Claims (19)
- 対象を画像化するための位相コントラストX線イメージングシステムであって、
X線源と、
ピクセルピッチが25μm以下のX線検出器と
を備え、
前記X線源と前記対象との距離(R1−1)は、10cm以下であることを特徴とする位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。 - R1−1は、前記X線源の焦点と前記対象の対象面との間の距離であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。
- 前記X線検出器と前記対象との距離(R2−1)は、0cmより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。
- R2−1は、前記対象の対象面と前記X線検出器の検出器面との距離であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。
- R2−1は、200cm以下であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。
- 第2のX線源と、
第2のX線検出器と
をさらに備え、
前記第2のX線源と前記対象との距離(R1−2)は、10cm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。 - 前記第2のX線検出器と前記対象との距離(R2−2)は、0cmより大きいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。
- 前記X線源および前記第2のX線源は、X線ビームを前記対象に向けて非平行な方向に放射することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。
- 前記X線源および前記第2のX線源は、X線ビームを前記対象に向けて互いに垂直な方向に放射することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。
- 前記X線源の焦点は、30μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。
- 前記X線検出器は、マルチレイヤX線検出器であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。
- 前記マルチレイヤX線検出器は、直接変換レイヤを備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。
- 前記マルチレイヤX線検出器は、直接変換レイヤおよび間接変換レイヤを備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。
- 前記マルチレイヤX線検出器は、間接変換レイヤを備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。
- 位相コントラストX線イメージング方法であって、
X線源を、画像化される対象からの距離がR1の位置に配置するステップと、
X線検出器を、画像化される前記対象からの距離がR2の位置に配置するステップと、
多色ビームを、前記X線源を用いて前記対象に導くステップと、
前記X線検出器を用いてX線光子を検出するステップと
を備え、
前記X線検出器は、25μm以下のサイズのピクセルを含み、
R1は、10cm未満であることを特徴とする位相コントラストX線イメージング方法。 - R2は、0cm以上200cm以下であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージング方法。
- 対象を画像化するための位相コントラストX線イメージングシステムであって、
X線源と、
X線検出器と
を備え、
前記X線源と前記対象との距離(R1)は、10cm以下であり、
前記X線検出器と前記対象との距離(R2)は、0cm以上200cm以下であることを特徴とする位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。 - R1は、前記X線源の出力と前記対象の対象面との間で測定されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。
- R2は、前記X線検出器の検出面と前記対象の対象面との間で測定されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の位相コントラストX線イメージングシステム。
