Description

The present invention relates to a packaging bag in which sealing portions are formed along each of the three or four end edges and an opening point is provided between the facing sealing portions.

In a packaging bag made of film, the film is laminated along each of the three or four edge edges to form a sealing portion, and the contents such as a patch are stored inside, between the opening points provided in the sealing portion. It is known to open the bag by tearing it.

In this type of bag, a reopening means such as a zipper is provided inside, and in order to make it easy to open and close at the time of reopening, it is desirable to tear off the torn portion to make a scrap.

For that purpose, high openability is required, and various proposals have been made to improve the openability, and in many cases, the openability is improved by attaching a guide line.

In order to ensure the function of the guide wire, for example, as described in Patent Document 1, it has been proposed to process a sub guide wire that guides the guide wire from the opening point. In addition, proposals have been made to change the shape of the guide wire on the front and back of the packaging bag.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2016-104635

However, as in the proposal of Patent Document 1, when the sub-guide line is processed in addition to the guide line, the position setting becomes complicated, and the workability may be lowered depending on the shape.

In addition, when the shape of the guide wire is changed on the front and back of the packaging bag, if the guide wire is attached in a straight line on either the front or back, a convex portion will be generated due to a step at the time of opening, and the dominant hand of the opening person will be different or the opening method. If there is a habit, this convex part may interfere with opening and make it difficult to open.

An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag capable of exhibiting easy opening by surely operating a guide wire regardless of the dominant hand of the opening person or the opening method.

<1> A sealing portion is formed of a film, and the films are combined and sealed along each of the three or four edge edges, and a first opening point is provided at the edge of either sealing portion. In addition, the packaging bag is provided with a second opening point facing the first opening point at the edge of the sealing portion on the opposite side of the sealing portion where the first opening point is provided. On both the front and back surfaces of the bag, between the first opening point and the second opening point, a pair of short guide wires formed so as to be relatively short parallel to the edge in the opening direction, and a pair thereof. It has a long guide wire formed symmetrically so as to extend from the end of the short guide wire to the inside and the outside of the bag continuously between the short guide wires of the bag, and is formed on the surface side of the bag. The short guide wire is provided at the same position and the same length on the back surface side, while the long guide wire has the same shape and the same angle extending from the short guide wire, and the bag extends from the short guide wire. It is a packaging bag characterized in that it is provided with different widths between the inside and the outside.

<2> The packaging bag according to <1>, wherein the long guide wire includes a polygonal shape or an arc line having an even-numbered angle of a square or more and has a shape having no corner.

<3> The packaging bag according to <2>, wherein the long guide wire has a hexagonal shape with an angle of 90 ° or more between both sides extending from the short guide wire.

<9> The packaging bag according to any one of <1> to <8>, wherein the relationship of the following formula is established between the long guide wire on the front surface side of the bag and the long guide wire on the back surface side of the bag.
[Formula] (width of long guide line on the front side-width of long guide line on the back side) / 2 ≧ 1 mm

<10> The packaging bag according to <9>, wherein the relationship of the following formula is established between the long guide wire on the front surface side of the bag and the long guide wire on the back surface side of the bag.
[Formula] (width of long guide line on the front side-width of long guide line on the back side) / 2 ≧ 3 mm

<11> From <1>, a reopening means is provided along the edge between the first opening point and the second opening point further inside the bag of the long guide wire. The packaging bag according to any one of <10>.

In the present invention, the "short guide wire" and the "long guide wire" mean scratches or dents linearly provided on the outer surface of the film or sheet constituting the bag. By scraping a part in the thickness direction from the outer surface of the film or the like, these are made easier to tear than the corresponding part when a load is applied to the film or the like.

Further, the above-mentioned scratches or dents may be formed in a straight line at the time of formation, may be intermittently formed in a broken line shape, or may be a combination thereof. Further, the above-mentioned scratches or dents may be visually determined to be substantially linear.

The packaging bag of the present invention is formed in a symmetrical shape so as to extend continuously from the short guide line between the first opening point and the second opening point to the inside and outside of the bag from the end of the short guide line. The long guide wire is provided on the front surface side and the back surface side of the bag with different widths extending from the short guide wire. In this way, since the long guide wire is formed in a symmetrical shape so as to extend to the inside and outside of the bag, the opening direction is symmetrical to the long guide wire even if the opening hand is different or the opening method is habitual. Can be guided to either. In addition, since the width extending from the short guide line is different between the front side and the back side of the bag, the long guide line on the front side and the long guide line on the back side can be opened with an opening width. And the step between both sides does not interfere with opening. As a result, regardless of the dominant hand of the person who opened the package or the method of opening the package, the guide line works reliably and the package can be easily opened.

