本体を有し、
好ましくは、前記本体は、その平坦面に対して交差方向に前記プロフィル部(18)を越えて延在する複数の補強リブ(38)を備える
ことを特徴とする燃料タンク(10)。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク(10)であって、
前記燃料タンク(10)は、対向する前記各壁部のうちの1つの壁部の領域内に開口(12)を有し、
前記相補プロフィル部(20)の一方は、前記開口(12)から短い距離のところに位置し、
前記相補プロフィル部(20)の他方は、対向する前記壁部に投影される開口輪郭から短い距離のところに位置する
ことを特徴とする燃料タンク(10)。 - 請求項12に記載の燃料タンク(10)であって、
前記距離が、100mm未満であり、好ましくは50mm未満である
ことを特徴とする燃料タンク。 - 請求項12又は13に記載の燃料タンク(10)であって、
複数の接続支柱(16)が、前記開口(12)の周りに、互いから等しい又は等しくない角距離のところに位置する
ことを特徴とする燃料タンク(10)。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク(10)を製造する方法であって、
前記燃料タンク(10)を、熱可塑性材料から、ブロー成型金型で成形するステップであって、
対向する前記各壁部に少なくとも2つの連結部分が作成され、前記各壁部のうちの1つに開口が作成されるステップと、
前記燃料タンク(10)を、前記ブロー成型金型から取り外すステップと、
前記燃料タンク(10)の内部に、前記開口(12)を介して、少なくとも1つの前記接続支柱(16)を手動で又は機械的に挿入するステップであって、
前記少なくとも1つの接続支柱(16)は、前記プロフィル部(18)を前記各端部に有し、
前記プロフィル部(18)は、応力に耐える態様で、前記各壁部の前記連結部分のうちの1つと連結可能であるステップと、
前記接続支柱(16)の前記プロフィル部(18)を、前記各壁部の前記連結部分と手動で又は機械的に連結するステップと
を含む
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項15に記載の方法であって、
前記各壁部の前記連結部分は、アンダカット部分を有し、
前記アンダカット部分に、前記少なくとも1つの接続支柱(16)の前記プロフィル部(18)は、前記接続支柱(16)の長手方向延長部に対して交差方向に押し付けられる
ことを特徴とする方法。
