前記吸収性本体と厚み方向に重なり、前胴回り域に配置された前側外装体と、
前記後側外装体に配置され、前記幅方向に伸縮する後側伸縮性部材と、
前記前側外装体の前記幅方向の外側部と前記後側外装体の前記幅方向の外側部とが接合された一対のサイド接合部と、を有する吸収性物品であって、
前記後胴回り域は、前記後胴回り域の後端縁から前記後胴回り域の前記長手方向の全長に対する50〜80%前方に位置する後中間領域と、前記後胴回り域の後端縁から前記後胴回り域の前記長手方向の全長に対する80〜100%前方に位置する後股側領域と、を有しており、