[First form]
First, the packaging bag of the first aspect of the present invention will be described. 1 is a surface view of the packaging bag of the first aspect of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a developed view of the packaging bag of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing an example of a state after opening the packaging bag of FIG. 1, and FIG. 1 is an enlarged view of part a in FIG. 1, and FIG. 5 is an explanatory view for explaining the distance from the tip of the short guide wire to the sealing part.

As shown in FIG. 1, the packaging bag 10 of the present invention has a rectangular shape in a plan view, and sealing portions 12a to 12d by heat fusion are formed along each of the four end edges 11a to 11d. .. The packaging bag of the present invention is intended to contain chemicals such as a patching agent such as a poultice and a tape agent inside, and the end edges 11a to 11d are sealed by the sealing portions 12a to 12d. By doing so, the contents are prevented from being deteriorated by contact with the outside air.

In the illustrated example, the packaging bag 10 is formed so that the depth direction, which is the opening direction, is longer than the width direction, and the packaging bag 10 is opened at the end edge 11a located at the sealing portion 12a on the upper end side in the depth direction when the contents are taken out. A notch-shaped first opening start point 13 to start is provided. Further, at the edge 11c located at the sealing portion 12c on the lower end side in the depth direction located on the opposite side of the sealing portion 12a, the second opening start point 14 has the depth direction with the first opening start point 13. It is provided at a position facing each other with a shape similar to that of the first opening start point 13.

A relatively short linear short guide line 15a parallel to the depth direction is formed in the vicinity of the depth direction of the first opening start point 13. A short guide wire 15b having the same shape is formed in the vicinity of the depth direction of the second opening start point 14.

As shown in FIG. 2, these short guide wires are formed not only on the front surface side of the packaging bag 10 but also on the back surface side as short guide wires 16a and 16b. As shown in FIG. 1, they overlap at the same position.

Between the short guide wire 15a and the short guide wire 15b on the front surface side, a long guide wire 17 longer than these is formed continuously from the short guide wires 15a and 15b.

The long guide line 17 has a symmetrical shape in both the depth direction and the width direction of the bag, and has a hexagonal shape in the illustrated example. The long guide wire 17 is connected from the ends of the short guide wires 15a and 15b to connect the short sides 17a to 17d formed relatively short and the short sides 17a to 17d, and the long side 17e formed longer than these. It is composed of 17f.

Of the short sides 17a to 17d, the short sides 17a and 17d are inside in the width direction of the bag, and the short sides 17b and 17c are outside in the width direction of the bag, from the ends of the short guide lines 15a and 15b. Each is spreading. The long sides 17e and 17f extend in parallel along the depth direction of the bag, and the long side 17e connects the short sides 17a and 17d and the long side 17f connects the short sides 17b and 17c, respectively.

Similar to the front surface side, between the short guide wire 16a and the short guide wire 16b on the back surface side, as shown in FIG. 2, a long guide longer than these short guide wires 16a and 16b is continuous. Line 18 is formed.

Like the long guide line 17, the long guide line 18 has a hexagonal shape symmetrical in both the depth direction and the width direction of the bag, and the four short sides 18a to 18d and the two long sides 18e connecting them, It is composed of 18f.

Further, in the long guide line 18, similarly to the long guide line 17, the short sides 18a to 18d extend from the ends of the short guide lines 16a and 16b to the inside or the outside in the width direction of the bag, and the expanding angle d (FIG. 3). (See) is the same as that of the long guide line 17.

On the other hand, in the long guide line 18, the distance between the long sides 18e and 18f along the width direction of the bag, that is, the width extending between the inside and the outside of the bag is the width of the long guide line 17 on the front surface side. It is formed shorter than the distance between certain long sides 17e and 17f.

Inward in the width direction from the position where the short guide wires 15a and 15b, the long guide wire 17 and the like are formed, on the inner surface between the edge edges 11a and 11c at both ends in the depth direction, as a means of reopening in parallel along the depth direction. Chuck body 19 is provided. Although not shown, the chuck body 19 seals the packaging bag 10 by fitting the upper chuck on the inner surface on the front surface side and the lower chuck on the inner surface on the back surface side, and reopens the bag by releasing it. It has become like. In FIG. 2, the chuck body is not shown for convenience of explanation. This also applies to the development drawings of other forms described later.

