Claims (15)

- 前記長尺の支持要素が、前記強度部材の一次ストランドの一部であるか、若しくは一部を形成するか、又は前記長尺の支持要素が、前記強度部材の長手方向のコア区分を形成する、請求項5に記載のロープ。
- 前記長尺の支持要素が、前記IDタグを含む編組構造を有する、請求項5又は6に記載のロープ。
- 前記長尺の支持要素が、前記IDタグを含む熱可塑性ロッドである、請求項5又は6に記載のロープ。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のロープであって、少なくとも100mの長さ、少なくとも10mmの直径、少なくとも0.8N/texの靭性、少なくとも10kNの最大破断荷重(MBL)、編組強度部材の前記長手方向寸法に沿って分布した少なくとも50個のIDタグを有し、前記間隔が実質的に等しい長さであり、0.5〜5mの範囲にあるロープ。
- 前記遠隔で検出可能な物体が、受動型及び/又は能動型のIDタグである請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のロープ。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のロープ(1)が装備された、少なくとも1つのロープ車(21)を有する巻き上げ装置のためのロープ監視システムであって、前記ロープが、個々のロープ区分(11)であって、少なくとも1つのIDタグ(101)が提供され、且つ、前記タグによって識別される個々のロープ区分(11)に事実上分かれているとともに、前記ロープが、前記巻き上げ装置の所定の経路に沿って、前記少なくとも1つのロープ車上に耐荷重ロープとして位置決めされているロープ監視システムにおいて、
−請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のロープである前記ロープ(1)と、
−前記ロープの前記所定の経路に沿って取り付けられた少なくとも1つのIDタグ読み取り(22)デバイスであって、前記少なくとも1つのIDタグ(101)が提供され、且つ、前記経路に沿って移動するときに、前記タグによって識別される少なくとも前記個々のロープ区分の識別情報、及び任意選択的に、過去の健全性状態及び/又は少なくとも1つの物理的なロープパラメータを検出するIDタグ読み取り(22)デバイスと、
−前記ロープの前記所定の経路に沿って取り付けられた少なくとも1つのIDタグ書き込み(24)デバイスであって、前記経路に沿って移動するときに、前記個々のロープ区分の新たな健全性状態を前記少なくとも1つのIDタグ(101)に書き込みするIDタグ書き込み(24)デバイスと、
−前記ロープの少なくとも1つの動作の間に、少なくとも1つのロープ動作パラメータを測定する少なくとも1つの手段(26)と、
−前記所定のロープ経路の幾何学的形状、前記少なくとも1つのロープ動作パラメータ、前記少なくとも1つのIDタグの前記識別情報及び位置、並びに任意選択的に、対応する前記ロープ区分の前記過去の健全性状態を含むデータが提供されている演算ユニット(28)であって、
−前記データに基づいて、前記巻き上げ装置の前記所定の経路に関して前記ロープの個々の区分の相対的な長手方向の位置決め、及び、前記少なくとも1つのロープ動作パラメータの下での前記経路に沿った前記移動の間に、前記ロープの個々の区分が受けた追加の損傷又は複数の損傷を演算すること、
−前記ロープの前記個々の区分の前記新たな健全性状態を演算及び記録すること、
−前記ロープの前記個々の区分の前記新たな健全性状態を対応する前記ロープの前記少なくとも1つのプログラム可能なIDタグに格納するために、前記ロープの前記個々の区分の前記新たな健全性状態を対応する前記少なくとも1つのIDタグ書き込みデバイスに適切に送ること、
が可能なアルゴリズムが装備された演算ユニット(28)と、
を含むロープ監視システム。 - 少なくとも1つの仮想ロープ区分の物理的なロープパラメータを測定する少なくとも1つのさらなる手段(27)を含む、請求項11に記載のロープ監視システム。
- 少なくとも1つのロープ動作パラメータを測定する前記少なくとも1つの手段(26)が、吊荷の質量、前記吊荷の加速度、前記吊荷の振動、前記ロープの動作方向、前記ロープの速度、前記ロープの加速度、前記ロープの滑り量、前記ロープに対する牽引力、前記ロープに対する圧力、前記ロープの張力、前記ロープの圧縮、及び前記ロープのトーションから選択される1つ又は複数のパラメータを検出する、請求項11又は12に記載のロープ監視システム。
- 前記ロープの個々の区分が受けた損傷又は複数の損傷が、前記ロープのこれらの個々の区分の残存寿命を表示するパラメータに集約される、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載のロープ監視システム。
- 前記ロープの少なくとも1つの仮想区分の前記残存寿命が、事前定義された限界に達すると、前記演算ユニットが、警告信号をさらに供給する、請求項14に記載のロープ監視システム。