When opening the packaging bag 10 with such a configuration, first, the first opening start point 13 or the second opening start point 14 is set as the opening starting point, and the second opening starting point 14 or the second opening starting point 14 on the opposite side is used. The packaging bag 10 is torn toward the opening start point 13 of 1.

When the first opening start point 13 is set as the opening starting point, the tear reaches the short guide lines 15a and 16a on the front and back surfaces.

Subsequently, when the opening person opens the packaging bag 10 by pushing the right hand with the front side facing the front, for example, the tear extends through the short side 17b extending to the outside of the long guide line 17 on the front side. It is guided to all the long sides 17f. When the package is opened so as to pull the right hand in the same direction, the tear is guided to the long side 17e via the short side 17a extending inward of the long guide wire 17 on the surface side.

At the same time, when the tear is guided from the short side 17b to the long side 17f, it is guided to the long side 18e via the short side 18a extending to the outside of the long guide line 18 on the back surface side, and is guided from the short side 17a to the long side. When guided to 17e, it is guided to the long side 18f via the short side 18b extending inward of the long guide line 18 on the back surface side.

After that, when the tear passes through the long sides 17f and 18e, it is guided to the short sides 17c and 18d, and when it passes through the long sides 17e and 18f, it is guided to the short sides 17d and 18c, respectively, and the short guide lines 15b and 16b are provided. Through, the second opening start point 14 is reached, and the opening is completed. As a result, the outer portion in the width direction is separated along the tear between the first opening start point 13 and the second opening start point 14 of the packaging bag 10. For example, when the package is opened by pushing it with the right hand, as shown in FIG. 3, the first opening start point 13 → short guide lines 15a, 16a → short side 17b, 18a → long side 17f, 18e → short side 17c, 18d. → It is torn by the opening wire that follows the short guide wires 15b and 16b.

If the package is opened by the left hand from the first opening start point 13, there are cases where the package is opened by pushing and cases where the package is opened by pulling, and when the package is opened by the right hand and the short guide line and length in which tearing is induced. The inside and outside of the guide line are reversed.

Further, even if the opening is started from the second opening point 14, the order in which the tear is induced is reversed (starting from the short guide lines 15b and 16b), and the short guide line and the long guide in which the tear is induced are introduced. The same is true except that the inside and outside of the line are reversed. Furthermore, even when the front and back sides are turned upside down, tearing is induced depending on whether the opening is performed with the right hand or the left hand, the opening by pushing or the opening by pulling. The same is true except that the inside and outside of the line are reversed.

This tear creates a step on the front and back of the opening, making it easier to pinch the bag and open it. Further, even if the opening is not intended for some reason, by opening along the opening line, a step is generated in the opening due to the difference in the positions of the opening lines on the front and back, and the opening property is not impaired.

That is, in the packaging bag 10, the long guide lines 17 and 18 which are the main guide lines at the time of opening are formed so as to be bifurcated from the short guide lines 15a and 16a which are the sub guide lines, so that the opening method is habitual. Even if there is, the tear is induced on either of the long sides 17e, 18e, 17f, and 18f of the long guide lines 17 and 18. This is true even if the dominant hand is different.

The long guide wire 17 on the front surface side and the long guide wire 18 on the back surface side have the same shape and the angle d extending from the short guide lines 15a and 16a, but the width extending from the short guide lines 15a and 16a, that is, the long side. Since the distance between the 17e and 17f and the distance between the long sides 18e and 18f are different, the opening width is increased by the difference in the distance, and the opening is not interfered by the step between the front and back of the bag.

As a result, even if the dominant hand is different or the opening method is peculiar, the opening is not interfered with, the guide wire works reliably, and the easy opening property can be exhibited.

When the packaging bag 10 is resealed after the opening is completed, the chuck body 19 is opened and closed as appropriate.

The angle d between the short sides 17a (18a) and 17b (18b) of the long guide lines 17 and 18 shown in FIG. 4 is usually 60 ° or more, preferably 90 ° or more, and more preferably 120 ° or more. When the angle d is 90 ° or more, it becomes easy to guide the tear from the short guide lines 15a and 16a at the time of opening to the long guide lines 17 and 18, and when it is 120 ° or more, it becomes easier to guide the tearing. Become. On the other hand, when the angle d is less than 60 °, the tear does not follow the long guide lines 17 and 18, and it may be difficult to guide the tear smoothly.

The distance L from the tip of the short guide wire 15a shown in FIG. 5 to the inside of the sealing portion 12a provided with the first opening start point 13 is from the first opening start point 13 to the short guide wire 15a at the time of opening. There is no particular limitation as long as the tear can be induced, but it is preferably within 15 mm, more preferably within 10 mm, and as shown in FIG. 1, the tip of the short guide wire 15a rests on the sealing portion 12a. That is, it is particularly preferable that the distance L is 0 or less. When the distance L is within 15 mm, it becomes easy to guide the tear from the opening start point 13 at the time of opening to the short guide wire 15a, and when it is within 10 mm, it becomes easier to perform the tearing more smoothly. Further, when the distance L is 0 mm or less, the short guide wire 15a can be continuously attached from the sealing portion 12a, so that the processing becomes extremely easy. In FIG. 5, for convenience of explanation, only the short guide lines 15a and 15b on the front surface side and the long guide lines 17 are shown, and those on the back surface side are not shown.

The distance K between the long side 17f and the long side 18f shown in FIG. 4, that is, the distance worthy of 1/2 of the difference between the width of the long guide line 17 and the width of the long guide line 18 is preferably 1 mm or more and 5 mm or less. More preferably, it is 3 mm or more and 5 mm or less. When the distance K is 1 mm or more, the opening width is remarkably generated between the front and back sides at the time of opening, and it becomes easy to pick the torn portion, and when it is 3 mm or more, it becomes easier to pick. On the other hand, if the distance K is less than 1 mm, the opening width may not be sufficient and it may be difficult to pick the torn portion. Further, if the distance K exceeds 5 mm, the long guide wire 17 on the front surface side may become too thick, or the long guide wire 18 on the back surface side may become too thin, making it difficult to perform the processing.

The packaging bag 10 is made of a film, and the sealing portions 12a to 12d are sealed together with the film. The film constituting the packaging bag 10 may have a single-layer structure or a multi-layer structure. Usually, it is composed of a film layer containing a metal such as aluminum or a resin such as polyester, nylon or polyolefin. Specifically, in the case of multiple layers, the outermost layer is preferably a polyester layer such as polyethylene terephthalate or a nylon layer, and conversely, the outermost layer is preferably a polyolefin layer such as polyethylene. Further, although it depends on the purpose, it is preferable to include an aluminum layer in the middle because the barrier property is improved. In addition, a layer made of nylon resin, acrylic resin, or the like may also be suitable. Further, as the metal of the intermediate layer, aluminum is usually used from the viewpoint of versatility, but other metals such as copper foil, steel foil, and gold leaf may be included.

The method for processing the film is not particularly limited as long as it is a method usually used for producing a film for a packaging bag, but when the film is a single layer, for example, an inflation method or a T-type die method is used. Resin molten film molding and the like can be mentioned. When the film has multiple layers, examples thereof include extrusion laminating, dry laminating, multi-layer inflation method, and multi-layer T-type die type resin molten film molding.

The short guide lines 15a, 15b, 16a, 16b and the long guide lines 17, 18 can be easily attached by irradiating a carbon dioxide laser from the outer surface with, for example, a commercially available laser marker. Further, the processing of attaching these lines may be performed before or after the packaging bag 10 is made, but it is usually attached before the contents are put in.

The long guide line has a symmetrical shape so as to extend inward and outward in the width direction from the end of the short guide line, and the front side and the back surface side have the same shape and the angle extending from the short guide line, and are short. As long as the width extending from the guide line is different, the shape is not limited to the hexagonal shape as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, and may be another polygonal shape having an even-numbered angle of square or more.

[Second form]
As an example of such a form, the packaging bag of the second form of the present invention will be described. FIG. 6 is a surface view of the packaging bag of the second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a developed view of the packaging bag of FIG.

In the packaging bag 20 of the second form shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the long guide line 27 on the front side and the long guide line 28 on the back side form a symmetrical octagonal shape in both the depth direction and the width direction of the bag. ing.

The long guide wire 27 is formed to have a pair of base end sides 27a, 27e extending at right angles from the ends of the short guide wires 15a, 15b and the same length, and is oblique from both ends of the base end sides 27a, 27e. It is composed of two pairs of hypotenuses 27b, 27d, 27f, 27h extending in one direction, and long sides 27c, 27g formed longer than these six sides and connecting the hypotenuses.

More specifically, the hypotenuse 27h extends inward from one end of the base end side 27a, and the hypotenuse 27b extends outward from the other end. Similarly, the hypotenuse 27f extends inward from one end of the base end side 27e, and the hypotenuse 27d extends outward from the other end. The long sides 27c and 27g extend in parallel along the depth direction of the bag, and the outer long side 27c connects the hypotenuses 27b and 27d, and the inner long side 27g connects the hypotenuses 27f and 27h, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 6, the long guide wire 28 on the back surface side has a pair of base end sides 28a and 28e extending at right angles from the short guide wires 16a and 16b and oblique from these, similarly to the long guide wire 27 on the front surface side. It is composed of hypotenuses 28b, 28d, 28f, 28h extending in and out of the bag, and long sides 28c, 28g connecting these hypotenuses.

On the other hand, the long guide wire 28 is formed so that the distance between the long sides 28c and 28g, that is, the width is shorter than the distance between the long sides 27c and 27g, which is the width of the long guide wire 27 on the surface side.

With this configuration, similar to the packaging bag 10 of the first form, when opening from the first opening start point 13 by (1) pushing with the right hand, or (2) opening by pulling with the left hand. , The tear is induced on the outside of the long guide wire 28. On the other hand, when (3) opening by pulling with the right hand, or (4) opening by pushing with the left hand, tearing is induced inside the opening with the left hand.

For example, when the packaging bag 20 is opened from the first opening start point 13 and the tear reaches the ends of the short guide lines 15a and 16a on the front and back surfaces, the packaging bag 20 is opened with the front surface side of the packaging bag 20 facing forward (1). ) Or (2), the tearing proceeds to the hypotenuse 27b extending outward from the base end side 27a of the long guide line 27, and is guided to the outer long side 27c. On the other hand, when the packaging bag 20 is opened in the same direction by the method (3) or (4) described above, the tear is formed inside the hypotenuse 27h extending inward from the base end side 27a. It is guided to the long side 27 g.

At the same time, when the tear is guided to the outer long side 27c, it is guided to the long side 28g via the hypotenuse 28h extending inward of the long guide line 28 on the back surface side, and is guided from the hypotenuse 27a to the long side 27g. In this case, it is guided to the long side 28c via the hypotenuse 28b extending to the outside of the long guide line 28 on the back surface side.

After that, when the tear passes through the long sides 27c, 28g (when opened by (1) or (2)), it passes through the hypotenuse 27d, 28f, and when it passes through the long sides 27g, 28c ((3) or (4). ) Is guided to the hypotenuses 27f and 28d, respectively, reaches the second opening start point 14 via the short guide lines 15b and 16b, and ends the opening. As a result, similarly to the packaging bag 10 of the first form, the portion outside the opening line between the first opening start point 13 and the second opening start point 14 is separated. The case where the opening is started from the second opening start point 14 is the same as that of the packaging bag 10 of the first form.

In the packaging bag 20, the long guide wires 27 and 28 have an octagonal shape, and the base end sides extend from the short guide wires 15a and 15b toward the inside and outside of the bag at an angle of 180 °, and the length of the first form is long. Since the number of angles is larger than that of the guide line, tearing at the time of opening is gradually induced. This makes it easier to guide the tearing from the short guide wires 15a and 16a to the long guide wires 27 and 28 more smoothly.

[Third form]
Subsequently, the packaging bag of the third aspect of the present invention will be described. FIG. 8 is a surface view of the packaging bag of the third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a developed view of the packaging bag of FIG.

In the packaging bag 30 of the third form shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the long guide line 37 on the front surface side has a symmetrical shape, and the relatively short arc line 37a, which is connected to each end of the short guide line 15a, 15b, It is composed of 37c and straight lines 37b and 37d formed longer than the arc lines 37a and 37c along the depth direction of the connecting bag connecting the arc lines 37a and 37c.

Similarly, the long guide line 38 on the back surface side is connected to each end of the short guide lines 16a and 16b, and has a curvature, that is, an arc line 38a and 38c having the same curvature as the arc lines 37a and 37c, and the arc lines 38a and 38c. It is composed of a pair of straight lines 38b and 38d connecting between them. However, like the long guide line 18 of the first form and the long guide line 28 of the second form, the distance between the straight lines 38b and 38d corresponding to the width is the corresponding straight line 37b of the long guide line on the surface side. It is formed shorter than the distance between 37d.

When the packaging bag 30 is opened, tearing is induced in the same manner as the packaging bag 10 of the first form and the packaging bag 20 of the second form.

That is, when opening by pushing with the right hand from the first opening start point 13 (when opening by pulling with the left hand), the tear is from the short guide line 15a on the front side to the outside and the back side of the arc line 37a. From the short guide line 16a of the above, it goes toward the inside of the arc line 38a and is guided to the outer straight line 37b and the inner straight line 38d. Further, it is guided to the short guide lines 15b and 16b via the outer half of the arc line 37c and the inner half of the arc line 38c, and the opening is completed at the second opening start point 14, and the first opening start points 13 and 13 are reached. The portion outside the opening line between the opening start points 14 of 2 in the width direction is separated.

On the other hand, when the package is opened by pushing it with the left hand (when opening it by pulling it with the right hand), the tear is guided from the arc line 37a to the inside and from the arc line 38a to the outside to the inner straight line 37d and the outer straight line 38b. Will be done. Further, the package is opened in the same manner as described above through the inner half of the arc line 37c and the outer half of the arc line 38c.

In the packaging bag 30, the short guide lines 15a, 16a (15b, 16b) and the main straight lines 37b, 37d and 38b, 38d of the long guide lines 37, 38 are combined with the arc lines 37a, 37c and the arc lines 38a, Since it is tied at 38c, there is no corner in the part where the tear is induced. As a result, the tearing from the short guide wires 15a and 16a to the long guide wires 37 and 38 can be guided while gradually changing the direction according to the progress, and it becomes extremely easy to perform the tearing. In addition, since the shape has no corners, the workability of the guide wire is improved.

The curvature of the arc line is not particularly limited. That is, the packaging bag 30 has an advantage that the opening can be performed extremely smoothly regardless of the curvature by connecting the short guide line and the straight line of the long guide line with an arc line.

The long guide line has a symmetrical shape so as to extend inward and outward in the width direction from the end of the short guide line, and the front side and the back surface side have the same shape and the angle extending from the short guide line, and are short. If the width extending from the guide line is different, it is not necessary to have the straight line itself.

[Other forms]
FIG. 10 is a development view of such a packaging bag of another form of the present invention. Further, FIG. 11 is a development view of a packaging bag of yet another form.

In the packaging bag 40 shown in FIG. 10, the long guide line 47 on the front surface side has an elliptical shape elongated along the depth direction, and the long guide wire 48 on the back surface side has the same curvature as the long guide line 47. The minor axis corresponding to the width is formed shorter than the long guide wire 47.

In this configuration, tearing is induced from the short guide lines 15a, 16a along the outer or inner arc line of the long guide lines 47, 48 at the time of opening.

Further, the packaging bag 50 shown in FIG. 11 has long guide lines 57 and 58 having four corners having different widths on the front and back forming a so-called rounded quadrangle.

Since the long guide wire of these forms has a shape having no corners, it becomes easy to tear the long guide wire from the short guide wire smoothly.

In addition, the long guide wire may have any shape as long as it is an even-numbered polygonal shape such as a decagon or a dodecagon, but the hexagonal shape or the octagonal shape described above is preferable in consideration of workability.

Further, the above-mentioned packaging bag is a four-sided bag in which each end edge of the square bag is sealed, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, one side thereof may be an unsealed three-sided bag.

Further, the above-mentioned packaging bag is provided with a zipper body, and a plurality of chemicals such as a patch and other chemicals can be stacked and stored, and can be resealed according to use, but the present invention is not limited to this. , The bag may not be provided with a zipper body, which is intended to contain and use up a chemical such as a patch for one use.

Further, the above-mentioned packaging bag is designed to open in the longitudinal depth direction, but it is needless to say that the packaging bag may be opened in the short width direction without limitation. Further, the above-mentioned packaging bag has a rectangular shape in a plan view, but is not limited to this, and may have another square shape such as a square shape.

Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

[Verification 1 Verification of the shape and angle of the long guide wire]
The following samples (a) to (f) were prepared in order to verify the effect of the shape and angle of the long guide wire of the packaging bag of the present invention on the openability, and a total of 10 people, 8 right-handed people and 2 left-handed people. Was opened from the first opening starting point. In each sample, if the opening can be smoothly performed along the short guide line and the long guide line up to the second opening start point (when the cut residue can be separated as shown in FIG. 3), it is judged that the opening is successful. Then, the ratio of the number of people was calculated as a percentage. The results are shown in Table 1.

In addition, each sample was prepared by processing a multilayer film composed of a polyethylene terephthalate layer, a polyethylene layer, an aluminum layer, and a polyethylene layer from the outermost layer by extrusion laminating by a conventional method, and sealed on all sides. The short guide wire and the long guide wire were processed and attached using a Panasonic laser marker (LP430) under the conditions of a scan speed of 3,000 mm / sec and an output of 80%.

(A) Like the packaging bag 10 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the long guide lines 17 and 18 on the front and back surfaces form a symmetric hexagonal shape in both the depth direction and the width direction of the bag, and the short guide lines 15a ( The angle d (see FIG. 4) between the short sides 17a and 17f (between 18a and 18f) connected from the end of 16a) was formed to be 30 °.

(B) In the sample (a), it was formed in the same manner as the sample (a) except that the angle d (between the short sides 17a and 17f (18a and 18f)) was set to 60 °.

(C) In the sample (a), the same shape as the sample (a) was formed except that the angle d between the short sides 17a and 17f (18a and 18f) was set to 90 °.

(D) In the sample (a), it was formed in the same manner as the sample (a) except that the angle d between the short sides 17a and 17f (18a and 18f) was set to 120 °.

(E) As shown in the packaging bag 20 shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the long guide lines 27 and 28 on the front and back surfaces are formed so as to form an octagonal shape.

(F) As shown in the packaging bag 30 shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the long guide wires 37 and 38 on the front and back surfaces are connected to a pair of arcuate lines 37a and 37c (38a and 38c) having a symmetrical shape and a pair connecting them. It was formed by straight lines 37b, 37d (38b, 38d).

According to the results in Table 1, when the long guide wire is attached to a hexagonal shape, the success rate of opening increases when the angle between the short sides is 90 ° or more, and the tearing from the short guide wire to the long guide wire at the time of opening It became easier to guide smoothly. In addition, when the angle between the short sides is 120 ° or more, the opening is surely successful regardless of the dominant hand, and it becomes easy to guide the tear from the short guide line to the long guide line extremely smoothly. ..

Further, when the long guide wire is attached to the octagonal shape, the opening success rate is remarkably increased, and it becomes easy to smoothly guide the tear from the short guide wire to the long guide wire at the time of opening. This is because the long guide line extends from the short guide line toward the inside and outside of the bag at an angle of 180 °, and the octagon has more angles than the hexagon, so tearing can be guided in stages. it is conceivable that.

Furthermore, if the long guide line is attached by the arc line and the straight line, the opening is surely successful regardless of the curvature of the arc line regardless of the dominant hand, and the tearing from the short guide line to the long guide line is guided. It became extremely smooth and easy to do. It is considered that this is because the long guide wire has a shape having no corners, so that the tear can be guided while gradually changing the direction according to the progress.

When the long guide wire is attached to a hexagonal shape, if the angle between the short sides thereof is less than 60 °, it becomes difficult to open the package along the long guide wire.

[Verification 2 Verification of the distance between the short guide wire and the sealing part]
The following samples (g) to (l) were prepared in order to verify the effect of the distance of the short guide wire from the sealing portion of the packaging bag of the present invention on the opening property, and 8 right-handed people and 2 left-handed people were prepared. A total of 10 people were asked to open the package from the first opening point. In each sample, if the opening was smoothly performed along the short guide line and the long guide line up to the second opening start point (when the cut residue could be separated as shown in FIG. 3), the opening was successful. Judgment was made, and the ratio of the number of people was calculated as a percentage. The results are shown in Table 2. The angle d of the short side shown in FIG. 4 of each sample was 120 °, and each sample was prepared in the same manner as in Verification 1.

(G) In the packaging bag 10 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the distance L of the short guide wires 15a on the front and back surfaces from the tip thereof to the inside of the sealing portion 12a provided with the first opening start point 13 (FIG. 5) was formed so as to be 15 mm.

(H) The sample (g) was formed in the same manner as the sample (g) except that the distance L between the short guide wire 15a and the sealing portion 12a was set to 10 mm.

(I) The sample (g) was formed in the same manner as the sample (g) except that the distance L between the short guide wire 15a and the sealing portion 12a was set to 5 mm.

(J) The sample (g) was formed in the same manner as the sample (g) except that the distance L between the short guide wire 15a and the sealing portion 12a was set to 3 mm.

(K) In the sample (g), the distance L between the short guide wire 15a and the sealing portion 12a is 0 mm, that is, the short guide wire 15a is in contact with the sealing portion 12a, as in the sample (g). Formed.

(L) In the sample (g), the distance L between the short guide wire 15a and the sealing portion 12a is -5 mm, that is, the short guide wire 15a is the sealing portion 12a as in the packaging bag 10 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. It was formed in the same manner as the sample (g) except that it took 5 mm from the inside to the outside in the direction of the edge 11a.

According to the results in Table 2, if the distance between the short guide wire and the sealing portion is within 15 mm, the opening success rate is high, and it is easy to smoothly guide the tear from the opening start point to the short guide wire at the time of opening. It was. In addition, if the distance between the short guide wire and the sealing portion is within 10 mm, the opening is surely successful regardless of the dominant hand, and the tearing from the opening start point to the short guide wire is extremely smoothly guided. It was easy. Further, even if the distance between the short guide wire and the sealing portion is 0 mm or less, the opening is surely successful, and the short guide wire can be continuously attached from the sealing portion, so that the processing is extremely easy.

[Verification 3 Verification of dimensional difference between front and back long guide lines]
The following samples (m) to (p) were prepared in order to verify the influence of the dimensional difference between the front and back surfaces of the long guide wire of the packaging bag of the present invention on the opening property, and the first opening starting point for 10 people. I had it opened more. In each sample, the percentage of the number of people who answered that it was easy to pick the long guide lines on the front and back sides was calculated as a percentage. The results are shown in Table 3. The angle d of the short side shown in FIG. 4 of each sample was 120 °, and each sample was prepared in the same manner as in Verification 1.

(M) In the packaging bag 10 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the distance K between the long side 17f of the long guide wire 17 on the front surface side and the long side 18f of the long guide wire 18 on the back surface side shown in FIG. 4 is set. It was formed to be 5 mm.

(N) In the sample (m), it was formed in the same manner as the sample (m) except that the distance K between the long sides 17f and 18f was set to 3 mm.

(O) In the sample (m), it was formed in the same manner as the sample (m) except that the distance K between the long sides 17f and 18f was set to 1 mm.

(P) In the sample (m), the distance K between the long sides 17f and 18f is 0 mm, that is, the same as in the sample (m) except that the long side 17f on the front surface side and the long side 18f on the back surface side overlap. Formed in.

According to the results in Table 3, when the distance between the long sides of the long guide lines on the front and back surfaces is 1 mm or more, the percentage of respondents who answered that it is easy to pick up is high, and the opening width due to the dimensional difference is remarkably generated, and the guide is surely It was easy to achieve the desired effect of the present invention, that is, the line acts and the easy-opening property is exhibited. In addition, when the distance between the long sides was 3 mm or more, all responded that it was easy to pick, and the opening width was more remarkable, and the desired effect of the present invention was higher.

On the other hand, if the distance between the long sides of the long guide wires on the front and back surfaces is less than 1 mm, the opening width due to the dimensional difference is not sufficient, and there is a risk that it will be difficult to pick.

From these facts, the distance K between the long sides 17f and 18f of the long guide wires 17 and 18 described above is 1/2 of the difference between the width of the long guide wire 17 on the front surface side and the width of the long guide wire 18 on the back surface side. It was found that the relationship of the following equation 1 is preferably established, and the relationship of the following equation 2 is more preferable in the dimensional difference in the widths of the long guide lines on the front and back surfaces.
[Equation 1] (width of long guide wire on the front surface side-width of long guide wire on the back surface side) / 2 ≧ 1 mm
[Equation 2] (width of long guide wire on the front surface side-width of long guide wire on the back surface side) / 2 ≧ 3 mm

The present invention can be applied to applications of pillow-type packaging bags such as four-sided bags and three-sided bags that contain chemicals such as patches.
